    Tiramisu latte
    Quinne M.

The tiramisu latte is amazing and 100% worth the hype. I got the hash browns which were not my favorite but I would eat here again and try something else. It can get insanely busy here but the drinks came out fast. Yum!

Cozy & spacious coffee shop. Lots of options for breakfast including pastries, juices & smoothies. They have their seasonal lattes too. Ordering was a breeze and service was prompt given the rush hour over the weekend. I had their hot honey & cinnamon latte and the asparagus danish. The latter was excellent. I'd go back.

Great spot to study with lots of seating. Big windows and lots of light upstairs with plenty of outlets. They play pretty good music too. My main complaint is the price point for food quality. I had a small tiramisu latte which, don't get me wrong, was delicious, but was $10 for not much coffee. What really bothered me was that the breakfast sando was $11 before tax and was mediocre at best. I expected a dish from a Swan family restaurant to be gourmet level, but this sandwich was merely ok. Nothing special and definitely not worth $11. Didn't even come with any sides. The pictured meal cost me $23 before tip.

Been a few times now and this place has blowwnnn up! Hot cofffee and breakfast spot for Rochester!!! Amazing coffee drinks, unique breakfast options. Sometimes the drinks take a second but they are well worth it! Cute gifts inside as well, and outdoor seating for the summer months ! Kind staff and beautiful interior and exterior as well.

I haven't tried the food yet, just the coffee drinks but they've been great. I keep coming back for the Iced Tiramisu Latte, which was a lovely surprise. If you get the chance, definitely give it a try. Since this place is part of the Swan Family of Restaurants, you can sometimes find their Lost Meatball Sauce and the same pasta they use at Vern's. They also sell cookbooks, various pantry items, grab and go drinks, and more. If you're into fresh sourdough, you can even order a loaf for Saturday pickup through their website. I can't speak for the food, but the place is always busy whenever I stop in. For parking, you've got a small lot across the street or street parking on Park Avenue.

The tiramisu latte is amazing along with the BEC on an everything bagel. Space is cozy to work or catch up with a friend!

We tried Pearson's for lunch today -- part of the Swan Family of restaurants (Leonore's, Lento, Dorado, Roux). Somehow we had missed this one. Of course, it was also fantastic! It was a bustling coffee and sandwich shop off of Park Ave. with a very cool vibe. The place was packed. Our to-go order was outstanding. We split an "Denny's Caesar Salad", which was a super interesting mix with the best breadcrumbs we've ever tasted. We also sampled the Chopped Italian which was on lively bread and a nice "antipasto"-style mix. So tasty. We also tried the Hot Fried Tofu Sandwich was among the best tofu preps we've ever tasted. We also washed it down with a lovely Maple Chai. What a great place. Parking was a little tight, but otherwise great. We will be back for more!

    Lattes and cinnamon roll

Omgoodness. Wow. The cinnamon bun was absolutely delicious, the breakfast burrito was the absolute best we've ever had, and the bagel, lox, pickled onions, and cream cheese was soooo good. The carrot cake latte was good, too. Could use more of the carrot cake syrup but the mascarpone took it over the top.

Came in with low expectations and was pleasantly surprised! I was not able to visit the old Glen Edith location but the coffee here was excellent. I went with a plain latte and the espresso was smooth! What shocked me was the water bagels, truly the only bagel i've had in Rochester that came close to the bagels I get at home in NJ/NY. My friend loved her chicken salad sandwich. I also loved the setup of this place: the downstairs is full of people chatting while the upstairs is a more quiet area for people doing work. Very cozy with plenty of seating AND OUTLETS! Overall, another great addition to the Swan group. Javas on Gibbs will always be my number one spot, but Pearsons is sitting at second place. Can't wait to come back and try more of the speciality lattes and brunch food!

Comfy conversation chairs, a booth banquette with chairs on the other side, chairs and tables, and a bar top along the windows with outside eating for warm sunny days. The cups are a rich brown color with gold probably Arabic writing. The dessert case is filled with sumptuous fruit shaped mousse desserts. The coffee itself is beyond compare. There are boxed games. Things are delivered to your table on wooden trays. It's so elegant. I cannot say enough nice things. The staff is so friendly. I had a Nutella latte and a raspberry dessert. I asked which dessert was best, the lady at the register said the mango. Mango is not my thing but she said next best is raspberry. It's the perfect size. A hard crisp shell, creamy mousse and a perfect raspberry center. I also got a pistachio latte. Both were excellent.

I always like to look for espresso specials and we were not disappointed by the selection. My fiance got The Snug with maple syrup and molasses bitters. I was too afraid to try any drinks with bitters (I hate how it tastes in cocktails) but I took a sip of The Snug and it tasted great, I would definitely try that next time. I had the B.B.L. latte which had banana syrup, it was more on the sweet side but not overly sweet (I would avoid it if you don't enjoy a sweet palate, try a latte with bitters instead!) It was something unique to try and I was happy with my choice. There was also plenty of seating which is always a huge plus in the winter in Rochester. We had no trouble getting a table. I should also note that there was a very limited food selection here -- about 3 baked goods offered. So if you're looking for food and coffee, I would recommend looking elsewhere. I also ordered the baklava, and a little cup of the Turkish coffee (whoa!!). The Borek , I didn't look that big in the case spoiler alert, it was.... The dough was wonderfully flaky , and the filling was amazingly savory. I liked the spinach, and I'm not sure what type of cheese it was. But it played with the spinach perfectly it reminded me very much of a spanakopita, which I also love. The baklava was also excellent. It was perfectly flaky on the outside, and the honey, and the nuts inside were just fantastic. It is one of the better baklava that I have ever had. Now let's talk about the Turkish coffee. I've had Lebanese coffee, and I loved, and Ithought was strong.... the Turkish coffee makes Lebanese coffee taste like decaf that you would get from a cheap corner diner. With just a little bit of milk and sugar, it was perfect it was rich, and it was strong! At this point, I could probably make it to six hours to my destination without a car :). All of this great food, and I was only roughly out the door 20 bucks. For such high-quality food, it was worth it. I hope I'm back in Rochester again, because I would easily stop here again.

I took my time to enjoy every sip of it. And then the rice pudding. Served warm in a rustic clay bowl, topped generously with pistachios--it hit that perfect balance of creamy, lightly sweet, and comforting without being heavy. One of those desserts that sneaks up on you and suddenly you're scraping the bottom of the dish. The space itself is cozy and thoughtfully put together, and the people working there genuinely elevate it. Kind, welcoming, and happy to let you linger a bit, which feels increasingly rare.
