She asked a few questions while I was filling out my husband's paperwork to make sure he was getting the infusion he needed based on his wellness concerns. After finishing the paperwork, which was simple & direct, she escorted us to the actual space he would be receiving his treatment. Once he was hooked up, she placed a massager around her shoulders to help him relax. She dimmed the lights and told us she would check back in a few. Upon leaving, she thanked us for our business. The following day, she texted to check on my husband to make sure he wasn't experiencing any issues or complications from his infusion. Now that I know this establishment exists in Macon, I don't have to drive 1 1/2 hours anymore to receive infusions. Her prices are better and her service and ambiance are outstanding. We will continue to support this small business; and highly recommend anyone looking to enhance their wellness give her a try.

Though hopeful, I had been skeptical about the potential of infusions to do for me what so many doctors had not; I have struggled with an autoimmune disorder and related chronic pain, depression, and extreme lethargy for over a year, and have tried countless medications & treatments to no avail. Within an hour of leaving, I felt myself waking up, my mind clearing, my strength returning, and my body working in ways that I was beginning to fear I'd never experience again. It is really good even with its tartness. The young lady who prepared my tea was super friendly. The older lady running the register asked if she had given me a punch card. I said no. She asked if I was planning on coming back. I said yes, hoping the drink would steer me to return, but how do you answer a question like that when you haven't even tasted the product? I went to the emergency room at Coliseum MC and was admitted that night and the surgery done a day later. There is no way anyone can say that being hospitalised and having surgery was an enjoyable experience. At least not in my opinion. But the doctors and staff at Coliseum medical centre made this at the very least a very comfortable stay and I felt very safe as far as the virus was concerned. I was on the 5th floor. The nurses, the phlebotomists and the entire staff on the 5th floor are nothing short outstanding. The hospitalists and the entire medical entourage were very professional, competent, and attentive with regular visits, inquiries and updates before and after surgery. The surgery was performed with robotic assist by Dr. John Thomas Williams. I am looking forward to my final visit with him so I can personally thank him for his excellence. I am 73 years old and I've had 3 other laparoscopic surgeries without the benefit of the robotic assist. This stuff is nothing short of amazing in regards to the amount of pain after surgery. From a medical viewpoint we are living in the "good old days". Being hospitalized and having surgery could never be called fun. But, the attention rendered by Coliseum Medical Center, to my comfort, concerns, and condition were all attended to with excellence.
