This was my first time going to Anaheim, CA and saw that this place had a Groupon for pedi and gel mani. Loveeee how nice they are and accommodating! The pedi was ok cause it was shorter than what I'm used to and plus I have dry heels that need TLC. But what made up for it was the gel nails. They have so many gel colors to choose from and also designs. As you can see from the pic attached that I also added bling and loved the different designs! The next time I go to Anaheim, I will def go back for my gel mani and get another bling design! I suggest making an appt, they get busy even during the week! They tend to get a lot of walk ins. This is located on a strip of other businesses attached and Burger King is on the corner. They have limited outdoor free surface parking. read more

Oh no. Oh no no. I called here to make a last minute appointment about 2 hours ahead for 3pm. One gel manicure. One gel manicure + normal pedicure (using Groupon) She told me she would honor the price at the salon, not to buy the Groupon. Cool. No problems here. I asked her if it still valid on the coupon price too: she said yes. Even more awesome! I even asked her if she could do my friend's manicure first bc she needed to leave by 4pm. She said NO PROBLEM! ...45 mins after 3, my friend had to leave & they were barely calling one of us to get out manicures done. Needless to say, my friend left without a manicure. Sigh. I got my manicure & my pedicure done. The tech (& the owner I'm assuming) didn't wait the gel to fully cure between coats. I asked her if it was OK. She said that her UV machine was very strong. Umm I'm not sure about that. Next to the pedicure, she painted bases, 2 layers of color & top coat back to back to back without waiting for anything to dry & rushed me off the massage chair. I left w dripping polish on my toes. It's even still not dry now that I'm home. It was ridiculously cheap for the price I paid. I understand that but OH MAN. I got acrylic nails just done to test out to see if I would like them in this color and at this place for a future engagement shoot and wedding. I'm loving them so far! (It's just day one so got to see if they last.) Tammy gave a lot of attention to detail on every nail and I appreciated how she would look to me to see if I liked the shape and color still once in a while. If I did have a complaint, it'd be that I wish she gave me a color swatch to choose a color from. She knew I wanted natural and that I was in the warmer color range, but when I tried to explain I didn't want it so pink, I don't think she understood cause she brought another pink one and I repeated myself, but I wasn't sure what I wanted completely so I just went with it. While there, I also decided to get a set of acrylic nails and requested a nude color with burnt orange ombré tips. I came here with a friend using a Groupon. The deal was $30 for gel mani and regular pedi but I paid $12 to upgrade to a gel pedi. After a few days my mani is not looking good. My friend's nails cracked within a couple days, as did my own. Also, she got her legs massaged during her pedi and mine were completely ignored. My pedi felt completely rushed. Hands down one of the best nails salons I've been to! The staff were so friendly and the pedicure was to die for. They are so so so detailed in their work and they constantly asked if I was okay with the shape, length, color, etc. It took longer than I thought but it was because of how detailed they did everything. I drove to them not living close because I had a Groupon deal and they wouldn't take it because they were under new management. I had called 3 times the week before and even left a voicemail and no one answered or called me back . I even tried looking them up on fb and ig and on the website and I couldn't find a way to reach them. I was disappointed they wouldn't take me knowing I drove there and had already paid for the deal. Anyhow, I went this morning May 15th, 2021 accompanying my sister to get her money back for the fungus that she got on her nails after having acrylic nails done in this place and Tammy was not just rude to us saying that they did the right work but she also called the police on me when I pulled out my phone to film her when she was explaining why she authorized her technician to put peroxide on my sister's nails to fix the fungus when she was not supposed to do that, according to my sister's doctor. Fortunately the police officer was super nice and explained her that I was on my right to film her and/or her business due to this was a public place and I was not committing a crime. I would never recommend this place not only because they did a bad job on my sister's nails but not accepting their responsibility for the nails fungus saying that was normal and calling the police on me was very extreme. read more

She listens and strives to give you what you ask for. Tammy has done my nails and each time I am happy. She is so gifted and really seems to like what she does. My first post. Big drama!!! Maybe a long time ago, I should post a 5, but now, I just want to aware of the worst experience that I have for resolving a complaint in the Nail&Hair Salon! They were nice until they have to resolve an issue. They did acrylic nails for me that caused me fungus last week, I went to remove all of them (5days after I did my new ones), but the owner was very rude to me (she was over the phone), especially when I asked for reimbursement, she starts to yelling me over the phone saying that she will refuse the service for me in the future. More than that, she starts to speak in another language with the stylist in from of me when we are talking about the issue. She applies alcohol and peroxide on my nails, which eliminates fungus but dehydrated my nails and creates inflammation around. These happened on Thursday. but the owner asked me to back on Saturday (today) to apply something "" to me. Then I talked to my doctor, and he told me don't apply anything. What the nail technician is doing was wrong. Today, I only asked her about my reimbursement. A big drama for reimbursement, for bad customer service, and try to avoid responsibility. Even I felt discriminated. Has the owner's husband has to come in order she finally give me the money back, he was the only "reasonable person", and shut her up. Everything was a big stressful situation created for the owner calls Tammi (who doesn't want to be filmed because she said that she doesn't want to be on social media ‍... Another drama situation created for her) PS: it's my first time on Yelp, what I realize is that I'm not the first person complaining to her about that. I can here Wednesday for a gel pedicure and asked to add acrylic on both my big toes just very little acrylic to lengthen out my nail on my toe. It took the woman a few tries to get it remotely to how i even wanted it and still wasn't right , she filed my actual skin a couple times and i went home with a small cut due to it.
