I've never written a Yelp review before but I love Carol and want to help spread the word about how wonderful she is! I've been going to Carol for over 15 years and after every single visit, I get complements about how my skin just glows! In fact, multiple friends have gone to her after simply seeing my skin and all have been just as happy with their results. As a result, I really do trust Carol implicitly with my skin. She has alerted me to issues (birth control, for example, was causing melasma and thanks to her intervention I was able to reverse it) and she is incredibly thorough, which is one of the reasons I fell in love with her facials. Her extractions are amazing and her face massage is just heavenly. I honestly think she has magical fingers! Besides her technique and deep knowledge about skin care, she is a really good and caring person who has a naturally warm and fun-loving personality. I have been here a few times to do the 45 minute "Triple R Revitalization Facial" with Angela. They have always been prompt and done a great job. The facial mostly focuses on facial and shoulder massage along with applying a cleanser, a scrub, a rubber mask and a lotion to follow up. I would consider this as an express facial as it does leave your skin glowing and soft but they do not do extractions for this type of facial. read more

So I first discovered Carol through my cousin. My cousin somehow always knows the "next best thing" before everybody else finds out. The facial was thorough and very relaxing. I had a few extractions and Angela was very gentle. I typically have extraction marks for a week, but Angela's extractions only left the marks for a day. She also noticed my skin was dehydrated and recommended the Skinceutials retexturing activator, which has done wonders on my skin.
