Just adding on to what others have said, this place does not deserve even one star. The car I purchased had a plethora of issues once brought to a shop for inspection. Some of the issues that needed to be corrected to pass an E-Check (according to them E-Check is guaranteed and it obviously wasn't) were promised to be fixed and, unsurprisingly, these people will give every reason possible as to why they can't work on the car. Another issue was paperwork and they were beyond awful in just getting the title for the car. This dealership has made me learn my lesson to never shop with a small dealer ever again. read more

You can tell it's a small operation and personally that's what I wanted when I started looking for a new car. We wanted something heavy and reputable, and settled on a VW Touareg. Everyone here was personable and quick to reply, we were able to handle almost everything but the physical signatures remotely. So this meant we were in and out in just over an hour! They detailed the VW beautifully. It was a 2015 but damn it smelled like it was straight off a VW lot. We spoke with the owner while staff handled all the logistics. Talking to him was pretty great, he had good conversation. We were tired from work and the hour drive to the dealership and he kept the spirits up. Matthew was pretty much our handler and he was fantastic. Dasha handled the legal and title ends, and she was candid and quick! Do not ONLY follow the bad reviews on Yelp. I read them the other day and honestly I got a pit in my stomach. I did my due diligence and looked on Google reviews, and THAT IS WHERE I saw the reviews that reflected my own experience. Do not be disillusioned... this is a humble corner car dealership, but one that has been established through good staff. I don't know how long they've been there but the owner has been in the business for a long time and is passionate about vehicles. Don't expect to be walking into a massive lot & office with suits and high heels that try to gouge you. These guys are casual, they're on our level, and they sell you what YOU agree to. They work with terrible credit as surely as they do with great credit. I have zero doubt my car will prove itself to be in great condition but I will update the review in the future should any issues arrive. But getting home tonight, this young family is incredibly satisfied, and I will be recommending this dealership to friends in this area. I wish I could give less than one star and I wish I would have read the Facebook reviews for the both locations prior to buying. Worst car buying experience ever. RUN away from Peak Auto! After being drug along for 2 weeks, my vehicle was finally supposed to be fixed and ready to complete the purchase. Drove an hour back to the lot to buy, finally got paperwork done and drove off as they closed. I wasn't even a mile away and the service required light that was supposed to be fixed came on again. I called immediately, no answer. Called the next morning and talked to the manager, Angelo. He gave me a BS line about needing to go through "drive cycles" to reset. Against my better judgement I did this, light still on. He then lied and told me part was replaced. I got fed up with his BS and lies and reached out to the owner, Chris Johnson, who confirmed the part was indeed not replaced and promised to do whatever it takes to fix it. He talks a very good game. Will not hesitate to tell you of his community and family involvement. Promised to send someone with a loaner car to pick it up and take back to their shop to get it fixed. After pushing me off for two weeks "waiting for a loaner to be available," he has now ghosted me. No further response or communication from him. Now I'm stuck trying to get this fixed at further cost to me. read more

I asked a saleswoman if a car they were selling had any problems and she said she didn't know. If you buy a car from them, it's a Coin Toss if you actually got a good car, but the chances are you bought a piece of junk! I was looking to find a reasonable non expensive car. This company is a Carfax authorized dealer. With that being said I seen a 2011 Nissan Maxima with 139000 miles fully loaded beautiful car except for check engine light on which we were told about. Carfax report said there were no accidents or damage reported. We took it for a test drive and the car ran very good. The car was sold to us as is which we understood and we liked what we saw in the Carfax. However when we took the car to our mechanic we found out the Carfax was wrong and the car had been in an accident which was not disclosed to us. Our mechanic basically told us this car is junk and not worth putting any money into fixing it. The steering column is ready to fall out and it had several codes in it which we were not made aware of at the time of purchase. They could not even do a front end alignment which is basically what we took the car there for in the first place. When we found this out we tried reaching out to the dealership to let them know what we found out and they just kept saying there was nothing they could do for us because we bought the car as is. Had we known it was in an accident we would have never purchased this car. I feel the dealership needs to start paying more attention to the kind of vehicles they have in their lot before they try and sell them. I am so frustrated I feel like I got scammed. We will not be doing business with this dealer ever again and will be telling our friends and family the same. read more

dealer bragged about their thorough maintenance and inspection they do on the used vehicles they sell. I got mine home and checked the oil. it was black and two quarts low. I called them to see if the vehicle was burning oil or if they just neglected it. they admitted they did no maintenance or inspection on the vehicle. when they removed the vehicle from the car carrier, they broke the latch off the gas cap cover and instead of fixing it, they threw the broken parts in back of the vehicle. I purchased the vehicle and they told me it only came with one set of keys. I live in another state so I made arrangements to leave the vehicle on their lot and return two days later with another person to retrieve the vehicle. when we returned we found there was a spare set of keys in the glove box of the vehicle they left unlocked all weekend. they told me to leave it unlocked the day I bought it so they could put temporary tags in, then they would lock it. instead I showed up 2 days later, no tags on vehicle, vehicle unlocked and keys in glove box. it is now 60 days later and I still do not have the title and the temp tags are expired. they've told me for two weeks they'd be sending the title any day. 60 days later, haven't been able to get title, inspection or registration in my state. They promised they would overnight the title to me by the end of this week so I could get inspection done Monday and give the vehicle to my son for his birthday Tuesday. Today I called to confirm this had happened, and they told me no, they'd just send it next week. Yet another failure. Worst sales experience of my life. avoid this place at all costs! read more

I like the positive review that states "The staff was very friendly and the place was clean." The corner lot has a small little office and two people work there. Again, read the positive reviews then go and visit the car lot. Then, you decide if the reviews are real and true! The Saleslady tried to trap me by posting a few nice cars on their website.. Their customer service and vehicles suck. They gave their word it would pass e check failed 3 times till e check gave us a 6 month waiver . Their so called mechanic is a hack fixed a gas line with a short rubber hose and 7 hose clamps and bypassed the fuel filter they also deleted all codes out of ecm tried to play dumb on it.. They got defensive when I asked why most of their cars are rejected at Medinas e check station . I spent @ $ 1,000 on emission repairs and I think it still wont pass . read more

My daughter bought a used car the end of September. Shortly after, she realized the rail to the drivers seat was loose. She took it in for them to look at and was told they would fix it but it would take a few days to get the part. After several more calls- Rusty did not contact her, she had to chase after him- it is now 3-1/2 months later. She pushed him for a date to make the repairs. She had an appointment for 9:00 yesterday. She was told it would take a few hours. She had her 3 year old with her and after 9 hours her car was done!! Absolutely terrible customer service.
