I made an appointment and I had arrived a little early. They took me right away and didn't make me wait. I received the pedicure first. They asked if I wanted to upgrade my pedicure to a spa one, which I declined. They didn't pressure me to upgrade, which was nice. Both my pedicure and manicure went smoothly . They don't have the hand and foot driers like other nail places have. My toe nails dried on their own as my nails were getting done and they used a hand fan to dry my fingernails.
