I specifically asked her if I could alter my payment if I came back in soon. Yes, I was given that option. I returned later with a plan to use a debit card with NO 3% upcharge. Tiggy was busy so Peggy took my second transaction, I asked her if it was difficult, and she replied it was. BooHoo--BTW, Peggy seems like a candidate who does not work with patients much or at all. They took x-rays. 2. They made me wait for an hour. 3. They informed me I cannot get a dental cleaning, which was the whole reason I was here. It was 3pm and they close at 4pm. Ooook. Appointment over I guess? 4. Nope. I need to wait for the doctor. Why? They don't know why. 5. Half an hour later a creepy guy comes in and tells me I grind my teeth at night. This is the doctor. Okay, can I have a dental cleaning? No, I cannot. It's too late. How is it too late? It just is. Welp, this was a massive waste of time. 6. Creepy doctor tells me he used AI to examine my teeth. He does this unprompted. He brags about it. He goes on about it at length! I just gape at him. Alright folks, this is Texas, which is beholden not only to HIPAA, but also the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, which makes feeding my medical data into AI VERY ILLEGAL, except in super specific circumstances. To wit, this dentist requires EXPLICIT permission from me, strict user opt-in/opt-out mechanisms and disclosure of automated profiling, to upload my data to an AI. Since I ABSOLUTELY DESPISE the AI currently wreaking havoc in our society (as does every other person who actually understands the implications of this dumb technology) I absolutely DO NOT consent to sending my private medical data to any AI entity. 7. Our teeth look and feel great. Scheduling was very easy, even when we wanted "back to back" appointments together. Our differing prices were both a reflection of that they don't have a "one size fits all" approach to their patients, but also reflected an appropriate/fair scale in pricing relative to our needs. There was no "hard sell" on committing to, or scheduling, any of the additional work recommended. Just a simple printed quote we could reference in the future. The same for the "discount/club pricing" you would get for signing up with their office, which I declined, but my husband joined. Just the information made available quickly and clearly, and then you were free to move on. Everyone was SO friendly. This place instills fear in patients with unethical money grab practices and pressuring patients for same day procedures. I came here after getting on a new insurance and could no longer go to my old dentist as he was out of network. Reviews were overall good for this place so I figured I'd give it a try. I was having no oral pain or discomfort, just knew I was overdue for a cleaning. I was told I had multiple cavities and stage 3 gum disease. The way I was told about the gum disease was extremely bizarre. After the examination, the dentist showed me a chart with the stages of gum disease and images for each. She asked me where I thought I fell on the chart. I guessed one of the lower options and she then decided to tell me I had stage 3 gum disease (on the higher end of the spectrum). I was so caught off guard by the approach and immediately felt extremely uncomfortable by the way that was shared with me. They pushed for me to get treatments same day but I knew I needed to GTFO. I got a second opinion from another dentist and he was shocked at the approach and alleged work I needed done/ disease diagnosis. My new dentist says I just need a good cleaning. I'm really glad I went with my gut and didn't let them pressure me into getting work done that day. Get a second opinion before consenting to any work!

When I called to set the appointment I made it for the same day for me and my wife since we only have 1 car. The week of our appointments they cancelled both of our appointments and scheduled us on separate days in the future. I called back and told them again we need to go together. They told me it be months out in order for them to schedule it that way. Then I received a call back saying that they will forward my information to another dentist if needed. We been going there for over 4 years.
