Dr. Pak explained everything clearly, checked on me throughout the procedure, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. What impressed me most was the care I received afterward. The first antibiotic I was prescribed wasn't working well for me, so I sent Dr. Pak a text. He responded immediately, followed with a phone call by Hector indicating that my new antibiotic prescription was sent to my pharmacy. He listened to my long dental history and how scary I am. He assured me that he would do everything he could to make my experience pleasant. The process was pain free! I decided to pull the tooth to not have to go through that again. I called the office to inform and ask why my root canal became infected and never received a call back. Super unprofessional not to even discuss the matter. Response to owner: I wasn't provided with a follow up appointment after treatment. I paid and the receptionists never informed me to follow up. I also never received a reminder card to folklore up. My dentist also stated your office never followed up. Please provide proof with the reminder card and when I was offered the follow up appointment. I also inquired to discuss with Dr. Nathanial Tsai and never heard back.

Dr. Beachler is just as wonderful, caring, calming, and thorough as many others have described. His front office manager, Jane, and dental assistant, Michelle, are also very helpful and pleasant. They are very professional and clear about what needs to be done and associated costs. The office is extremely clean and well-equipped with modern instruments that made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the 2-hour procedure. I gave her my sincerest condolences, and she accepted them. She asked me how I would like to receive my refund, and I let her know by check. Kim then informed me that she would need to coordinate with another gentleman to clear the check so it could be sent out by Friday July 10th. She asked me the basics and asked about our insurance card or number (which I can't provide for some reason) I even told her that the office already sent them a referral email but she kept saying she didn't receive anything so I had to call them back and re-send it to her. She told me she'll follow-up within the next day but I never recieved any call. Then I had to call again and she scheduled us to see the doctor (just in case) in a certain date this month and that she will try to see the benefits of our insurance -- AGAIN. Which only means until now she didn't do anything about it. She told me she'll call me before the scheduled appointment, but then again, WE DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY CALL. So I called her last minute and ask about our scheduled appointment for tomorrow and she said that she's glad that I called becoz it's almost time for her to go home. (Dafuq do I care? (For those like me who need to know these things: they are taking Covid seriously: masks, gloves, plexiglass around the receptionist area, Covid questions when you book the appt, temperature check, & a peroxide mouth rinse upon arrival......so don't put off your root canal!!!) A little background: Now, I've had numerous fillings, crowns, root canals over the years. But, the nearby dr in Orange that I was sent to (& his aggressive, angry staff) was so dreadful on my first visit, that I had to bring a friend to sit in the room & advocate for me.....as I was sobbing with fear as I went back for the second half of the procedure! So, I called my dentist & asked for someone else! He referred me to Dr. Baba!!! From the moment I called Julie to set up the appt, I relaxed. She was so cheerful, understanding, and helpful.
