I had to immediately bring our Honda to a local mechanic for repair. This was one of the nearest mechanics. The garage location is directly in front of the southern Garden State exit 17. The place is not so impressive. The mechanic had two vehicles on their lifts awaiting parts from NAPA. We had to wait a couple of hours before the mechanic examined our Honda. Their office or waiting area was not so clean or impressive. The mechanic confirmed the antifreeze leaked out. The mechanic explained three parts rusted and were leaking, including a metal pipe, the thermostat housing and another part. The mechanic called Honda to order the three parts. I was lucky that these parts were available from Honda. The mechanic recommended I should rent a replacement SUV for a week, since it is likely to take a week to receive the parts from Honda and complete the repair. We needed a similarly sized SUV because our CRV was loaded with luggage and other personal items. Our Honda was repaired within the seven days so I was able to return my SUV Enterprise rental within the allotted weekly rental agreement and pick up my Honda. The total cost to repair our Honda was $888. Almost three months later our Honda is running fine with heat and no antifreeze leaks thanks to Pearce Tire. If I had car problems when I visited this area I would definitely return here for service.

I have always been satified with Jim's work and he has always done the work at a fair price. Jim is extremely knowledgeable in all phases of automotive repair and when you come over for an estimate for your repairs Jim is more than happy to explain what the repair entails. It is very hard to find a mechanic that you can trust to only do the repairs that are needed and not to inflate the job with a lot of double talk to jack up your repair bill. Jim is truly a trustworthy repair shop owner that you can count on not to rip you off.
