Worst post office - stay away
    Dominique D.

Please stay away from this post office! If you feel like being berated, watching another customer be berated and/or doing someone else's job, then by all means, this is the spot for you. The customer service is appalling. The postal workers are rude and lazy, upsing excuses to avoid doing their job. Avoid this post office, the vortex of this bad experience will ruin your week.

The awful experience at a post office.
    Trenelle L.

By far one of the worst experiences at the post office I've literally ever had. The main post office attendant on staff kept hollering at us guests to do things regarding our packages. She kept saying she is not TSA. Felt completely taken purchasing shipping options for packages. Not a pleasant experience by no means. Very rude team members. Never thought I would have to look at reviews before going to a post office, but this experience has made that very necessary.

The information I got from Ms Monique at this post office!! She answered all my business questions!

I'm a stamp collector and always on the hunt for old, forgotten stamp sheets from the early 2000s to 2019. You'd be surprised how many post offices have no idea what they have in stock. Anyway, I asked my clerk if I could see their supply of stamps. She was fine with that and brought me a binder. Unfortunately, the only old sheet they had was 2017's Have A Ball! which I already have. I believe they had three sheets so if you don't have one, go grab it! I asked for a sheet of ten Statue Of Freedom one dollar stamps but they were out. I ended up purchasing a sheet of Voices Of The Harlem Renaissance (2020). The clerk wanted me to teach her all about it! I tried as best I could but I'm not sure she was listening. At any rate, she wasn't rude to me. She handled the sheet a bit too roughly but other than that, no complaints.

I would like to start this off by saying the supervisor Kayla's inability to understand a simple…read moresituation, combined with her unprofessional attitude, raises serious concerns about her competence as a supervisor. Please promote Greg to this position. Here's what happened: l am a frequent customer at this USPS location and have always had positive experiences here, especially with Greg, who is consistently professional, patient, and helpful. On 7/15, I reused a mail bag that had previously been delivered to me. I placed the new item I was selling inside the mail bag that still had an old label. Normally, USPS places the new label over the old one or ensures the old label is no longer scannable. Unfortunately, that did not happen, and the package was mistakenly shipped back to me instead of the intended recipient. In other words, this package was delivered to me twice because of an avoidable processing error. Greg did everything he could to help, but since he couldn't resolve the issue himself, he called the supervisor, Kayla. This is where the experience went downhill. Instead of listening to what I was actually explaining, Kayla immediately became defensive. She started talking about reimbursement, even though I never asked for a refund, and then implied that I was trying to scam USPS. She also aggressively snatched a paper from me. That accusation was completely unprofessional and based on a total misunderstanding of the situation. I wasn't asking for money, simply wanted my package sent to the correct destination. A supervisor should be able to listen, understand a straightforward situation, and either resolve the issue or explain the next steps respectfully. Instead, Kayla seemed more interested in making assumptions than helping a customer. If someone in a supervisory role cannot comprehend a simple shipping issue or take the time to understand what a customer is saying before making accusations, they should reconsider how they approach customer service. Greg deserves recognition for his professionalism. Honestly he should be supervisor. Unfortunately, Kayla's attitude and lack of problem solving turned what should have been a simple fix into a frustrating experience.

I DREAD missing a shipment or having to drop something off, because having to go to this office is truly a PAIN AND HEADACHE. This office has lost several of my packages, forcing me to wait additional days to receive or pick up my package. Customer Service: The customer service is TRASH. They constantly act like they don't want to be there and always have piss poor attitudes. There is one lady in particular, who is always stationed on the far left who has the WORST attitude. If you can avoid her (short, heavyset), do so at ALL costs. She'll ruin your day. Go to the guy if possible. The lines here are ALWAYS long. It really doesn't matter what day or time of the day you go. There's no sweet spot. These people move so slow that the line ends up out of the door into the main lobby. On most days, even holidays, they have a max of two people in the front to assist people, while 3 or 4 other stations sit empty. You would think there would be ALL hands on deck, especially for the holidays or times where there are extremely long waits. This isn't an amusement park. I shouldn't have to be in line for 45 minutes to a hour to pick up or ship something. It's really ridiculous. They have no sense of urgency nor care. Useless to say the least. I really wish I could switch to a different post office. Whenever I move from this area, I'll rejoice, knowing I won't have to deal with this particular post office AGAIN.
