    Went to Take 5 today (Wednesday around 1:30 PM) not even lunch hour, so there's no excuse to be…read moreshort-staffed. I was greeted nicely and offered water, and they said the wait would be about 30 minutes. I was next in line, so I figured that was fair. After 45 minutes, I decided to leave. The same car in front of me had been there the entire time, and I realized even if they called me in right then, I'd be waiting another 45 minutes for an oil change. The tech inside was bouncing back and forth between bays trying to juggle multiple cars at once. No place called "Take 5" should take 45+ minutes for a basic oil change. This isn't on the techs, they looked frustrated, overworked, and miserable. Whoever manages this place needs to hire more people or cut down to one bay, because what's happening now is just poor management. Safe to say I won't be coming back.

I arrived and opened the text and did Not receive any coupon or Discount Amount, But the Guy at the Shop said to Not worry, he'll give the discount anyway. That was Not true. Service was okay, but I could've gotten an oil change anywhere else that follows through with what they Offered. Last but Not Least, after the Oil Change I drove straight to work, some of My days are tight. Right After the shift this same day, I turned my car on, and Now the Engine light comes on! I do remember the young fellas and gals were pretty sloppy with the oil pouring and even overflowing on the Washer fluid, I wonder now if I just need to get the Oxygen Sensor cleaned out, or if something ended up spilling on a different plug or wire that now needs to be replaced, which sadly isn't as cheap as an oil change. Oil is still fresh on the top of the engine cover... which is weird because the guy was holding a Nice Sized Funnel... but I'm glad I was standing outside the car behind them watching them do it, just disappointed I have to spend More money even on top of their Non-discounted First time experience. I don't think I'll ever want to visit a Take 5 again, nor would I Recommend to anyone who needs an oil change. Friendly workers, but Scary service.

So when putting my lug nuts on after that one decided to break off. I went and retrieved my truck and after two failed attempts at Sam's club and Walmart. I called, drove over, and they took me right in and I was charged a reasonable amount. Thanks so much to Fabian the Asst. Manager and Perry and to the rest of the team. You guys saved the day.

    I have used this facility mostly for emissions and inspections for my vehicles and motorcycles over…read morethe years. On my latest visit, I was coming in for emissions, and pulled up to the back doors. I was greeted by a technician upon exiting my car, and she checked me in at a garage computer. She didn't give me a time frame, but told me to wait in the waiting room. As I was walking to the waiting room, I saw she was checking in another vehicle that arrived after I did for a similar emissions and registration. While waiting, other customers were talking about the online coupons for emissions, so I checked the website and downloaded a $6 off emissions coupon. It seemed like the wait was a little longer than I expected since they didn't seem to be overly busy. I noticed that the vehicle that arrived just after I did was completed and paid before they finished my car. I must have got the slower tech I guess. I also had to wait again, while my car was left running just outside the bay doors, for the cashier to complete another customer before I could pay and get on my way. The waiting are had a restroom, drink vending machine, and several adequate but not comfy chairs. There were TV's mounted on the upper wall area, but they only showed a menu of service options and advertised their services, not any programming to watch. I will likely return here again for similar services in the future.

It is after the initial purchase were the unfortunate turn of events took place. My son took my car in to have the tires rotated after the usual 5,000 miles. He calls me when he is down there stating one of the guys came out and said one of my studs broke as they were taking off the wheel. I told my son to tell them they better fix it then because they are the ones who put the lug nut on so tight it won't come off. They told my son "Nope". Needless to say, I wasn't very happy. I took it to the dealer and had to pay them to repair Jones' mistake. I was even going to buy another set of tires for my other car from them. I still will buy a set of tires, just not from them. If they don't want to treat me like a valued customer and break parts off my car without accepting responsibility, then I can certainly find a different tire dealer. P.S. Since my review, the owner called me and has more than resolved what happened. I truly appreciate what he has done for me. See below for an addendum to the story. Okay, Kyle Jones (owner) called me and asked what happened. I proceeded to tell him my story. He offered to refund the money that was spent replacing the stud on the wheel. I told him my car was having a small issue and needed an alignment and maybe some other work done. He offered to make it right. I offered maybe instead of a refund, maybe we trade an alignment for the refund. I took my car in today and he did an alignment and diagnosed my car. I even have a credit with him as he told me an alignment wasn't as much as the cost of the stud replacement. When they couldn't definitively tell me what was wrong with my car (as another place couldn't as well), he told me to bring my car back when the issue was more apparent and they would take care of it. This doesn't happen very often where I give people a chance to redeem customer service, but I am glad I did with this one. I am truly impressed he would care enough to call me and take care of me like he did. He also apologized for the incident that happened before.
