Sam arrived and got right to work. He did our annual maintenance and fixed our problem. Before leaving, he made sure that the water heater was connected and working properly on the controller app. It was a bit tricky and Sam had to return to the attic several times, but was patient in helping me with reconnecting the unit to our WiFi. Hot Water Guys installed our unit and we only have them work on it bc we trust their knowledgeable service technicians. We will continue to recommend them.

As he was about to head to my house, he called me and we talked about the issue I was having. I told him the fault code and sent him a picture via text. He immediately knew what parts were going to be needed to fix the issue. He swung by the office to make sure he had the right parts before arriving at my house. While YouTube can be a great resource, there are definitely some things that only come with experience and knowing the tricks of the trade. Christian (Epic Plumber) quickly identified what needed to be done, installed the new faucet correctly, and even verified the repair by using the access panel behind the tub to ensure there were absolutely no leaks inside the wall. That extra step gave me real peace of mind that the job was done right the first time. He was professional, courteous, and respectful of my home. One thing I especially appreciated was that he put on boot covers before coming inside. I don't allow outside shoes on the upstairs carpet, and without me even having to ask, he took the initiative to protect my home. It's becoming harder to find contractors who genuinely care about doing quality work and treating a customer's home with respect. Epic exceeded my expectations, and I would not hesitate to hire him again or recommend him to anyone needing plumbing repairs.

He threatened with a lien within 24 hours when I asked why I was overcharged for labor eventhough at that point I have already paid over $400 . I paid to be done with the issue but horrible service, Do not recommend unless you want to be billed for nothing. Shut off valve only thing repaored for $706.35. Integrity is priceless.
