Window World just replaced our find the pie windows. I could not be happier. They are beautiful. The installation crew was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I will do business them again. Thanks Window World.
We have had a frustrating time getting window world to come back and fix the windows that they sealed incorrectly. We've had someone come out twice to repair a window that was leaking after a storm. I told them I would like all of the windows checked to ensure this doesn't happen again. We have a two story house, the guy who showed up the first time didn't bring a ladder. The second time someone came out he was nice enough to tell us that they were sealed incorrectly and all of the windows would need to be resealed. I was told I would hear from scheduling. That never happened. Since the last time they were out I've had to make 4-5 different calls to try and get in touch with someone from scheduling. When I did get in touch with them they were rude. As far as cost goes Window World significantly beats out Pella and Renewal - the only reason I'm giving them one star.
Window World of Phoenix did an amazing job at a great price! I would highly recommend them to any friend or neighbor. Ryan was an easy going and helpful sales associate, very knowledgeable and no pressure. He followed up after and ensured we were happy. He really went above and beyond. Jose and his crew were polite and friendly, they quickly and professionally installed 10 windows and a door in one day! My mind was blown. The windows themselves have been great! You can feel a world of difference between my 1980s windows to these new ones. From standing in front of a space heater to barely feeling anything and being cool to the touch with the new windows. I would definitely recommend Window World. Thanks!
We bought a property in Mesa that was very neglected by the previous owners, one of the big ticket repair/replacements was windows. Jeff came out to our house one afternoon in April, inspected everything and had a concern about our Arizona room. The wood under the windows was rotted substantially and he was concerned about there being enough left to hold and brace the large windows needed in that space. We had conversations with several contractors about rebuilding/reframing the area and were so discouraged. Jeff asked to come back, as he had another idea that might not only solve the issue, but save us some money in the mean time. We were all in, signed the very reasonable quote, and paid the 50% deposit. We knew there was an 8 - 14 week wait once they were ordered, as each window is custom made. Final week of July, exactly as expected, we received the call that our windows were finished and ready to install. The arrival appointment was set between 8 and 10 this morning. We spent last night removing the blinds and moving furniture 2 feet away. The crew showed up at 8:23 this morning. The 3 gentlemen were polite, professional, lightning fast, and just downright awesome guys. All three of them smiled, said Ma'am and Sir, and were ready to get the job done. In less than three hours, they systematically removed the old windows and put the new ones in. We have 3 very curious cats, and the crew was very conscientious about making sure they stayed inside. Everything was sealed and caulked, each and every window was cleaned, and we had the opportunity to inspect the work along the way. We couldn't be happier with our decision to use Window World. We have a entirely new house with this one change. The temperature in our bedroom dropped 15-20 degrees, we can finally feel the cool air in our living room, the kitchen is no longer an oven, and my Arizona room went from ragged to beautiful. Thank you Window World, we will send our friends and family!
We just had our entire homes windows changed out and upgraded with Window World Windows and we are loving them. The entire process was quick and easy. From the first meeting with Lee Cook as our salesman, we knew we were choosing the right windows and company. They were installed yesterday and the team doing that work was the best too. They were fast, clean, and thorough. I can't rave enough about this company and its people.
I purchased Argon windows with a nice blue tint. I also chose the white trim over brown /black and I am so glad I did. I don't take the best pictures, but my neighbors with updated windows preferred mine. Keith, the owner, was easy to work with and the installers, Chris and his team did a great job installing, sealing and putting back my plantation shutters. The installer team walked in and just worked. They left no glass or debris. They were very careful breaking windows and removing frames. I absolutely love my new windows. What a nice update to my home and federal tax credit too! I plan on ordering 2 upscale sliding doors to complete the house, I recommend you ask for Keith to come out and measure windows and/or doors and you will find that his prices are so much better than Andersen and all of the others and window world has beautiful energy efficient windows.

Got a quote 10/01/25 and they just finished the contracted work last week (7/30/26). Signed the contract and put a 50% down payment right away. They said that could have everything done by Thanksgiving, which got pushed back until after Christmas. Which was when materials arrived. BUT, half of the (6) doors were wrong and had to be reordered and the 1 window was not right. They totally messed up our house with the installation of the two patio doors (concrete dust all over, damage from taping plastic sheeting to the ceiling and wall - all of which I had to repair and repaint!!). OVERALL: 1) The quality of the doors was below our expectations (compared to their home expo demo units). The retractable screens are basically what you can get at Costco. Handles and locks rattle. 2) Timeliness: Product ordering was very slow. Installers showed up when scheduled and worked hard ( bright spots!) Multiple reorders! 3) Workmanship: was decent for the most part. Did have to replace the window due to damage during the first installation. They did give us a 2% discount after I complained and explained why we were not satisfied, BUT Do not feel like we got what we paid for from WW. read more

Shoutout to Window World of Phoenix! When we bought our home 18 years ago, we had our single pane windows replaced to dual pane windows. We went with WW because they were the best price with the best guarantee. Our windows came with a lifetime warranty. Both our picture windows above our from and back doors had their seals fail. Today they came out and replaced them. Carlos and his co-worker were fast and quick to get them installed. I had no hassles about replacing them. I have had my windows for 2 years and the caulking is bad. They say that is homeowner responsibility. My trim on my window is also coming apart. read more

