    Went to Take 5 today (Wednesday around 1:30 PM) not even lunch hour, so there's no excuse to be…read moreshort-staffed. I was greeted nicely and offered water, and they said the wait would be about 30 minutes. I was next in line, so I figured that was fair. After 45 minutes, I decided to leave. The same car in front of me had been there the entire time, and I realized even if they called me in right then, I'd be waiting another 45 minutes for an oil change. The tech inside was bouncing back and forth between bays trying to juggle multiple cars at once. No place called "Take 5" should take 45+ minutes for a basic oil change. This isn't on the techs, they looked frustrated, overworked, and miserable. Whoever manages this place needs to hire more people or cut down to one bay, because what's happening now is just poor management. Safe to say I won't be coming back.

I arrived and opened the text and did Not receive any coupon or Discount Amount, But the Guy at the Shop said to Not worry, he'll give the discount anyway. That was Not true. Service was okay, but I could've gotten an oil change anywhere else that follows through with what they Offered. Last but Not Least, after the Oil Change I drove straight to work, some of My days are tight. Right After the shift this same day, I turned my car on, and Now the Engine light comes on! I do remember the young fellas and gals were pretty sloppy with the oil pouring and even overflowing on the Washer fluid, I wonder now if I just need to get the Oxygen Sensor cleaned out, or if something ended up spilling on a different plug or wire that now needs to be replaced, which sadly isn't as cheap as an oil change. Oil is still fresh on the top of the engine cover... which is weird because the guy was holding a Nice Sized Funnel... but I'm glad I was standing outside the car behind them watching them do it, just disappointed I have to spend More money even on top of their Non-discounted First time experience. I don't think I'll ever want to visit a Take 5 again, nor would I Recommend to anyone who needs an oil change. Friendly workers, but Scary service.

    I took my motorcoach to Charlie's Service Center for a roof reseal and leak repair, and other…read moreservices. Before bringing it in, I sent them a video showing a minor leak (clear water dripping about once every 5-7 seconds). I was told the entire roof was resealed and the leak was fixed. After pickup, the leak became significantly worse and caused interior damage. I made a second trip (230 miles each way) to have it corrected. During that visit, I was told they identified the issue near the A/C, fixed it, and water tested it with no leaks. When picking up after the second visit, Justin, the manager, went over the coach. I observed brown water dripping from a vent, and more water came out when touched. I was told it was "residual from testing." After that visit, a storm came through and within hours gallons of water entered the coach. The condition became significantly worse following both service visits. An inspection by an insurance adjuster specializing in RVs identified multiple areas that were not sealed, and in other areas, old sealant was not removed before new sealant was applied. During the second visit, the automatic roof vent was sealed to the roof, which caused the mechanism to bind and fail. I documented the condition after the first visit and, despite clear concerns with the initial workmanship, made a second trip after being assured a senior technician would address the issues. I returned the coach to allow the work to be corrected, but the condition was not remedied and instead worsened. To date, Charlie's Service Center and its insurer, Auto-Owners, have denied liability on all issues, issuing standard written claim denials. I strongly recommend, if you must use Charlies, documenting your coach with photos and video before service--even small details like interior components--and thoroughly inspecting all work before leaving.

I was in and out in a min after checking in and Uber home, I got a call a few hours later and they were finished and ready for me. The exhaust was loud and sounded beautiful and made me happy, as soon as I got the car to my co workers she was excited and loved how it sounded. I had to give this place a 5 star review, they deserve more business, I am bringing my other two cars here for service because of how awesome they treated me.     We had a very frustrating experience due to poor communication and unreasonable handling of our…read morevehicle. We were told the repair would take about 2 hours. At no point were we told it could turn into an overnight hold. The shop closed without calling us, and we received no update whatsoever. We had to call ourselves after the original timeline passed just to find out what was going on. The next morning, once again, no one called us -- we had to reach out again for an update. We were given conflicting information about whether the part had arrived. Eventually, we decided to show up in person because we were getting nowhere over the phone. When we arrived, our car was already finished and sitting in the parking lot, yet no one had called us to tell us it was done. If we hadn't shown up when we did, there's no telling how long our car would have sat there. Despite being told 2 hours, having our car held overnight without notice, and receiving zero proactive communication, we were still charged full diagnostic and repair costs with no adjustment offered. Mistakes happen -- but the lack of communication, accountability, and basic courtesy is unacceptable. We will not be returning and would caution others to be very clear about timelines and expectations before leaving their vehicle here.
