The ice cream counter also has novelty candy and ice cream for sale, but if you go in back to the cafe counter, they have higher quality locally produced and imported candies along with other pantry stuff like jam and tea. I've stopped here a few times. The sandwiches have been fantastic (globe sandwich and Moroccan wrap). The carrot cake was just okay, a little dry if I remember correctly, but the coconut custard pie I tried this time was perfect and not too sweet or heavy. They also do a good (and pretty big) malt milkshake. Service is fast enough and generally friendly.
