The pedicure is very plain they don't clean your nails as other places, they dont massage you or put lotion like other places.

The service I had was a gel mani & gel pedi. The inside of the salon is very clean and aesthetically pleasing with a relaxing vibe, attractive light fixtures, throw pillows and beautiful orchids. Amy and Lee greeted me with warm friendliness. I was offered a complimentary beverage and they turned on their streaming service for me to watch during my time there. I will definitely go back and would recommend this nail salon. The only minor issue I encountered was a slight nip with the cuticle clippers on one of my fingers but I sometimes do that to myself when doing my nails at home. Lee did amazing on my pedicure they were beautiful and didn't hurt despite of me having an ingrown toenail. My nails had to be done three times have lots of nips here and there on my fingers but finally the results were good. Price it's a bit pricey for the quality. Eyebrows I got charged thinking I was getting a free service because I didn't ask for it , butttt she shaped them well just didn't get all the hairs off. 17$ which it was more detailed oriented. I walked in on Wednesday morning for a French tip gel mani and pedi. The ladies were very kind and sweet. It felt like an old school nail salon where we chitchat about life, kids, and family (very much what I grew up with). Walked out very happy with my nails. They looked perfect for the event I had the next day. Unfortunately on Saturday morning ( the day I'm posting) a some of the gel on a few my finger nails had started to lift and tear away. The owner of this nail salon is absolutely adorable. She's also quite fashionable for her age if I do say so myself. Today was my second visit here and it's consistently been a fun time being able to converse with the ladies here on my life updates and such (yes, I'm Vietnamese so I enjoy speaking to other in my native tongue). I also popped in unscheduled and asked if they could give me both a gel manicure and a full pedicure UNDER 45 minutes because I have somewhere to be. Kid you not, two ladies worked on my nails and I was out the door within 35 minutes. Granted I told them to nix the massage, I'll get it next time I'm able to have more "mommy self-care" time. Worst pedicure ever. Only giving 2 stars because the workers were friendly. I got there and there were 3 workers, two with full chairs and I got the 3rd one. About 5 minutes after sitting down and choosing the most expensive pedicure package, 2 more people walked in. Then another 2. The ladies all started rushing. The lady doing mine finished my whole pedicure in less than 15 minutes (including the massage). She slapped some nail polish on and told me to let it dry. She then took her cart with my used tools and rolled right over to the next chair and started to use my used tools on the next customer. She had me wait 10 minutes while the polish dried (and until she could get to a good stopping point on the next Customer). Then she put my shoes on and charged me. Won't be coming back read more

It was one of my worst manicure and pedicures that I have gotten, but everyone there was very nice! They did not file my nail to make sure all were the same shape, they used the same tools they used on the ladies next me, (so unsanitary!), the paint did not cover my whole nail, they didn't even take off the rest of previous polish. I asked for an extra package to take off dead skin on bottom of the feet, and it lasted like 30 secs after using the same file as the person next to me my skin is still very rough. read more

Just stop here on my way back from Horrible. Went in for an acrylic short nail service and I ended up getting an uneven full set of short nails. I requested the lady to please fix it but she kept blaming my finger's shape for her terrible work. The service reached a point where I couldn't relax at all because I was kind of " supervising " her horrible job and I asked her if she did not see how crooked the nails were. Terrible terrible job ! I couldn't tell her to fix anything because she acted very defensively and aggressive with her tone of voice or her manners. After that she blamed her bad job was due the nail polish color I have chosen... I couldn't believe her list of excuses ! She painted my nails and she messed up the nail polish and she blamed me , when I told her that I haven't move at all then she blamed the towel that she was using and she removed it with no polite manner .. DO NOT COME HERE. I've never had such an awful nail experience. I thought my nails were gonna burn off with the method they were using to remove my dip powder. They also didn't have any colors in stock (I was just trying to get light pink nothing crazy) and they ruined my nail shape :(. I'm so sad because I had beautiful long nails and just asked them to cut down a little but keep the oval shape. Each nail is now a little bit of a different short roundish shape. I started coming here 6 months back, after the place I used to do wasn't giving me lasting nails. They would break the next day. I haven't been to this salon for awhile; and I am upset with myself for not coming back sooner! My 4yr old daughter can be very difficult at times, and doesn't always sit still. These wonderful ladies at Pearls Nails were able to time out our pedicures and her manicure so that we ultimately ended at the same time (the place behind BK did NOT DO THAT! & charged WAY more for WAY less). It was so much easier to relax and I love that we both had an enjoyable time! She loves all the extras she got, her toe flowers, and her polka dot finger nails.. as do I! Lisa did an amazing job on my pedicure, and (I feel horrible not remembering the name of the lady who worked on my daughter); they did a spectacular job! All of the ladies are super nice and friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxed. I am absolutely returning here in the future!
