The only reason I have 1 star is because there was no option to do 0. The dentist is very rude and disgusting. This was a first time visit at the Pembroke Pines office for myself and my kids, the dentist waited until all of the paperwork was completed and said nobody sits in the waiting area (which has chairs) I don't think he wanted to perform any services because my appointment had been rescheduled multiple times for whatever reason. I left my phone in the office after I left I'm sure he locked the door and basically didn't want to open to give me my phone. Disgusting!!!!! Basically don't wasted your time going here especially if more than one person needs to be seen. But I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The office assistant was sweet ! read more

Dr. Ahmadi is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I am usually extremely nervous about going to the dentist and he answered all of my questions and eased my anxiety about my procedure. You can tell that he is highly skilled and a true expert in his field. Furthermore, the office staff were wonderful and helpful with my discharge instructions and with working with my local pharmacy. Where to begin? I call to schedule a cleaning, I get an appointment at 5:20. Day of my appointment, I get a call saying she doesn't know why someone would schedule me for 5:20, and that appointment doesn't exist and said she only has 5:00 available, I say OK and go there at 5. Ok, so I have the cleaning done, and they tell me I have 4 cavities, and recommend a deep cleaning...I say ok. The dr. Says he can do half the mouth at one visit. And the other half at the next visit. I say ok. When I go to schedule, the girl scheduling says "he can do your whole mouth at once" I say ok, and schedule it. And I told them when I was scheduling that I was moving out of state the 12th and needed everything done before then. I called a couple days later and asked how much the total would be for the 4 fillings and deep cleaning. Girl says she'll call me back. Never called back. Called her the next day, and said she'll call me right back with the amount. Calls me and says $272 for deep cleaning and $87 for fillings, I say ok. I get a call to confirm that i am going to my appointmrnt and the lady says I don't know where the other girl got the pricing but that wasn't right. So now it's $272 for deep cleaning and $220 for fillings??! I said that is not what the other girl quoted me. So she said well idk how she got that number but I can take $100 off the fillings for you. I say ok. I get a call today (day before my appointment at 4:00) that they don't know why I am scheduled to have everything done at once, and that the dr. Looked at the schedule and said "he can't have it all done at once" which was originally told to me, but then at time of scheduling I was told he could? So she asks what do I want to do first. (Mind you, these idiots called me to confirm my deep cleaning and fillings) I told her I'll call her back in a couple minutes to let her know (whichever one I don't do now, I won't be bale to get done because now I am moving next week) I call back and say, I'll do the fillings, so they don't get worse. The girl says .. we gave that appointment away already, so we can only do the deep cleaning . I said , are you fucking kidding me ?! I choose what I do or don't do with my mouth. She said well the dr. Chose to fill that spot, so we only have a spot available for the deep Cleaning. Moral of the story, these people, including the dr., Are fucking morons! I don't have any idea how they have clients still. They don't know how to run a business and have wasted my time for the past 2 weeks. I hope the people at the parkland office read this, because you are incompetent at your job. read more

I almost didn't go to this dentist because of the negative reviews but boy am I glad I ignored those and went anyway. I went to the Parkland FL location. I have major fear and anxiety of the dentist so I went in with low expectations. This was BY FAR the BEST dentist experience of my life. From the receptionist to the x-Ray technician to the dental hygienist to the dentist, every. single. person. was nothing but kind, gentle and personable. It was a pleasant experience all around and I've never been able to say that before. Kristen, The dental hygienist was so gentle and thorough. For the first time in my life I didn't leave the dentist feeling like my mouth had just been assaulted. She was great. The dentist, Dr. Gonzales, was kind and patient and most importantly she LISTENED to me. She didn't just poke and prod around and leave. She really talked with me and addressed any concern I had. Loved this dentist. Great experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. read more

What an unprofessional experience!! I took my 2 daughters for the 1st time. Hygienist Christine was very rude non sympathetic to the "ouches" from the 12yr old. Dr walks in and says "I don't stand for squirming if your going to do that LEAVE right now!! What??? Are you serious?? Then my older daughter was starting to get her teeth cleaned and was being scorned by Christine. Extremely unprofessional. Whatever happened to empathy? Kindness? I don't understand why so many negative comments. I'm not going to lie at first I was a bit scared to go here but this is the only place that would take my insurance and I needed a cleaning done. The doctor who is from France is super friendly and her assistant Who is Cuban is a sweetheart. I can't remember their names that is why I put their nationality. Rafael who did my cleaning was awesome he literally took his time explain to me everything going on and showed me better way to care for my teeth. Btw I am pregnant and had absolutely no issues with them. I will definitely recommend this place. Thanks guys! read more

Dr.Ahmad is a crook. He went from saying "just floss and brush more on top" to his staff telling me I need whatever is an intermediate cleaning is. I asked for just a simple teeth cleaning covered by my insurance and they told me specifically, that is what the dentist recommended, and only the dentist's recommendation be done. I also was told by the dentist that he was not going to take me anyway, and I honestly feel that they discriminated against me. Never in my life have I been so mistreated, talked down to, and embarrassed. I would not even recommend this place to my worst enemy. this place needs to be investigated by the BBB, and closed. Just disgusting how they try to trick people into spending more money. Never freaking again! read more

I have never had such a great experience and he is very talented when it comes to the cosmetic detail. I highly recommend him and will definitely keep him for my routine dental care. Ive been taking my sons here over the past few years. They offer the convenience of late evening appointments which is so helpful to working moms and doesnt cut into school hours. Everyone is friendly and nice. The video in the waiting room is annoying, its the same one playing for years, over and over. read more

After months of not knowing what happened to my regular dentist and being past due for a cleaning I had to find a new dentist. Then I got a letter saying he had purchased my old dentist's practice. Since I already had a new dentist, I called the office to have the records transferred. They wanted a $25 payment to do so. Under the circumstances that is absurd. read more

Dentist in parkland you would think they would be professional but it seems like they're running a factory Constantly calling to make appointments and when they can't reach you they use your emergency contact number... They did this three times and contacted the emergency contact number to make an appointment, after telling them I would contact them to make the appt.. I absolutely enjoyed my appointment at this office, the service was phenomenal. Everybody I encountered from the front desk people to the assistants to the doctor. Everything went by so nice and smoothly no issues came up. I am without a doubt going to continue coming to this office for my checkups and cleaning. I came back to this dentist office in Parkland b/c 6 months ago I when I first found them I met with Dr. Gonzales who was great. However, the one I saw today woman I believe Ahmadi was a horrible dentist, only wants money. Was told I needed deep cleaning when I only asked for basic cleaning they said no b/c they cannot do a cleaning she did not suggest. This is unheard of in medicine as I'm a Physician Recruiter and have several Physician and nurses in my family. Also while at my appointment a man was outside screaming at the front desk about being overcharged, they had to threaten to call 911. Run from this practice. read more
