First of all, Tima is amazing and I love her! I'm super picky about my nails and sis went off!! My first trip I got the mani/pedi/full set and I was in and out in an hour and a half. went in for my fill and it was 30 min. Perfect shape and length both times. The environment is great too. If you like to be comfortable and feel like you're actually welcome, pearl nails is the spot. Trying to find a nail salon open on a Sunday is VERY difficult. I was driving through Reynoldsburg and stumbled upon this little salon. When I pulled up, I wasn't too sure since I had never visited but I was happy to try it out. I walked in for a pedicure and was seated right away with my feet to soak. It took about 17-18 minutes for someone to finally start (I only knew this because my massage was set for 20 min when I sat down). The woman assigned to me was nice. She wasn't chatty but I'm usually ok with that. The pedicure was basic and $30 and I was VERY pleased wit the outcome. She was careful and thorough. I love that. I don't need frills - just a solid job. I was super pleased and would come here again. The place was clean and tidy. Even the polish was organized in ROYGBIV color order! They accept credit cards and require a $10 minimum transaction - makes sense. read more

So, I am not really one to get my nails done too often, nor do I paint them often. I am not a fan of acrylic nails growing out or paint chipping after just 2-3 days of wear. I am good friends with Molly, and after a friend of mine posted an intricate design on my facebook, I decided to pay Molly a visit to see what she could do for me. The design I wanted was something from Sailor Moon (basically, the top part of her uniform with a bow in the middle). I made sure to have the design on my phone, and made my appointment. I got in fairly quick, and it didn't take her long to get the acrylic on my nails, making sure that they weren't too long since I do TaeKwonDo. We then went over to the gel nail polish station, and she began to polish my nails. The end result is absolutely amazing, and people love them! Molly did a fantastic job, and she made sure to let me know that in a few weeks, I would need to return to have my nails balanced if I wanted to keep the acrylic. Her prices are extremely affordable - so I've made my next appointment and can't wait to have my nails done again! read more

The first time I went there was a long wait, even though I had an appointment but the service from Molly was exceptional. The second time I just went for brows and got took back quick but then the horror began. I'm not sure of the name of the tech who did my brows (younger lady in a ball cap with pink hair) It's very unprofessional in the salon, it's one thing to have personal conversations it's a whole other to curse loudly the entire time. The girl doing my brows stopped multiple times to have a conversation with another tech and the gem on top of it all...SHE TOOK A HUGE CHUNK OUT OF MY BROW!!! I stopped here on Friday to find a different nail salon from my usual place because I wanted a style with designs and I saw in the Yelp review pictures that they had some cute nail offerings. I wish I could give this place more than one star, but I can't. Clearly this place has had many different owners through the years. I had always gone to this place, regardless of the new ownership. Anyway, I went in the first time, it was super busy nobody greeted me and I sat for an hour. Finally I just made an appointment and left. Went back for my appointment and STILL had to wait to be seen. I had acrylic done with gel overtop. Which I loved the photo I showed her that I wanted done. I had gotten white gel polish. It was a terrible job, not even at all. Not to mention one nail was crooked. so I let it go, thinking "I won't get white anymore and it'll be ok." So I go back 3 weeks later, a new girl does my nails. When I walked in, I heard the owner and the girl who did my nails talking. The one who did them said "uh. I guess I'll do this one". I was immediately taken back like well ok? She is removing the polish and filling in the acrylic. Paid very good attention to the detail of the nails (which was awesome!). After she finishes them I wash my hands, pick out my color and then tells me I have a nail fungus. Wait, what?! I have never ever had that happen in my 12-14 years of getting my nails done. Immediately I was confused on how it happened other than the tools not being sterilized. And why did you not tell me this BEFORE putting on more acrylic. I would have preferred to just take them off at that point had you told me prior to filling them. I never went back and took the nails off myself at home. I had to unfortunately treat the nail fungus with polish medication. Here I am 2 1/2 months later still waiting for it to grow out. I do not recommend going here. I will never return due to getting a fungus. read more

I rarely treat myself to a mani/pedi but it was a beautiful day and I had Spring Fever so decided to try this salon after reading lots of nice reviews on Yelp. I'm so glad I did - Porscha did an amazing job with my pedicure and gel manicure. She was friendly, attentive and careful. Molly, the owner, was also great and seemed to care that I was being treated well. It was a wonderful relaxing 2 hours and I'll definitely be back. read more

