This facility is OUTSTANDING and the lobby mirrors a hotel. My sincerest apologies team. I could've saved you all time by advising that my mom required hemodialysis, but it was such a pleasure meeting the three wonderful ladies. But I went to tour with my father and the rooms are small and don't have closets. I was still willing to move my father there due to the urgency, and because of how accommodating the director of nursing was. Kenny just pushed us off to her saying he had another client, and talked more about himself than the facility or residents. Then when I followed up about a week later and email questions he called me and stated he didn't have time to answer the questions because he's way too busy. Wow! Anything would've been better than saying that to me. I'm busy too! But saying you're too busy to answer a question about my loved ones care and pricing of your facility is disgusting and rude especially coming from a Veteran. Don't even waste your time, gas or money here! And if the facility is seeing this, give the director of nursing a raise !

My family is extremely happy to have chosen heaven on earth home care not only are the caregivers, compassionate, and reliable. they also have provided my dad with late stages of dementia with brain stimulation, activities and exercises. Miss Brown is compassionate and answers her agency phone even during off hours, I have never met a home care agency with such compassion. I am happy that we chose one on one care for my dad and I am extremely happy that we chose heaven on earth home care services dealing with dementia can be A lot. This agency has set the bar high.

This place is the worst. Don't put your loved one there. Our parents were at Charter for a little…read moreunder a year in assisted living and there were numerous problems with poor management and unprofessional staff. The call buttons rarely worked, and when they did function, nobody came for 45 minutes. The nursing staff didn't make necessary medical appointments, housekeeping was mediocre, basic maintenance requests were ignored, memory care residents were left alone with few activities (our mother was in memory care several hours per day for a few weeks), and our parents were regularly shouted at by the cleaning person in retaliation for a family member complaining to the director about how filthy the room was. We gave the facility a year to try to improve, but in retrospect we should have moved them out within the first month. Only the meal delivery staff and the physical therapy staff (an independent company) were kind and compassionate. Ditto for the receptionist with the little dog. The head of wellbeing/nursing has a negative attitude and shows no compassion toward residents or family members. She appears to hate her job. The executive director is checked out and rarely on the premises. When she learned our parents were moving out and why, she offered zero apology for the many ways her facility was in breach of contract. Save yourself a lot of stress and find a better place.
