Everything was clearly explained, itemized, and incredibly easy to understand. A week after booking, more family members decided to come, so I needed to make some changes. Their events team handled everything seamlessly without missing a beat. Their customer service is truly five-star. When we arrived, there was a large welcome sign with our family name on it, which made everyone feel special. Our bowling lanes were ready to go, decorated, and waiting for us. The food arrived fresh, hot, and delicious, and everyone loved it. Most importantly, my kids, grandkids, my wife, and the rest of the family had an amazing time. (for reference I went July 19, 2025) The only big issue I had was that sometimes when the ball was overshot and landed outside the course, it would go under the fences and were hard to reach but we got lucky both times and were able to retrieve our balls. I felt like they could have constructed the surrounding fences better especially considering how small some of those courses are. You're bound to have your ball go over board some time! Also addressing the heat and water issue from some reviews: I think any activity you do here in SLC in the summer outside is going to be blazing hot so wearing sunscreen and carrying around my water bottle everywhere I go helps! I do get the overpriced issue though as that makes it seem like you'd be catered a little more. But overall we had such a blast and had some silly moments. It was all decorated so cute and didn't feel too long or too short. There was 18 holes in total with some of them having interactive twists which we really liked. I liked how the staff had us start at a hole in the middle of the course in order to prevent waiting for other people to go in front of you. We didn't have to wait at all until the last hole! And I feel like I've had that issue before at mini golf courses before of waiting a lot for the people in front of you, so I felt like this was more efficient. Mini golf is one of me and my boyfriend's favorite activities to do together, so we were super excited when we saw this pop up event.

The thing I appreciated was the simple and effective teaching points that Kyler provided me. I was able to see immediate improvement on my ball striking and ball flight. I don't play a ton of golf, but I want to play more now that I have some easy things to work on. It will definitely be a more enjoyable experience after having taken a lesson there. I also like the free app they provide that allows me to watch my lesson and to remember the things I need to do to improve. Definitely worth a visit.

And then the cherry on top was when we took our toddlers to turn in their tickets for prizes. It's already an absolutely ridiculous scam: you pay like $50 to play games that earn your kids like $5 of stupid cheap plastic prizes. But that's an established practice: we all know the drill. Where it really went south quickly is when the girl behind the counter gave my kid a cheap little parachute toy, I opened it for him at the counter, and it was clearly broken. Then I casually said "can you replace this since it's broken?" And the girl told me she needed to get approval. I thought she was joking. We're talking about replacing a 5 cent crappy toy that we heard just earned with like $10 worth of credits. But no, she said she wasn't allowed to do anything about it until she got approval. So we sat there and waited for like 5 minutes for her supervisor to have a free minute to tell her she was allowed to replace a cheap little plastic toy that was broken when it was handed to us. Just to be clear, I don't blame the kids operating this place. This is clearly a management issue. All the kids working there are scared to do anything wrong. But sadly, penny-pinching isn't going to make this place successful.
