We brought Baci Blu home at eight weeks old, and we have been amazed by how sweet, confident, curious, and intelligent she is. We have only had Baci for four days, and she is already settling beautifully into her new life. She is sleeping well in her crate, exploring new places with confidence, and becoming completely comfortable in our home. She has already learned come, sit, down, and roll, and is working on a wave. We are amazed by how quickly she learns. What has impressed us most is the foundation Anne gave her. Baci came to us having been loved, handled, socialized, and raised with such thoughtful attention to both her physical and emotional well-being. Anne also took the time to share Baci's food, routines, personality, and everything that would help make her transition easier. Before fully committing and giving my deposit I had a wonderful phone conversation with Anne. Once my deposit was received communication became almost non existent. In our previous conversations she stated that she would keep me posted on the pups arrival as well as growth/progress. This was also stated in the contract I signed. I sent multiple emails and phone calls that went unanswered. Only after multiple attempts to get in touch with Anne did I receive the bare minimum of information. I only ever received two group pictures of the pups once they were born. A few weeks prior to the go home date I became concerned as I had not picked out a pup yet. Finally two weeks prior to our pick up date Anne reached out to tell me this litter of pups was projecting to be 2-3x the size that was anticipated (I was looking to get a mini). I was also disheartened to learn that all the males except one was already spoken for. Anne never told me where I was on the list but said she helps each person pick a puppy. Ultimately, I decided to forgo my deposit. I felt that Anne was breeding too many dogs at once and had too many puppies to really make her facility ethical. I feel that she was too busy with all the puppies in her care to allow her the communication with the buyers that is necessary when adopting a puppy, especially seeing how expensive her dogs are. I would be very cautious getting a pup from Anne. I was thoroughly disappointed in the process and would not get a puppy from black briar bernedoodles.

I made my deposit payment of 500$ as she stated it was necessary to reserve a pup. I also signed an e- contract on their website which they have for everyone to see. The time frame came and went and I received no updates on whether the puppies were in progress. After reaching out a few times, she finally replied to confirm that the mom dog was pregnant. I was told I'd get pictures and never received anything. Around the time for the due date, I reached out for updates and was told that the dog was actually never pregnant and that it was a false pregnancy. She stated that I could wait for the next batch in a month. Which I was fine with. During that time I was offered other pups, however she was asking for more money on top of what I had already paid (1500) I declined. After the additional time passed she then stated I'd be waiting another 2 months.. I said ok and then became worried that I was going to continually be pushed back so I requested my money back as I had not received a puppy. Which she declined. I fought it through PayPal and they declined it due to "no proof of credit being owed" and she kept sending me messages that she was not refunding me and that I could keep waiting. On top of that, the contract states that it is for yorkshire terrier puppies However I have physical proof that our agreement and the payments were for a mixed breed pup. Also it states that the deposit is nonrefundable, she's refusing to give me back anything.

Made sure all vaccines were up to date Made sure he was sent home with top of the line food , chip ,etc. The lady who helped me was very passionate about her job, and u could tell she absolutely loves what she does. Upon that visit my pup faced some medical challenges and was treated God willing successfully, thru the wonderful care of Titan and ocean state drs. ​the owner of perfect puppy followed up and went above and beyond to help. He took care of the expensive visit with Titan and helped off set a large amount of the medical expense. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable of dogs and breeds. He stated he has been in the industry since a young age . I was so relieved he off set some of the cost. I have 2 children one is autistic We purchased our puppy as a companion for both. My puppy is a top recommended breed for children with autism. To date he has brought so much love and emotional connection to all of us. Both my children get hrs. Michelle was very prompt with replying to emails, and even updated pictures of all the available puppies immediately after I emailed her because the ones posted were when the puppies were really really little (and adorable) but you couldn't quite tell what they looked like. After updating, we put a deposit down through PayPal of $100 on the puppy we thought sounded like the perfect fit for us and drove the 2 1/2 hour drive to Newport to see her. We fell in love with her instantly but it was too soon to pick her up, so we made the commute back down about 2 weeks later to pick her up for good! You can tell the dogs are loved and well cared for. She's a beautiful dog and we get nothing but compliments on how striking she is, even from other husky owners. She's in incredible health as well, not a days trouble (other than the occasional getting into something she shouldn't have when she was a puppy or something like that!) and is a very health weight for her breed (currently 51 pounds, she was 15 pounds when we got her!) Thanks Michelle for giving us the best dog ever! She's made our family whole.
