I said no, your site on Yelp says "walk ins are welcome" and she said no, that's not true, I'm not sure which site you looked at but that's not correct. I was turned away and told you use the website to book an appointment. At that moment, I no longer felt welcomed. I would highly suggest the owner review what they have on the Yelp page because this is a site that many individuals use when searching for services. Unfortunately, I was left with bleached, orange/brassy roots, which was not an acceptable result--especially considering the service cost me $300 including the tip. What was even more disappointing was how the situation was handled afterward. I spent weeks going back and forth with the manager, Christina, before eventually receiving a partial refund. During our phone conversations, I found her communication to be dismissive and unnecessarily confrontational. I felt that my concerns were repeatedly minimized, and she initially questioned my account of what had happened. It was only after I provided time-stamped photographs documenting my hair immediately after the service that my concerns were taken more seriously. I understand that hair services can sometimes require adjustments, but I expect a professional salon to listen carefully to what a client requests, communicate clearly throughout the process, and take responsibility when the result falls significantly short of those expectations. Unfortunately, I did not feel that happened here. I'm sharing this review because the quality of the service and the way my concerns were handled afterward did not reflect the level of professionalism I expected for the price I paid.

I have long hair and other stylists I have gone to would only give me layers at the bottom, but not Leah! She took the time to listen and understand what I wanted and even offered advice and options for different facial framing and bangs that were suited to my face and type of hair. As soon as we were done and I saw what she did, I had to ask her to send me pictures so that I could show my mom who has been sick of hearing me cry and complain after every haircut, but not this one! I got in touch with her shortly after leaving, and she was so kind and understanding and scheduled a complimentary appointment to help get it to what she was hoping for.
