Anytime you go into an ice cream shop, and smell freshly made waffle cones. Then you know you're in the right place. They offer a great selection of ice cream to choose from. After pizza at Aniello's we stopped at got a scoop of ice cream. They have a few sizes to choose from. We ended up getting a kids scoop which was the perfect size. I tried the coffee flavor. The ice cream was so creamy and delicious. You can definitely tell that it's made in house. My fiancé got mint chip and enjoyed it. Great local stop and perfect way to end the night. The service was quick and friendly. The place was clean and had plenty of seating to enjoy your ice cream. read more

Great way to end the day. Although not pet friendly indoors, there is a table with chairs and a bench right outside their door on the sidewalk area that you can enjoy with your dog. Keep in mind that ice cream portion sizes are large so be ready to have your sweet tooth craving satisfied! read more

My oh my what a wonderful place! They have so many different ice cream flavors and tons of mix ins for such amazing prices. This place is pretty excellent and the staff really enjoy their jobs and making fun delicious ice-cream creations. I had their seasonal Gaffer tracks and a scoop of their cake batter ice cream with caramel sauce, Oreos, and peanut butter cups and it was so tasty. I wanted to get a scoop of each flavor but I'll keep myself in suspense for all their other flavors for next time. This is such a cute little ice cream shop and a highlight of the Market Street downtown district! read more

We drove past on our way to the Corning Museum after eating a healthy lunch at Tossed. We were early for our glass blowing class and decided vacation = ice cream even in sub freezing temperatures. What a find! It's rare to spontaneously go somewhere these days without reading Yelp reviews first which made this find even better! We tried a few ice creams before deciding on a waffle cone with cookie dough and dark matter and a kiddie cup of cake batter and fudge brownie. My absolutely favorite ice cream spot in town. Their ice cream is very creamy and tasty. Their flavors are all unique and they switch a few of them around pretty often! The staff is always friendly and willing to let you try as many samples as you need. Out of all the ice cream shops I've ever been to, this one has THE BEST waffle cones. They're not 100% crispy--some of it is but it's also soft at the same time. They ask if you want fudge in the bottom which makes for a pleasant surprise at the end of your cone. The environment of the shop is very cozy and cute. My friends and I love going here at any time of the year. I would recommend this place to anyone! They also have vegan options!!! read more

Wish we'd taken a picture.... We were so eager to enjoy our awesome cones we ate them before getting a picture. This place has homemade ice cream and it is EXCELLENT. We got waffle cones with two flavors each--it was great. Lots of flavor choices. So good! Highly recommend. They weren't really doing inside seating right now but we got cones and had a lovely stroll. They also have hand packed pints to go. Don't hesitate if you want some really good ice cream!! read more

We went in while waiting for seats at a restaurant. Their ice cream is really good! The 4 of us ordered different flavors and liked all of them. Vanilla and rum raisin are very rich. Salted caramel is very creamy, with the right amount of salty hint. read more

We made it just in time, getting there at 9 pm with a 9:30 closing time. Lots of others came in after us and the servers commented they get slammed at their fairly early weekend closings. Ice cream was delicious. I tried a "beer" ice cream, but it was nasty. Plenty of seating inside. While it's rustic with the old brick wall and other original looking aspects, they could do a little more with the decor... especially with a name like Dippity Do Dahs. read more

This is a small town ice cream shop. Smelled great walking into the venue. It had plenty of seating and surprisingly large space. Parking is street parking as well as a garage if you want to pay. This was my first time in Corning and wanted to see and try as much as I could so this was for dessert. Service was quick and friendly. Unfortunately the actual ice cream was not so good. I got pistachio and it was overly sweet with a flavor that did not taste like pistachio. It did have tons of whole pistachios in it. I personally prefer less pistachio nuts, but did not use that bias in my rating. I also had 3 other friends there and they all got different flavors and also complained that it was overly sweet. None of us actually finished our ice cream. I got the kiddie cup, the smallest one and it was a bit much because it was overly sweet. I unfortunately will not be coming back to this joint. read more

We ended up here after Google gave us the wrong closing time for Hokey Pokey And I had a promise to keep to my child. So glad we ended up here instead! The place is beautiful and I love the decor. The employees were super friendly and nice. The ice cream was delicious. I love that it is all homemade and it is silky and wonderful. I will say that I got chocolate peanut butter and it tasted neither very chocolatey nor peanut buttery, but that was made up for it with my scoop of s'mores ice cream which was to die for. read more

When my party and I walked in, no one greeted us or came hastily to help us out. We tried a few flavors and the staff was a bit reluctant to give it to is. The ice cream itself was not bad. I'd liken it to Tillamook or Ben and Jerry's. We tried the mocha chip which neither tasted like mocha nor chocolate; just a lukewarm taste. Overall, the customer 'service' experience was horrible and the ice cream was nothing to speak highly of. read more

This place is awesome, they've got premium homemade ice cream which ranges from your everyday flavors to some special concotions, including beer flavored ice cream, cheesecake, peanut butter and jelly. I highly recommend you try one of the freshmade waffle cones, which is complete with hot fudge at the bottom. I had never had a freshmade waffle cone and wowwie zowwie is it great! All the flavors I've tried ( Turtle Cheesecake, Salted Caramel, Pistachio, Rum Raisin, Strawberry Sorbet and Mango Sorbet), have been top notch. Friendly service and convinient location and hours. The ice cream is mostly Hershey's but they currently have one housemade gelato and one sorbetto that rotates. The ice cream counter also has novelty candy and ice cream for sale, but if you go in back to the cafe counter, they have higher quality locally produced and imported candies along with other pantry stuff like jam and tea. I've stopped here a few times. The sandwiches have been fantastic (globe sandwich and Moroccan wrap). The carrot cake was just okay, a little dry if I remember correctly, but the coconut custard pie I tried this time was perfect and not too sweet or heavy. They also do a good (and pretty big) malt milkshake. Service is fast enough and generally friendly.
