At the end of the day I got a very short on the face and uneven cut on the head and ear. Nothing look like the picture. The groomer also look so unfriendly... the price is high $95 + tips. I always take my 2 y.o golden here since he was a pup, they know him by name and are always super nice and very fast when we bring him in, he's almost 100 pounds and gets a little scared when he goes in but I know he is in safe and friendly hands here and he always comes home smelling amazing and looks so good, they do a great job here and always ask what we liked or disliked from his last appointment to make him look his best. Needed my pups nails cut super bad before Christmas. It was the 23rd and they said they had walk in space. We had never been but decided to go and I am so glad we did. We were welcomed when we walked in and my dog was taken in right away. Pups Unlimited is great for grooming. I have a standard poodle and a longcoat German Shepherd, and they do a great job with both my dogs. I had trouble with my poodle being overly scared and anxious when I took him to a previous groomer, so I figured the were being mean to him. He has been fine since I switched to Pups Unlimited. Everyone who works there is friendly and loves animals, and they don't have a lot of turnover like some places. Pricing is in line with what groomers charge in the area. read more

This weekend my Wife and I decided to go check out Pups Unlimited as we wanted to get a new puppy. What a wonderful experience, the three ladies, including the owner clearly love their work and were totally professional while also being warm and friendly. It is very clear when you go there that their primary concern is for the dogs that they breed in addition to those that they groom. During our visit everyone who came in had nothing but the highest of compliments for the store and the staff and several of them had purchased their dogs there. Although we went to find out about a new litter that was coming up we actually met and fell in love with a Bichon Poodle. The purchase process was smooth and easy and the coaching and advice was wonderful. Everything culminated in my wife getting a hug from the owner as we left. If you are looking for a small dog you must give this business serious consideration I guarantee that you will not be disappointed. read more

I had gone here for grooming services for a while. They started out pretty good. Most recently the grooming got a bit sloppy. And for the price, not worth it. I started thinking about switching groomers after I mentioned areas missed on my dog. But it happened again. My dog isn't hard to groom and is small to boot. I kept going because I had trouble finding a groomer who would tell me if my dog got nicked or had another problem. I thought I could trust them to tell me if anything happened to my dog and liked the people running this place. However, I found out that this place gets some of its pups it sells from out of state puppy mills which have been cited by the government for keeping their dogs in poor conditions. People who sell puppies are required to give proof of where they get their puppies to a federal agency. Two of the places Pups Unlimited gets theirs are puppy mills. I do think she raises some of her own puppies. I would rather not support this business because they knowingly support puppy mills and the grooming service could be better for the price. Research before buying a puppy. Find out if the places they get the puppies from are good places. They should be able to give you the name and address of the places they get the dogs from so you can google them. Don't take the seller's word for it. Puppy mill dogs can have health problems that you find out about when it is too late. I do not raise dogs or know anyone personally who does. This is an unbiased review. read more

We bought our Cavalier King Charles (almost) 2 years ago. I have all positives to say about Pups Unlimited. They do 'dog sitting' for those who buy their puppies there - we've used it so many times that they know Charlie by name whenever he walks in. Charlie loves going there and is always sad to come home. Their grooming services are also good. Highly recommend. read more

We take our shih tzu to Pups Unlimited for grooming. Our shih tzu doesn't shed so we need to take him every 4-6 weeks. The girls are very friendly. They listen to what we want. There were a couple of occasions where we didn't think our dogs face was trimmed enough etc. This is all a matter of prefrence. The girls were more than happy to take him back in without taking it personal. They do a great job at making us feel welcome. read more

I purchased an "angel" shih tzu from Pets Unlimited January 2006. She was born in November 2005. This human like fur baby brought me and my family more joy and love than we ever imagined possible. Pups Unlimited made the process incredibly easy to adopt my new pal- who is healthy (double checked by a vet), well behaved and just an overall joy in my house. We took our Yorkie to PetSmart for grooming a couple of times. Our dog is a little anxious and doesn't like to be around a lot of large, loud, dogs in that type of setting, so he did not do well there and they couldn't finish his grooming. We live very close to Pups Unlimited and heard good things, so we gave them a try. So happy we did! They are THE BEST. Our pup loves going to his grooming appointments now and I know they will take good care of him while he is there. They do an amazing job every time. I cannot say enough positive things about Pups Unlimited. We welcomed our Bichon Frise, Scruffy, into our lives almost 11 years ago, and this place is his "home away from home." After bringing him home, we continued a relationship with owner Charlene and all the staff for grooming and boarding. When we turn onto her street, our dog immediately gets super excited as he knows he is going to "Grandma Charlene." EVERYONE at this establishment loves all the dogs under their care and treats them like family. The grooming is first rate, and the love and care Charlene gives to "her" dogs is unparalleled. I waited almost a week to write this review. So I could calm down and also give the business the opportunity to check in on my pup. They never did. I was so excited to try this place , really cute inside. I dropped of my small Short hair dog for a wash and nail clipping. I get a call an hour later that she is having a seizure and I need to get there. She shaking just still walking funny. And they say she was completely done and was just waiting for me and it started out of no where. Said she was calm during services, no issues and they looked over and she was twitching. As I was not there, I'll never really know. But I suspect something else happened. Vet appointment they really kept asking about trauma. As it would be very strange for a dog to be calm with services then to have a seizure for no reason who has no history of this. Had she been struggling or upset during services , it may have made more sense. This was my first and last visit. Honestly, one of the most disappointing parts of this is I left with my barely moving dog in my arms, crying my eyes out & They never even called to see if she was doing ok. read more

Two monthly ago, we bought our bichon frise puppy Kirby from Pups Unlimited. We are so happy with him! He has a great personality and is wonderful with our kids.
