Next morning went Valvoline station in Cleveland Tennessee they confirmed it was oil filter not tightened at all. The staff was courteous, professional, and worked liked a fine oiled and tuned machine. They verbally spoke to each other about what task they were completing, other workers instinctively handed them tools and took over other tasks. It was refreshing to see a group of people that cared about doing their job and doing it well with pride and camaraderie. I was very impressed. They had me in and out so fast too.
