Last year, the Doctor became mildly irritated with my wife raising concerns about a box of problematic contacts affecting our daughter, as if the issue did not exist. We decided it may be a fluke and came back this year. This year, my son and I have had several problems with eyeglasses we ordered. I asked for Trivex and the best anti-reflective coat available, but we received polycarbonate, Cristal Rock AR on mine, and Cristal Easy Pro AR on my son's. However, my son's lenses have a blue hue in the reflection and Easy Pro should look green (see pic). Additionally, my invoice listed DuraVision Platinum, which would have a blue hue and green is clearly visible in the picture. We did not receive certificates of authenticity for Transitions or Crizal, which both companies say should've been included. It took just over 3 weeks to receive my glasses. Our insurance was blamed, but I would have gladly paid full price and filed a claim directly with them. Instead, no updates were provided and, once I inquired 10 days later, they ordered them after seemingly forgetting. I asked at that time to cancel my order, but they refused. Since receiving the incorrect lenses, I asked to have them replaced, but they again refused.

This has to be one of the worst customer service interactions I have had. After being upsold on the glasses at a cost of about $400 they turned out to be useless due to the quality of the lense. You could read about 1/4 of the page in front of you. They stated that the distance was increased but i could not tell at all. It was less than perfect perscription that made the glasses useless. I was told that I could return them for a full refund if they didnt work out. I came to the store to return them after 2 weeks and was told there was a 30% restocking fee. When I stated that the other sales rep told me i could teturn them for a full refund he made a statement that said I was a liar. After you purchase them there is very small print on the receipt that says there is a reatocking fee. This was not pointed out to me and conflicts what the sales person said before I paid for them. These guys are as honest and pushy as used car salesman. I tried a pair of glasses from another company and they were worlds a part. If you like the hard sale, poor quality, below average optometrist and dealing with used car salesman, this is your place. I wouldn't go back if the glasses were free read more

He told me he would order my glasses, but I never received any follow-up or phone call. After waiting without any communication, I ended up purchasing my glasses elsewhere. Since these were my first progressive lenses, I later stopped by Windermere Optique to have them checked. Andy initially told me it would cost $80. When I said that seemed unusually high, he spoke with the doctor and then came back saying the charge would only be $30. The large difference in price after a simple conversation left me questioning the pricing process and did not inspire confidence. Combined with the lack of follow-up on my original order and the rude customer service, this was a frustrating experience. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this office based on how I was treated.

They have a 30 day redo which I was not told about. Life got in the way and I went back after 30 days. Told them I had a new prescription and that other places looked at the lenses and said they were over magnified. I even offered to pay half to have them remade the correct way. All they offered me was retail price of $650!!! So I am out $250 and have no insurance lens money left. They are very unreasonable and should correct their mistake. Do not use these guys! I'll never go back.

Their unwillingness to accommodate a long-standing customer is frustrating and makes me question whether it is worth continuing to use their services. In addition, their frames appear to be significantly marked up to align with insurance coverage. Overall, the decline in service quality has become increasingly noticeable.
