Just went in for a deluxe gel pedicure today as well as a deluxe regular pedicure for my other person (my dad). Though there were some complications with my appointment scheduling as well as a little wait when we arrived on time (10 minutes earlier as directed in the confirmation text) staff were very reassuring and were trying to get us seated asap. Although during our appointment we were scheduled to have two staff members helping us; at first there was only one member attending to us but they were quick to find another member to attend to my dad. Im also happy they reciprocated the same service and quality i got towards my father, they made it the perfect first time for my dad. One complaint I may say though is I wish they were more detailed about their services such as; what masks they will use, exfoliants, etc. along with a menu on their website or here on yelp. Thus to help me and others really know what I'm paying for. Also I'm not sure if the time stated for the services is how long its supposed to be but if so my pedicure was listed as 60mins but the service probably only lasted about 30 minutes. Though I am still happy with my results and definitely will be back since its conveniently in the same plaza as my workplace. read more

Came in as a walk in at 9:35, seated promptly. The lady asked if I wanted a regular or pearl pedicure, I asked for the deluxe. I was told she didn't have time as she had an appointment at 10. A full pedicure should take longer than 20 minutes. She rushed through the paint (I chose yellow, she did a white base), the paint was thick and could see the white in some areas. Between Friday and Monday I was able to "pick" the paint off. read more

I've been here twice now. First time got a gel mani and pedi and had a fantastic experience and the grow out didn't lift or chip for the two weeks I waited before going again. Second time I went for a gel fingers and toes polish change. I had a different person who did both. She was a a joy to have and listened to my wants and had me check things before finishing. Overall, I'd give my experience 3.5 stars. I was a walk-in client and had deluxe pedicure. I believe it was $48 plus I gave a 20% tip-- so right around $60 total. The staff were very courteous and the facility was clean, with beautiful newer luxurious massage chairs. The actual service was nice with the additional paraffin wax treatment and callous remover. She also shaped my nails so they look similar, which I appreciate. The service though fell short when the massage was waaay too intense to the point it hurt. I couldn't speak it hurt so badly. When she saw my eyes cringing she did not let up. I thought maybe my legs are super sensitive but I didn't think it would possibly need to be this hard. I prefer a relaxing massage, not a painful one. On another note, I had my own polish which she applied no base coat and only one coat of color. It looked smooth until she topped it off with some clumpy clear top coat that looked like it had some sparkles from a previous service. So one toe looks clear and the other has sparkles. The top coat was not good quality as after about a week the polish looks dull and not shiny. I think the thing that was most upsetting was that the sparkle toe was obviously clumpy, but she did not take the time to correct it. So... probably would be unlikely to return because when I drop $60 for a professional pedicure I just expect more professionalism. read more

I came in for dip mani and a gel pedicure. I got the most expensive pedicure with paraffin wax. Total cost for everything was $100 before tip. Service was good, but the dip was very thin. Within the same day my dipped nails were chipping. Every day, more and more of my nails chipped off. I called and Nancy offered to fix them for me herself. I came in and ended up with a couple of cuts and my thumb nail was filed so short that the skin under my nail protruded past the actual nail itself which was very painful. I wanted to like this place and everyone was nice, but because of the quality, I probably wouldn't go back. read more

The first time I got my acrylic nails done here, they turned out amazing. Unfortunately, the second time I went in for fills for my acrylics, the woman rushed the service, and skipped many steps in the process. The acrylics not being filled or sealed properly caused them to break off my cuticles, almost ripping my nail bed off. Along with that, water got under the acrylics easily, almost causing a one nail to develop fungal infection. The last time I went was to get my acrylics soaked off and a gel manicure, but instead the acrylics were pried off of my nails. The gel on my nails was over cured, causing searing pain in my fingers for the rest of the day. I've gone to plenty of nail salons and never had this many repeated bad experiences except here. I came in on a Friday afternoon without making an appointment (usually make appts but this was last min) & I was serviced right away ! I know there are wait times usually but I came at a perfect time & glad I did it was super fast & my nails came out gorgeous! Jenny did such a great job on my nails, she really made sure to make sure the shape was perfect & took her time even though she had somewhere to be! I don't think they open at 9am. I made appointment with Nancy for today (3/2/2020) at 9 am on their website and when i went there, nobody was there and the place was still close. I was waiting for few minutes in front of the door and there was still nobody so i just left and i called but nobody answered. I think its not fair for people to think that they can make appointment through the website while you guys can't even be reliable with it. You guys need to work on the availability on the website not just putting all hours on the website and make people think you are available. Also, please change your work/office hours. I don't live in the area, but needed a fill while visiting family and my SIL recommended Pearl Nails & Spa. We didn't have an appointment, but we were taken right in. Tiffany did an amazing job (acrylic fill with gel polish) and gave me one of the best French manicures I've ever had! She paid great attention to detail and made sure my nail length, shape, and size matched on both hands. I will definitely come back next time I'm in the area and hopefully Tiffany will still be there. read more

