Cleanliness and safety are emphasized. The Dr. wore a mask throughout the examination and when trying on glasses, everything was sanitized afterward. I appreciated the various equipment to measure eyesight. Cons: Prescription won't be released, until you've purchased through them. Seems unfair since the examinations were paid for. My prior provider was transparent with my prescription and I could have a copy, if desired. Frame options were limited to the more stylish and costly version. Lastly, limited hours of availability could make it difficult for some to schedule an appt. outside the hours of 8am to 5pm. They are open some Saturdays so you have to inquire with the office.

I didn't want to write this review but the front desk doesn't listen. I was late for an appointment. The appointment was for 2:40. At around 2:48ish they called and left a message on my voice mail which said I was late but they could get me in at 3:00. I was parking at that moment in their lot and instead of calling back which would have slowed me down I walked into their waiting room only 3 or 4 minutes after they left the message on my phone saying they had a 3:00 for me well before that 3:00. The woman at the front desk said that they had given my 2:40 to another person. They had also given my 3:00 to another customer because the people at the front desk were not talking to one another so she did not know someone else had told me 3:00 was good. I said "not a problem, I will come another day". She said that since I had been late for an appointment in the past which they had forgiven I would need to pay them $40 to schedule another appointment. She said it in a way like it was to teach me a lesson? I spoke to her a few times about this and it was like she had turned off her listening. I said that I was there at least 5 minutes before the time they had switched me to. She said that internally they had bad communication about that (my fault?). I also said you gave both my times to other customers who paid you for both those times. So you are asking a long time customer that has paid you thousands of dollars to pay you for time you gave to someone else and were paid for so you could double bill the time? She wasn't listening. I gave them 2 stars instead of one because they are only going to charge me the $40 if I book another time. If I never go back to them they are letting it go.

Jackie was incredibly sweet, efficient, and informative while completing all of the tests before my exam. While I was waiting, Amber and Miracle were fantastic and helped me narrow down some frame options. They were also so helpful in putting together different pricing quotes for both my boyfriend and I. Sona did an amazing job adjusting my boyfriend's glasses seamlessly, and he was so happy with how they turned out! And of course, I can't forget Philip! I can always count on him to follow up with my contact lens trials and make sure my contacts get ordered. He told me the insurance would cover more for glasses so use that and just pay out of pocket for lenses. When I tried to get her contact prescription from them they told me I'd need to bring her in for another appointment and it will cost me $125. When I told them I originally brought her in for contacts they said he didn't measure her eyes for contacts. So basically wasted my time and money. And now I need to find somewhere to take her to get contacts and pay for another appointment.
