I found this place a few weeks ago and enjoyed it very much, loved idea of ordering either breakfast or lunch entree. The waitresses were always friendly and good until an encounter with an awful waitress. She forgot my coffee and never came back for refills of drinks for my family members' sodas. Entrees were served by someone else as waitress stood by talking and laughing with staff. The only time she came by was to leave check which she slid across table. Her appearance and mannerisms were awful for a waitress, so I'm not sure if I will be back to the Peaches at the Venice location. To boot, I was charged for the coffee! read more

Came here for breakfast one weekend and boy was this place crowded! 20 minute wait at least. Food was pretty good. They had a nice set of specials up on the board for the day, and I wish I tried something on there! French toast looked amazing. I got a southern peach almond pancake, which was a little soggy and uncooked. Still tasty but I prefer It a little more dry. read more

We were not overly impressed. Food was just OK. Could have gotten better at Denny's or Cracker Barrel. The waitress told us one of our breakfast sausage rolled off the plate to a place no one could reach it in the kitchen...so does that mean if they could reach it they would have plopped it back on my plate? Then, a few minutes later she said the second one was burned. A few minutes after that, they decided to serve me the burned sausage anyway. It was DOA and they didn't care. Picture attached. Stopped in here while visiting family in the area. Very good breakfast spot, as evidenced by the line out the door. Staff was good about getting tables turned over, so wait was not bad at all. Service is a priority at this place, and you'll never have to ask for your water or coffee to be filled. Food was good, and portions are fair. Sugar free syrup on the table was a healthy surprise. I got the pancake combo with eggs and fruit and opted for the whole wheat pancakes so I could pretend I was eating healthily. read more

Best omelette and hash browns around. Full of meat, cheese and very juicy. Hash browns were prefect with a crisp outside and flavorful throughout. Pancake was, well let's say the cook forgot to turn off the batter. HUGE and great. UPDATE: CREDIT CARD FRAUD was reported to me within 24 hours of going to this restaurant. Not sure if my card info stolen at this location or if it was a coincidence. Besides that credit card thing - Not a fan. I was not sold on the quality of breakfast from the giddy-up based on a reviewers picture. The sausage links appeared to be the microwaveable "brown and serve" type and the patties appeared to be large but the type that you need a knife to cut through. I bet if the reviewer pushed their fork down while taking a pic oil would just oooz from the sausage. One should never have to use a knife on a sausage patty FYI. So, I went anyway which of course makes sense to no one... ordered Denver omelette and hash browns (the home fries are deep fried which speaks to volumes). The omelette is the type of omelette I used to get in college back in the early 90s; Shiny and oily thin wrapping paper like sheets of egg that is literally wrapped around the ingredients- in my case very little ham, lots of onions and peppers, and mushrooms. It came out square! And wrapped like a gift except this is the type of gift you "re-gift." I get why people may go here... there are other items on the menu I will never try and there is very little breakfast options in the area but not me again. read more

Such a good comfort food place to eat. One of the downsides, isn't the restaurants fault. It is very popular with the "snow bird" crowd. This can almost guarantee a wait time not normal to those that eat here all year. I get the country fried steak and venture out to other items. I've been coming to this restaurant for about 10 years at least, and I have never been dissatisfied the food is great I highly recommend the eggs Benedict and chocolate chip pancakes. Went to Peaches for brunch yesterday as Jim O'Hara's was closed. Big mistake!! I ordered a ham and cheese omelette-just wish I had thought to take a pic! I got a paper-thin egg-I'm sure it was just one egg-with some ham cubes and a little cold shredded cheese thrown on at the last minute bore the "omelette" was folded! The cheese was not even close to being melted!! I also ordered " home fries" which turned out to be square seasoned French fried cubes of potato! We had eaten there a few years ago and weren't impressed, but decided to give it another try based on all of the glowing reviews! How can a breakfast restaurant not know how to make an omelette? And obviously have no idea what home fries are! Please send your cooks to Jim O'Hara's in Englewood for some cooking lessons!! (And I'm sure there are plenty of other places as well!!) I'm pretty well traveled and have to say this was the worst breakfast I've ever had in a restaurant in all of my 67 years!! Do yourself a favor and go else where!! My husband and I have been coming here for a long time and we love it. The breakfast is very good. The price on the first three choices on the menu are priced with coffee included. Very reasonable! On January 22,2018 my wife took me to Peach's Restaurant on Jacaranda Blvd in Venice for my birthday brunch. I had the french toast. Everything about the experience was wonderful! The food was very good but the service was outstanding! I think our server's name was Aubrey. Not only was she pleasant & attentive, but other servers also stopped by to ask if everything was OK and helped clear our plates even though it was Aubrey's station, not theirs. I asked about that and it seems that they all help each other to the benefit of the customers. I also noticed that EVERYONE seemed to be smiling and happy. It's wonderful when the servers are happy in their work. All in all, I am happy to give this place 5 stars and look forward to returning! read more