So here we are - signed the contract in April 23 and now in October 23...5 times and they still can't get it right!! Cost me $190 to have the stucco repaired and painted. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! 5 times and they are an EPIC failure on customer service and install and doing the ojb RIGHT. Can't get a manager to contact me or an owner's name! SHAM Company and Dave Ramsey should be ashamed for endorsing them! Defective window, twice the wrong size and of course the opening on the opposite side along with the wrong caulk color. Supposed to be here to correct their errors for the 5th time and still an epic let down! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! read more

Ryan came out and gave us a fair quote and delivered on everything he promised. On day of installation we definitely got Window Worlds A Team who was lead by Jesus. Jesus and his team were professional and made sure to keep everything clean the job they did was A+. We had bids from Anderson, Home Depot and Window World on six large windows on our Mesa stucco house. Window World was by far the cheapest and, equally important, offered the double slider option we wanted for access to one space. Installation was right on schedule and a breeze. We used Window World of Northern Arizona and couldn't be happier. The windows look great and the workmanship was spot-on. But this is a review of Windows World of Phoenix. It was exactly one year and one day that we finally got what we ordered. That's a long time to wait! The first time they came to install the windows they had the wrong color trim. They didn't install the windows. We waited months because they were "replacing the broken glass". What?? What broken glass? Never did find out what they did. Finally, they came for the real installation. One window was built with the heat block film on the outside! The glass smudged with the slightest touch. Two of four screens were badly bent. The windows look like crap from the inside as they used a sort of trim tape to cover the gaps. Waited more months. One window leaked badly. The explanation? "Forgot to caulk seam". We eventually got the right windows, but are extremely glad we have interior window treatments because, frankly, the windows look like crap. The outside was done with "clear" caulk instead of color-matched caulk (like our other Window World windows) and is already discoloring badly. Can't believe this is the same parent company that did our other windows. Night and day differences between franchises. Didn't give them just one star because, in the end, the windows do what they were supposed to do. Just a year late. It's nice having the "lifetime guarantee", but based on the initial installation issues it will be a nearly lifetime to get what you need. At least it seemed that way. I had faith that this was a decent company. The windows are okay, but the $2000 we paid for a new back door is a complete hack job. I was told by the salesman that the new door would be easy to open and very nice. It's complete garbage, my old door was much easier to open and better quality. This is a door made from plastic and complete junk. They don't make their own doors, they buy them from some other company. The trim they used looks like they got it from the garbage. They used a nail gun to shoot nails all over the trim board inside and out. It's obvious that they have no idea what they are doing. The 2" inside door trim inside my house looks horrific now. An amateur person could have done a much better job. I would shop around first for a company that actually knows what they are doing before using Window World. They may have lower prices, but that's about it. Everything else is lower also, quality, service, workmanship and overall experience is at the bottom. The install crew of three dropped window caulking on the floor and then tracked it all over our new carpet we just had installed. They didn't even put anything down on the floors when they worked. My wife and I had to scrub for 45 minutes trying to get the caulking out of our carpet after they left. We paid extra money so that they would take down our window blinds to install the new windows. The only window blind that was not messed up was the one I took down myself. What a complete joke paying them to take your window blinds down was. They basically just ripped them off the wall. The head guy at the end of the job says, you need to try them before I leave ( the windows I just paid $7000 for ) I guess it was too much work for them to check that they actually worked. He never even looked up at me or walked around or anything. His attitude was like I was a bother to him as the customer. It's obvious they hate their job. After they drive off, I walk into my spare room and almost stepped on a long sharp piece of metal they cut out of the window that looked like a knife, it was just laying on the carpet. I guess it was happy hour at the bar, because they were in such a big hurry to leave, they just left tools and garbage all over on my back patio. I would recommend shopping around with different companies first. Don't make the mistake we did. They may have good prices, but it's obvious that doing the job correctly isn't part of their business model. They never even asked me about my outside window solar screens, they just tore them off my windows and hauled away. Window World you FAILED! I will never recommend you to anyone, and since I have a background in advertising, I'll be sure to tell everyone how awful my experience was. Terrible install crew. Grade of "F" read more

This was my mother and sisters house. Had I known they were going to hack up the siding I would have never let them convince me to allow them to install this way. It was obviously far easier than sawzalling all the windows and cutting the window flashing to fit. Many weeks for "custom" windows ? The boss also said he would check out the job. Never showed . Nice guys but not true tradesman. Top that off with all 3 of us getting covid within 3 days of install. I guess you get what you pay for. read more

Looking out we have white trim on the inside and black trim on the exterior. Windows have Solar SunShield Blue Glass. Window World guys were very efficient. In less than a day they replaced all of the windows in our house including two exterior sliders. We recommend Window World for your window replacement. read more

Glad I decided to get a 3rd quote cause not only was this a heck of a deal but they look amazing! I can already feel the difference in temperature.
