Overall great experience. This is where I go for my annual exams - everything is straightforward and never have any issues.

Go to Visionworks! The service was not good! They were rude and otherwise unhelpful. I am used to Visionworks where the floor people knew what they were doing and gave great advice. They then made sure upon delivery the glasses fit well and worked with the prescription and eye placement. Pearle Vision did NONE of that. Much more of a, here you go have a nice day. To add to the whole experience, the person helping when I picked up the glasses barely ran a cloth over them before handing them over. I had to clean them when I got to my car. The first time I went into this Pearle Vision was to get a pair of glasses fixed. They were no longer under warranty, but Kelly was able to fix them for me and I really appreciate her - she made them like new again. A few weeks later I brought in a new prescription. They had the exact style of glasses that I was looking for and were ready to pick up when promised. This new prescription didn't really work out, so I went back to the doctor and he tweaked it for me. Again, Kelly worked with me to make it right and made sure that I got the second pair back asap. It's a nice store with more than enough styles to choose from. Kelly was super knowledgeable and I did end up with the perfect pair of glasses. I will definitely be back. read more

I am writing regarding my experience yesterday, 10/10/2022, at the Pearle Vision located at 8441 S. Yosemite St. #2, Littleton, CO 80124. I had an eye exam completed with a different provider and went to Pearle Vision looking for frames. I emailed the representative onsite, Don, a copy of my prescription so that I could obtain quotes for various frames/lenses. When he received my prescription, he exclaimed "you're blind." During my visit, another woman came in to get new sunglasses. When he looked at her prescription, he told her that she was more blind than me, but my astigmatism is worse. I thought he was very insensitive when it came to our visual impairments and extremely unprofessional to discuss conditions of patients with other patients. He quoted me a price of over $300 for the frames that I selected and I asked if that was before or after insurance and he said "after." I was confused, because the tag on the frames said $199.99 and my insurance covers at least $190, so my out-of-pocket expenses for the frames should not have been more than $9.99. Don told me the tag was old and that Pearle Vision no longer has prices on the frames in the store. I expressed concern and mentioned that I should only be charged what is being advertised. After some back and forth, he agreed, we finished my order, and he said that he would text me when my glasses arrive. When I arrived home, I received several unprofessional, offensive text messages from Don. I am angry and highly disappointed in the service I received from Don/Pearle Vision. read more

Absolute scam! First time visit and first time to try contacts and worst eye exam and service I have ever encountered. They advertised $39 and knew it was my first time to try contacts. They made ME sign a waiver fir the $39 then did had an eye exam then showed me 1 time how to put in contacts and moved me on without letting me practice. Showed me to check out with them in (no time to get used to it) and then charge me $139!! Said it's $20 to show you how and $50 + and just took my card and rang it up! Zero customer service. I brought my prescription to Pearle Vision on Yosemite St because my insurance took out Lens Crafters from its in-network policy. They took wrong measurements and I had to drive there more than seven times to fix their wrong measurements, and also pay $50 extra to visit an eye specialist for the second time to check if the problem was not with my prescription. After more than four weeks, they cannot make the glasses for me and I still wear the one they make with wrong measurements. They are always sorry for the delay, but it does not fix my problem! Doing some measurements like OS and making eyeglasses is not the Rocket Science! Although it is so hard for Pearle Vision to make it right! I also should mention that my husband had the same problem with his sunglasses they made. After all, three pairs of glasses out of four had to be re-made in this store! Some part of having new glasses is enjoying the new look, but with Pearle Vision is not fun at all, instead, it was frustrating, time consuming, and feeling hurt. I do not recommend this store because they cannot make glasses right and it is your job to move the glasses in right and left direction and find out if you see better by moving the glasses upward or not, while you experience headache for several days to figure it out! read more

