This was my first time here and I was really impressed. My appointment was so quick and easy! Dr. Tsang was very efficient and straight-forward. As soon as I checked in, the receptionist reviewed my insurance and explained how it would apply and what's covered, etc. before we even started my appointment. This is super helpful because some places you don't find out how much you're going to pay until AFTER everything is already done. So I appreciated how clear and concise they were. Peak Eyecare's location is conveniently located close to home, and the staff was able to set up an appointment in a timely manner, only 2 days away rather than a couple weeks like some others. I was able to fill out all the paperwork online before my visit, which is greatly appreciated. The staff did my pre exam in a friendly and efficient manner and then Dr came to examine me. Everyone was professional, efficient, and friendly and the Dr explained things very well. I ordered my glasses and was expecting a two week wait time, but they arrived in a week.
