I am so disappointed in Peachy. I have been a regular client and enjoyed my experience. I was a little nervous for my appointment at peachy since I received Botox at a a different med spa years ago and did not like the results. The moment I walked into the Peachy studio all my fears were dispelled. The space was clean and aesthetically pleasing. The receptionists were friendly and I was quickly checked in and had photos of my face taken. In a few minutes I was called back by the nurse practitioner to discuss what I was looking to do and expressed my concerns about the last time I had an injection. She listened intently and explained what she had in mind for me. She made it clear that for my certain parts of my face I may need to come back for a touch up if there was still movement. She was right I did come back and had a touch up free of charge. My only complaint was that I felt like the results of my injections wore off quickly. I emailed peachy and they got back to me right away and provided me with a video visit with a provider. We spoke and I was offered a credit to my account and was told I can return and be injected with a different neurotoxin since my muscles may be a bit stronger. I've been coming here for a few years now however the last 2 times especially the results seem to wear off quickly. At 2 weeks when they offer a touch up, the results are still visible. But shortly thereafter they quickly diminish. I know the price is tempting but over time this place is a complete waste of money. I won't be returning or recommending. Peachy is probably great for people who have never gotten Botox before but if you have beware. I originally went in because of the convenient location. During the consultation they ask you on a scale of 1-5 how "frozen" you would like to be. I told her 5, absolutely no movement whatsoever. They said they always start small but offer a complimentary adjustment appointment. A bit annoying as i've always just gone in once and it's fine but figured that's how they do it. A week after my initial appointment i could still move my entire forehead and had lines around my eyes so i went in for their complimentary "adjustment". I again explained I had been getting injectables for YEARS and I like my face frozen. Another week goes by and I still have about 60% movement, defined lines and 11s. I make a third follow up appointment and again explain no movement, no lines, frozen. I never got those results after 3 appointments at Peachy, where other studios are one and done. I still experienced a lot of movement, and now two months later the treatment has completely worn off, where other injectors have given me 4-5 months of incredible results. Peachy does not listen to you during your consultation and do what they think is best and "natural". They also do not tell you how many units they're using which makes it hard to tell if you're overpaying as $375 is a premium price for the very obviously minimal amount of units used. Two stars...mostly for the environment and design of the space. Now, the product...incredibly diluted and overly secretive. I asked politely for the syringe to be filled in the room, so I could confirm the brand and strength...she went into a whole monologue why this wasn't allowed. If a patient in a medical session wants to be sure everything is safe and done correctly the provider should never hide in a back room. As others have shared, not only have the prices gone up basically every couple of months but the treatment specifically from Peachy does not "take" and wears off incredibly fast. Having done botox for many years and being a former medical rep, I know my skin and muscles very well. They take a photo and use that but when you ask for them to take more time to look at your face and movements aside from the photo they will not really spend the time doing so. The girl was very nice and the space very clean and aesthetically pleasing, but something just feels off with the rushed service and the secretive environment. Unfortunately, there are few laws/agencies in place to truly protect patients from Botox use that is not up to proper standards. I have spoken with an expert Botox provider after asking about the amount of units used, and she confirmed that it's was just over half the amount recommended to provide the proper and lasting results. Peachy does not seem to want to have this be out in the public as I have seems numerous reviews magically disappear across many platforms. If they would begin to listen to patients requests rather than be so secretive, peachy would be an amazing place; for now, this is a business that has expanded incredibly fast due to good PR and insta/Tik-tok aesthetic but the actual service is not matching the cost. read more

I've been getting Botox long enough to know something doesn't add up when I go to Peachy. I supposedly am being given the same product and same amount of units that I get anywhere else yet, it almost always requires more injections after the two-week wait period. This time around, ZERO effect. My lines are actually worse than they were two weeks ago, it's as though I never got any injections at all. Unless they are going to give me a whole new round and double the units when I go for my "touch up" tomorrow, I am expecting to be disappointed a week from now. While the "service" is great, something is sufficiently lacking in the quality of the product that only they can account for. Of the dozens of times I've received Botox elsewhere, I have never had to go back for more units. I want to say you get what you pay for, but even that isn't true when it comes to this place. I paid less money for 40 units at a med spa in between my most recent visits to Peachy and had 95% better results. It's great they offer free touch-ups, but not so great that their business model seems to hinge on them. Eventually, the service starts to take a hit when you expect your clientele to be grateful for the opportunity to carve more time out of their schedule for a second appointment because you didn't get it right the first time. If my experience tomorrow does not end up resolving the issue, I will 100% be disputing the service with my credit card company and will not be returning. Nothing about my body chemistry or aftercare has changed since I went to Alchemy 43 in October and had perfect results within four days of getting 50 units. 50 units of Botox is 50 units of Botox, unless it's not...? And not for nothing, when I was in the studio two weeks ago, the manager was openly on an iPad writing her own review of the new location. I thought it was pretty brazen and unprofessional, but wouldn't have called it out if the raving "review" was anywhere in the ballpark of my actual experience. UPDATE - I went for my 2 week dose adjustment on Sunday and was seeing results in just 2 days. It has now been 3 days and it has totally kicked in. The NP addressed my two areas of assymmetry and also suggested a little bit more on the other side as well. She said that the goal was for me NOT to have to come for the 2 week follow up next time. My lower eye lids started drooping significantly after injections. Know in advance that if you have an issue, it will be very difficult to speak to a clinical professional. I called the Manhattan West location and they told me to file a complaint through its "hello" email. I was routed to Megan and submitted photos but in her first email she already deemed that there was no issue (even though my lower eye lids were clearly drooping and would not match the images Peachy has on file). Phone tag ensued because Megan did not offer a direct number to call her. I was unable to call back and reach her because IT IS IMPOSSIBLE for the people answering the phone to transfer a call to the medical staff. How is this appropriate? A man at the Manhattan West location gave me the most patronizing and long winded go around and I eventually hung up. How can an entity that uses junior people to administer care not have DIRECT phone numbers to those handling complaints? Never returning and will turn to my dermatologist for appropriate care (and will apologize to her for going to a start up instead). read more

DISHONEST! SCAM! I've been getting Botox for a significnt amount of time, and every time the results last me 5-6 months (I'm very responsive). I tried this place on a whim-- they offer $425 flat rate for unlimited units and free touch ups as needed. Sounds too good to be true? It is! They LIE! They will not provide touch ups. When the procedure was being performed, I asked several times how many units I was getting, and the nurse just made excuses and kept putting me off, never answering my question. I was seeing significant movement in less than three months. Either they didn't use actual Botox, or they watered that stuff down big time. When I called to explain the situation and request the promised touch up, I was told Botox never lasts more than three months (!?!), usually less, and I just needed to book another appointment. I was given and email address to "escalate" my complaint, and waited nearly a week for a response-- which was an obvious form letter, and the exact same thing I was told the first time around via phone (it's like they have a script, seriously), with a link to schedue an appointment. I cannot say enough good things about Peachy! Every location thus far has lived up to the hype and Manhattan West is no exception. My Nurse Practitioner (NP) was wonderful. She was thoughtful, attentive, listened to what I wanted and made suggestions to help me achieve my desired outcome. My biggest fear with Botox is that I'll end up looking too overdone which is something I never have to worry about at Peachy. Two weeks later and I absolutely love the way I look.
