I'm partial to Dr Yung, but we have also seen Dr Dinh, Dr Campbell & Dr Boyer and they are all wonderful! The staff here really cares for our fur children as if they were their own! I recommend going with their pet care plans, bc it's very responsible (and a little easier on the wallet) for preventative care. If I ever have a concern they always take my call and offer immediate advice no matter what! I also sincerely appreciate that they have a sister practice, Frontier Vet Hospital in Hillsboro. The staff there is also quite fantastic in our experience! Well...what are you waiting for?! Pick up the phone and schedule your appointment today!

From the moment we met Justin at the front desk, we could see the kindness in his eyes as he let us know he would get us in a room right away even though we were early. The vet tech and doctor were equally as kind, explaining the process and giving us lots of choices. When I returned today for the ashes, again I met kind Justin at the front who left what he was doing to get the ashes for me. We are so grateful. They made a difficult situation so much better by their kindness and gentleness with Monk and with us.

I'm a new customer and I had to put down a $90 deposit (which is weird, but if you don't miss your appointment you get it back). Well I got into a car accident and was waiting for a tow truck, and while I'm trying to figure out who will pick up my daughter from daycare they call me to tell me I'm late. I had planned on calling them but my daughter and tow truck came first. I explained to the receptionist what happened and she told me I would need another deposit to reschedule. Meaning, I am out the first deposit. To me it feels like they are not in the business of their community as they cared more about their deposit than keeping a customer. The $90 was not that big of a deal, but the lack of compassion made me turned off from establishing care at this location.

From the moment we arrived, everyone was kind, caring, and genuinely compassionate. My cat was diagnosed with a urinary tract disease, and they took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. They were incredibly reassuring, answered all of my questions with patience, and never made me feel rushed or pressured into making decisions. What meant the most was how supportive they were. They truly cared not only about my cat's health but also about making sure I felt informed and comforted throughout the entire experience. It's clear that everyone there has a true passion for helping animals and the people who love them. I'm so grateful for the exceptional care they provided and would highly recommend Tanasbourne Veterinary Emergency to anyone in need of emergency veterinary care. Thank you for treating my cat with such love and kindness and for giving me peace of mind during a very difficult time.

There was a bit of a wait but they were very communicative and treated everyone with kindness and respect. The price to have her put under, cleaned up, stitched up and sent home with meds was way more than I was expecting but when I asked, they were able to bring the price down some and offer some different options. They have a coffee machine for tea and coffee and very comfortable couches and the front desk lady even walked around offering cold waters at one point because a majority of us had been sitting there waiting awhile. I overall had a wonderful experience and will choose them again in the future for our pet emergencies.

Our ten year old orange tabby, Murray, needed to have a "cough" checked out. He was fine otherwise. They did a complete exam, took some blood, checked his BP and prescribed a steroid he needed to take for two weeks. I was able to get the pills down him for three days but he wasn't having any of it after the third day so I stopped. He's perfectly fine now and has no cough at all. I still need to take him back in for a urine analysis and will do so in the new year. The office and exam rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff and doctors are so empathetic and caring. You can still buy special diet foods and treats while you're there. The dogs and cats are kept separate which makes for a stress free visit. I highly recommend VCA Murrayhill Veterinary Hospital for all your furbabies's needs.

The staff at Murray Hill Vet were so gracious and wonderful that my dog was on her best behavior the entire time. It's clear that they treat their staff well, as everyone seemed genuinely to love animals and took great care of every patient.

At our visit we noted seeing blood in our dogs urine and they did an ultrasound but didn't want to do a pee test based off the ultrasound. Well our dog kept having to urinate frequently following the appointment and there was still blood. So we called asking if we could start treatment for a UTI as our dog had a history of them and this was likely the issue. They said we needed to catch a urine sample and bring it in office to determine treatment. We did this another $100 later and they say there is no UTI and to bring her in for a clean catch sample and another ultrasound and more test. Mind you days are passing and our dog is not feeling better. We ultimately went to another vet up the road who treated her same day and was in the same price range as what we paid in CA. Their wellness visit was $30 cheaper too. It's unfortunate because our initial visit was positive but it just seemed like they wanted to keep charging us instead of treating our dog.