Had an appointment today at this location. By far the worst experience I've ever had....called on a Thursday late afternoon and able to get an appointment the next afternoon....when everyone else was a couple of days out....that should of tipped me off something was wrong. Got there and the reception area was a dump. The receptionist was not the nicest person. The tech brought me back and I was clear that I did not want the eye puff test as this test gives me a headache. Was treated like that was the stupidest thing ever. She went to talk to doc who said she wouldn't check the pressure but said the doc would basically use a machine to touch the eye ball. I've had this done before and it's not a big deal. While the vision test part is pretty much as I've always had, this dr acted like she just graduated. The she put the numbing drops in and then I thought she used her little tool to measure the pressure. Then she said she wanted to use her scope to look at my eyes. Next thing I know her tool is getting very close to my eye. I asked her if she was going to touch my eyeball. She literally said "no why a would I do that". So I sat forward and the this machine touched my eyeball. When I complained she made me feel like a baby. After using a qtip to get my right eye checked out she tried to do the same on the left but gouged the side of the eye....didn't even say sorry. I sat back and said I'm done and left with the prescription....... Sitting here now and my eye hurts so bad... will be making several phone calls in the morning read more

This was my first time using pearl vision and I have to say I had an excellent first impression. The staff across the board was amazing. Took a little longer to get my glasses but that is understandable with COVID. My girlfriend is now getting new glasses from this location because the staff is so helpful and friendly. read more

This facility DOES NOT deserve your business. What a huge disappointment. We went into this location about a month ago for an appointment for my fiance. As he went into the appointment with Dr. Beaman I waited in the lobby. I quickly noticed Richard (He is a Doctor there but only told me his first name, which in itself was unprofessional.) was scolding his receptionist, Lyle, for something rather small. Correcting an employee's mistake is something that needs to be done, but scolding him like a child in front of clients? It was terrible and made me very uncomfortable. After the appointment, glasses were chosen and paid for along with a 6 month supply of contacts. Nobody gave an estimated time for the glasses to be ready. Two weeks later we stop by and ask about the glasses and contacts. Richard gives us our contacts but still cannot give us an estimated time of the glasses arrival. Not to mention nobody called to tell us even the contacts were ready. We leave full of questions, Richard did not want to have to deal with customers. Fast forward a week and a half and we call back only to find out one of the lenses is on backorder and someone will call us the next day with an estimated time. NOTHING. No call. When we call them and express that we are frustrated that they aren't following through they offer him temporary contacts. If anyone was actually handling this case, they would have known he already purchased 6 months worth of lenses and that he just needs his glasses. This was on Saturday. Lyle said, 'We will call Monday or Tuesday to let you know, but the latest they will be ready is Tuesday morning...' Come 7:30 Tuesday evening we realized noone called. I called Pearle Vision again today, unfortunately Richard answered. He said they are done and were finished this morning. Nobody called to tell us that they were on backorder or when they were ready, noone called about the contacts being ready, nobody called for QUALITY CONTROL. On a separate occasion, my fiance's sister went in to have her glasses tightened. Upon arriving home and removing her contacts she noticed some new scratches on her lenses. She promptly called and let them know. Their response was merely you can't prove we did that, sorry. All of this leaves me wondering, who's in charge? Who should we ask questions to? Why can't we get any answers when we do ask questions? Why did nobody let us know anything about the products we ordered? When you are spending upwards of $400 it is reasonable to expect half decent service and attentiveness from the employees. I beg of you, get Richard out of there! This facility desperately needs an office manager and to not let their Doctors deal with the customer service side of the business. We love Dr. Beaman and the rest of the staff has been polite at the least. But this is ridiculous. A family of 5 that has been going here for years will never come back solely because of the wretched service provided at the front desk. STOP LETTING YOUR DOCTORS DO TRANSACTIONS. This staff has no leadership and it is painfully obvious none of them know what the hell they're doing. Only go here is you feel like wasting hundreds of dollars and enjoy being treated like you're an inconvenience. Oh yeah, and OSHA, maybe you need to look into their lack of HIPAA compliance. They released my fiance's information to me and other family members WITH NO WRITTEN PERMISSION. They also had patient information easily visible and accessible from the lobby. They have new management and a new eye doctor that is very nice and diligent. So, far my experience has been very good.

I bought expensive sunglasses from this store and only had them a few months when they broke--just in the case. I took them back and was told they would not fix them. VERY POOR customer service. read more

We went in to this store today to look at glasses for my husband and could not have been more pleased with the service we received! Skye greeted us and helped us pick out a great pair of glasses. Everyone that we encountered was kind and helpful and we will be back for not only glasses but exams as well! Also, we left with the glasses today! How about that for service! read more