I've been going to her for 10 years now and love the home feeling of her salon. I stopped here on a Friday evening, it was close to their closing time (I did not know this it was my 1st time) i just wanted to get a full set and fast cause i had unexpected plans for the night. the only thing I can really say good is that my service was fast and the place was clean, however the job the young lady did on my hands was awful. My nails are slanted, lumpy, and uneven. The polish seemed to be old because it was very thick and tacky. I didnt have time to complain about the service because the lady was gone before I could sit down to dry my nails. read more

When I went to receive said refund, I was refused my refund because I could back up to the shop on THEIR time. I would definitely not recommend to ANYONE. And I won't return. read more

Molly was very nice and courteous however I had to have 2 nail replaced 4 days after I had them done. Then once those were replaced I have 2 more nails lifting and another popped off. I just gave up and will never return. I also asked for a pedicure after she started my nails she had another young lady do it and her attitude was horrible never said a word to me. This salon is VERY unprofessional. As a licensed Cosmetologist/ nail tech I was very disappointed leaving pearl nails. First of all while I was in the salon the OWNER told another employee to Lysol the money she was just given because it was "dirty money" when another customer checked out. Once my service started (dipped powder with added tip) it started out rushed and ended even more rushed. My nails were poorly filed before starting the process. When applying the nail tips they were rushed through and so much glue was used she actually glued her finger to mine. The tips were not applied properly and fully to the nail leaving a gap between my natural nail and the tip allowing water/ residue to get trapped between. When asking for my money back Molly the owner told me I had to get my nails taken off before she would do so. She took HER nail and tried to pry in between mine and the tips to pop them off. Not having the time before work to PROPERLY soak them off I ended up leaving with busted nails and no refund. I will NEVER return and highly recommend going elsewhere. read more

I walked in on Sunday they were not that busy no one spoke to me I wrote my name down I sat and waited for 30 minutes no one said anything to me they took four or five people that walk in after me I finally said something she told me to hold her when she came back 10 minutes later and told me to wait another 20 minutes these women are rude no customer service experience at all all they had to say when I walked in they all looked at me all they had to say was hey we're busy and I would've left but to say here and take people after I sign in and Not even get acknowledge me this place is was not friendly and I received no services so I finally left. read more

I give them 2 stars for the good pedicure April gave me, the worst customer service. To begin I called ahead at 1030 in the morning made an appt with Molly,my feet sat in water for an hour and that's giving them the 15 min for me being early. Molly nevwr came introduced herself or apologized for over booking and having me sitting in cold water. I requested someone else to finish. I smudged my nail when they were done ,I was told they would fix it,she put one coat on so while at register paying I noticed it needed another coat,I went again had to put the coat on myself. Now I could've asked someone but at that point that's like asking a doctor to perform the surgery he is trained to do correctly. ..why should I. I wanted a fullset but also wanted an option to protect my nail, none offered and told there really were none besides tips so I changed my mind and got up throughly disappointed with my experience. Called for an appointment. Was told noon. Didn't see anyone until 12:45. Was there to get gel nails only. The tech was doing my nails at the same time as another customer. Was very distracting. I usually don't have nails to paint. I grew mine out to get gel nails. She chopped my nails down short and made me bleed. She filed my nails down uneven. Nail tech was unpersonable. When I left and looked at them outside they were spots missing and where she filed them were rough and picked my shirt. I went back later to have them fixed and she wanted me to wait. The owner ended up fixing my nails while working on another person also. This place is very dirty and unkept and seems like they want to just rush people in and out because they work on more than one person at a time. By far the worst nail salon I have EVER been to. And this isn't the first time!! The lady that did my nails was super nice so this has nothing to do with her BUT when I got here I told them me and my daughter wanted the same NAIL polish so they have an intern take my daughter and start painting her toes (never said anything about toes) I walk by to see how my daughter is doing and my daughter could of painted her nails better than this lady! But I keep my mouth shut then they say charge $15 for my daughters hand and toes ! The lady who's doing mine says do you want me to say something that she didn't want toes and I say it doesn't matter I'm not one to complain. She says something anyway bc she's a nice person and sees that THEY ARE WRONG!! She comes back and says the owner "Molly" said we will just take polish off her toes !!! Really!!!!!!? I go tell her don't take my daughters polish off that is so unprofessional and walk away then my daughter comes and tells me that their talking about me! Which clearly I could tell from across the room !!! This place SUCKS oh and then I asked her name before I left and made sure she knew she was un professional and she jumped up in my face screaming scared my daughter so bad she ran out the door crying! I don't recommend anyone go here. And to top it all off they are now having their friends and people they know get on my reviews and bash me.. Its it on google review for anyone that would like to see it.
