Excellent place to get Botox or the like! I had been eyeing this place while in the neighborhood and was unsure if I should bite the bullet and schedule nan appointment online or just walk-in and hope they could take me. I get masseter Botox for various reasons and I love a place that doesn't push filler down your throat (I will never do filler ever again and they don't offer it here, anyway!). I went in and the kind receptionist informed me they had a cancellation so they could see me in 15 minutes. Yay! In the interim they took me to another section of the lobby where they proceeded to take various photos of my face while making different expressions. They do NOT share these and are only used with you and your nurse practitioner to determine what needs to be done, progress, etc. After filling out my info on a table, my NP (her name starts with a G) took me back to a private room where we went over my experience with Botox and what I was looking to accomplish. She then had me use ice packs on my face while she went to prep the dose I needed. Here's the great part about Peachy - it's a flat rate! She suggested Xeomin which is included in the flat rate. If you absolutely only want Botox they have that too but it's a slight increase in charge. My NP shortly came back and got to work. No pain whatsoever and I was done in under 5 minutes. After that I was given more ice and told to wait in the recovery area if I felt I needed time. I felt great after but did take advantage of the complimentary water they offer and the comfy seating. After that I checked out up front. If you give them a Google review at your time of service you get 10% off so I did just that. Stay away from Giovanna by all means. This is a fraudulent location and they pay for all of their Google reviews. They are entirely unethical and they dilute all of their neurotoxin. I would stay far far away unless you want to give your money to a fraudulent company. Botox is not a small thing and treat your face to the best available service anywhere else, but this private equity chain. I had one of the worst experiences ever at Peachy Manhattan West and it was all because of the injector, Sam. She was unprofessional, rude, and completely lacking in empathy. Her behavior was so awful that she actually made me cry after my treatment. Normally, I love Peachy--the front desk and cleaning staff are always warm, welcoming, and professional. But Sam ruined the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, she was in a rush. When I asked if I could wash my face before the procedure, she snapped "no" and lied, saying I was 10 minutes late. I was not late. She then refused to perform the two procedures I always get together (the AquaGold Botox facial with AquaGold and my wrinkle treatment), which I've done before without issue. She dismissed me, acted irritated, and made me feel like I wasn't worth her time. Her attitude was so aggressive and disrespectful that I seriously considered walking out. I save my money to get these two treatments, and to be treated this poorly was insulting and humiliating. It's unacceptable for any injector to behave this way, especially at a place that prides itself on customer care. The only saving grace was the front desk staff, who were incredibly kind and even comforted me when I was in tears. They don't deserve the bad reputation that one injector could bring to this location. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will no longer be coming back to Peachy and will be finding another clinic for my treatments. Management needs to take a serious look at how this injector treats clients before more loyal customers walk away. read more
