Looking for a hip spot with lots of outdoor seating, a great happy hour and delicious burritos? Look no further than Pearl Diver! I was pinching myself for not stopping in here sooner. I went with a friend on a Monday evening and it wasn't very crowded. I ordered the dole whip and she got the devils flower cocktails. We also got some chicken tinga burritos which were cheesy and bean filled wrapped in homemade tortillas with love. I will definitely be back and bring more friends as they have a pool table and lots of games to play and are dog friendly!

Pearl diver is a festive dive bar that never disappoints during the holidays. The staff here is very welcoming and pretty quick with providing service. Not a lot of seating inside, but plenty outside. I suggest getting there early especially during the cold months. There are heaters on the patio in case you aren't seated inside. I do not recommend the pierogis. They were hot on the outside but somewhat cold on the inside and lacked flavor. You can tell these aren't something that's made in house. More like a heat up and serve. I would definitely just stick to ordering drinks here. They do have a Photo Booth, so be sure to document the good time you and your people have here. It's a vibe for sure.

We loved everything about our experience! The staff were kind and friendly. We went around Christmas so it was decked out with lights, trees and decor. They had seasonal drinks with festive cups/glasses. Cocktail and mocktail options. I ordered the coco ho ho ho that consisted of gold Jamaican rum, lime, coconut, pineapple, pandan syrup and banana liqueur. It was fun and I enjoyed it! They also serve food throughout the night where we ordered the hand breaded chicky chunx served with a honey curry sauce. They were super fresh and sort of like a chicken nugget. The beef empanadas came with a small side of salsa which were also fresh and the tater tots we ordered were a great addition. All food tasty! We ended the night with the photo Booth that is located in the front. I would love to go back!

The Sippin Santa pop up was so fun! I loved their drinks and the tiki mugs were adorable. It's festive inside and as usual everyone was amazing. Love it!

Pearl Diver has such a fun theme, a great patio, awesome rotating drinks, great staff, and lots of seating. I have been several times in the past few months since the addition of Secret Bodega taking over the kitchen! I am a long time Secret Bodega fan, and I think the food matches the Pearl Diver vibe so well - and I have tried nearly every item on the menu and it's all top notch. This is absolute do not miss for the food, the drinks, the vibes, and the people!

Pearl diver is such a fun tiki bar that goes all out for Christmas decorations every year! I really enjoy all of the cocktails there and the food is quite good as well. If you are going in the winter for the holiday pop-ups, make sure to make a reservation in advance! Parking is non-existent so I recommend taking an uber if you can! If you sit out back on the patio, they have heaters or fans depending on the weather.

The mini cronch wraps were so good!! My mojito was very refreshing. As always, staff was super nice and friendly. I biked here for the first time and the bike parking is a little dismantled/not there but we made it work. petition for a more accessible bike rack please!

A really cool tiki bar and you must come here for Christmas because they do an amazing pop up bar called miracle. Their drinks are fun and especially during the holidays, they have cool themed and mixed cocktails. The whole space is decorated beautifully and they even had life size candy cane and Santa hats on the bar chairs. I was definitely in the holiday spirits here! I got the koala la la drink and it was very refreshing. Their drinks also came in festive mugs which was super cool. I'm actually sad the food was not as good. I got the pupu platter and while there was variety, it was not worth $50 and the portions of each item was small. The food was meh and I was disappointed. I could've ordered full portions of these items for cheaper and shared with the table.

I absolutely love Pearl diver! This is my first review for them, although I have been many times. The one thing that captivates me about this place are their seasonal treats! From the drinks, to the food and all of the ambience, Pearl diver is one of those places that you leave very satisfied, my husband and I tried their Pupu Platter (which easily feeds two people) and it was incredible! This is honestly the only place in Nashville that will give you a South American cuisine vibe. The service is always top-tier, I have loved every single single waiter and waitress I have had because they are always so much fun! If you are in town and you are around all the local spots, definitely stop by Pearl Diver, whether it's a drink or for a unique snack, you will not regret it.

Pearl Diver is a fantastic cocktail bar. The host staff was so friendly and kind and so was our server. It's got a fun, laid back atmosphere but is still vibrant. You definitely feel the tropical vibes, especially on the patio. I love that the focus is on sugarcane spirits (though that's not all they offer). The Yum Yum (dark rum, coconut cream, lemongrass, Thai basil, Thai chili, and fresh lime) was absolutely delicious. I enjoyed our other drinks too. I'm looking forward to returning and trying the food menu in addition to drinks.

In the spirit of getting out and making an effort to explore my new city I decided to find a place to go and enjoy a solo date night and grab a fancy drink. You know the vibes a Carrie Bradshaw moment but make it Nashville style. I found this place via instagram and read all the great reviews and decided to get out and try it. A cozy place tucked and hidden in the heart of east Nashville. It is somewhat hidden with a small parking area but I was fortunate enough to get parking right in front. I walked in and the decor is pops of red and black mixed with gold. The light is dim so it's a perfect date night spot or place to meet and have an intimate small group gathering. It wasn't busy and I enjoyed that there wasn't too many people. The vibes are relaxed and I was greeted right away. Checking out the menu I decided on a spicy margarita concoction with tajin. The bartender brought it out and it was the perfect blend of flavor, spice and alcohol. It was refreshing and sweet/spicy. Perfect. This place is the perfect solo date night spot or date spot with your special someone or catch up sessions with friends. I enjoyed sitting, sipping and writing this review. Solo dates can be daunting and being in a new city can be daunting as well but finding hidden gems like this make it worth while. There's a quote that I love and that's "if you never go you'll never know." Don't let this be a place youll never know... head to your date with this place. Head to Amsterdamian.

I wish we had gotten his name but we were so impressed with the little gem we were sitting in we didn't make much small talk other than drink recommendations. They also have a few mocktails and snacks available. I recently tried the cucumber salad and am now obsessed. I hope this is not a seasonal item. The inside is a wine bar with plenty of options to choose from. Even if you aren't getting wine or one of the batched cocktails in side I still recommend walking through. The vibes are high and the interior design is gorgeous. The outside had plentiful seating. If you're lucky, you might get a seat around a real wood fireplace. If I could suggest one thing to Urban Cowboy it would be to provide blankest to those sitting outside without the fire place. I believe they do have blankets set out but I was unsure if I could take them so I just left them on the chair. I think it would be better to have an area with a sign saying "blankets for guests" or something along the lines. I always get a dirty martini at Urabn Cowboy. Its crisp yet dirty and always hits the spot. Another good option here is a aperol spritz. Theres always a line at the bar. I've talked to the bartenders and he confirmed you DO NOT have to line up in a single file line but it always happens. You can walk up like a normal bar and order!!

Located in East Nashville away from the widespread tourist traps of Broadway, the bed and breakfast is in a cooler, mostly residential neighborhood, and it has its own "public house" separate from the main house but connected by a popular yard with lots of seating. The night we went was warm, and there were plenty of people in the pub, but the loud rap music playing over the speakers didn't seem to fit the vibe of the thoughtful interior design at all to me. I should note I would feel the same if they were blasting the same country top 40 as the spots on Broad or regular top 40, and I know, to some, it's a petty thing, and the staff probably play what they want, but as far as ambiance goes, that was the only negative thing I remember feeling at the time, and because it was audio, it was inescapable. If the music had been a bit lower or had been instrumental, I think it would have been a more immersive experience. We got nice drinks in the parlor bar and enjoyed the music room, and the visual aspect was lovely. I wished I'd had more time to spend there. Perhaps there'll be a "next time."
