My experience today was quite enjoyable. Although the place was busy, I was promptly acknowledged by a woman at the front desk who checked me in and did the preliminary glaucoma test, etc. I was taken to the exam room and the doctor came in within three minutes. He did a thorough exam, asked if I had any questions and explained things thoroughly. Here's the icing on the cake.... Now it's time to pick out a pair of glasses. This can be overwhelming! "Nancy Koos" greeted me, she was just a breath of fresh air! She said, "My job is to do the work". She gingerly went around the store picking out frames that she thought would fit my facial structure. She was honest, patient, and so friendly! I settled on a beautiful pair of "Blue Lace" Prada frames. She then went over what my insurance covered, and explained lens types, transitions, etc . I was in and out of the store in 60 minutes and was more than satisfied with the pair of glasses that she helped me choose. I hope Nancy is there when I come back next year!!! read more

Wonderful service. Quick and fast almost no wait! I was helped by julie. Wonderful sweet lady. We talked casually which was great, its nice to have someone give small talk and have interest in your conversations just for the sake of building that repore with the customer. Absolutely loved her she knew what kind of frames i wanted without me even having to describe the style, which was nice because I wasnt sure what the style was called anyways lol. I recently went to Pearle Vision for an eye appointment. The exam was scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on a Saturday, the receptionist was very friendly and prompt. I filled out my paperwork and was called back immediately to begin the exam. The doctor explained all of the tests and what my results meant. Patrick Kelley assisted with my frame selection and was amazing. He looked at each pair I liked and gave an honest opinion, I ended up getting two pairs of fabulous glasses and have since recommended this location to friends and family. Receptionist, Great! Tech, great! Dr. Great! All had very cheerful and friendly personalities. The receptionist was nice and engaging (sorry, can't remember her name) and so was everyone else. I had an old frame that I wanted to use, but it was kind of banged up; (the arms were wobbly) and the frame was sort of bent) but Patrick worked his magic (they were like new! Thanks Patrick.