If anyone thinks these are good, then they shouldn't be doing nails. They did not take long what so ever. Most of the time it was waiting. They have bad attitudes and give dirty looks while doing your nails. Not to mention when she went to remove the nails, she aggressively grabbed my hand, filed off the polish then cut them and left them jagged with the acrylic still on. If you're bad at nails just say that. But you did not offer to fix anything, I was told I don't see an issue with these. I had told the lady I didn't like them and she said I'm not done aggressively. I also wasn't the one who signed anything. When I called, i was told over the phone a refund will be provided, I drove all the way back and is then was told that they can't do that. This is the WORST nail salon ever. I went with my cousin and we both got our feet done with gel for an engagement. They looked beautiful and was happy until just 3 days later the gel peeled right off of one of my toes and I was shocked. Usually when I went to other places the gel on my feet last a very long time, they would last for months. I paid $40 for my nails and wasn't satisfied since it only took 3 days to peel off. My cousin had also got her manicure and nails done with acrylic powder with gel from Trisha on her real nails. First off the color was completely off from the picture she had shown. Then the shaped was off and it was very bumpy and thick looking. She paid like 40 something and the next day they started to peel off. Honestly the worst salon ever! I initially was impressed with their very nice pedicure chairs, and Nancy was good, but she didn't interact with me a lot, I went back a second time to have DIP nails redone- I have been doing them myself, because my nails are just too thin. I got an appt right away with "Kim" she was really rude, and said my nails were too thick, and she acted mad that I would even come in. I told her it's because my nails are very thin. She quickly and sloppily put stuff on to soak my nails, and she left me sitting for 45 minutes until she finished with another lady. She handled me very rough and jerked me here as there and hurt my hands several times with me yelping in pain. I asked her her name so that I would never have her again as a nail person! 6 days later, SIX DAYS later 4 or 5 of my nails are broken and chipping off! I will never go back to them! I only gave 2/5 because they have new nice pedicure chairs. That's it! read more

Only thing I didn't appreciate was I had an appointment at 1045 and didn't even get started until 1115. And whenever other people after me came in and had appointments after me got seen first. to add onto this experience and to go into further detail my friend and I both had appointments at 4. I did not get seated until 4:30 my friend did not get seated until 5 we were giving the benefit of the doubt. I showed my nail lady a design and she responded with "that looks weird" as a professional that should not have been said, but with that said I chose a simple baby pink the color was fine my nails were basically an overlay almond which were all crooked, different lengths, and overall just not done properly this causing nails to hurt. We had left around 6:30 and were both so upset and unhappy that we paid $50 and $55 dollars on nails that were done horribly. We then called the store and asked if we can get a refund and our nails just off because at this point we had already wasted 3 hours in there. We had talked to the "manager" who told us over the phone "yes we can give a full refund and nails off" so we had went back to the building where they had been completely rude and said we can only offer half and take your nails off so we agreed they had proceeded to ignore us for 20 minutes so they did not have to give a refund we walked up again and they cut our nails off and filed them down the lady was extremely upset therefore taking it out on our nails by pulling our hands roughly. They could not figure out how to send a refund and said "did you even pay with this card" yes I did they did give us a refund for one of the nails being $50 and said "split that" I signed because at this rate I was so fed up with how rude and unprofessional the service was if you can not offer good service do not have a business open. This was not a half refund considering our nails were not even the same prices. Please do better for future customers so they can know exactly what they are walking into. read more
