Glad I took his advice. Shoot, crunchy muffin...OH!!! They have 6 Eav chargers... chargepoint so download the app ...charging is FREE! I charged for 2 hours... FREE... The course is nicely laid out but think the dog right on 3 may want to be changed to a Par 5... just sayin'. Greens were smooth and rolled with little to no bumps.... There is always more than one hole set, you walk up to the flag and there is another cup just ten feet away, as if they've forgotten to fill it in when they made the new hole. The signs are old and faded, but you can still make out the numbers (although most of the yardage is inaccurate) so just be prepared to eyeball most. There is usually some goose droppings you need to play around too, which add another challenging element to your game. Overall though, the pricing cannot be beat, $9/person or $15 if you want to play the regular course! And the views cannot be beat. They're also building a new clubhouse which is sure to add another element of flair. TIPS & TRICKS: * Their cake doughnuts are baller, grab a few of those to fill you while you play.

The course is nothing spectacular -- a lot of holes are straight, and there aren't a lot of hazards. Especially for beginning and intermediate golfers, Murray Parkway is great because there is a "bail out" area on nearly every hole, where you can hit a bad shot and still end up in the rough (or maybe even the neighboring fairway). The groundskeepers do a pretty good job too, the course is in solid shape. Because of its central location in the valley, and because it's a pretty beginner-friendly course, you'll definitely want to get a tee time here (rather than trying to walk on). I grew up playing this course and played in many high school tournaments at Murray Parkway-it's a classic!

Based on…read morethat, I drove over and arrived around 6:45pm, only to be met by Sam, who rather rudely informed me that the range was closing early "today" for no clear reason. It's frustrating enough to get conflicting information, but the attitude made it worse. A little communication and basic courtesy would go a long way. If hours are going to change, especially on short notice, staff should be on the same page--and maybe not act like it's the customer's fault for showing up based on what they were told.

I love this course!…read more When I move to Utah from Vegas I looked up courses on Golf Now app and there were none. I thought Utah did t have courses... but then I came here to hit balls in March 2022 and they weren't open yet but getting close. The clubhouse staff were very nice and easy going. I've played 4 rounds of 18 and 2 rounds of 9 since July and I love this course. 1 is an easy par 4. Heading next into a dog left 4, the par 3. The greens are in good condition with challenging undulations the altitude changes. The back nine is a passage descending into the belly of the beast. Just maintain tempo, deep breath and swing easy. It will get there. If you try too hard you will lose sleeves to the JRT or the deep poo that borders all the fairways... Rates are good... cart is $18 per rider Clubhouse staff is good and super helpful whether in person or on the phone. The food at the clubhouse is exceptional. They take pride In their menu down the the bread used on the Philly. If you go, look up every now and again to admire the beauty.

Like many mountain courses, I was afraid it was going to be a bit gimmicky but I was pleasantly surprised it wasn't at all. There were several elevated tees, rolling (even slanted) fairways, it never felt like it was too much at any time. The course was in great shape, especially considering it's been 100 degrees and more throughout my Salt Lake City visit. Outside of a few holes, the course is pretty narrow and will require some straight shooting. The greens were a trip because at times they were quick and then they would slow down considerably. Many of them had several tiers which proved to be tough at times. Overall, I had a great experience and had it with a great rate for some good golf. No cart girl but I'm guessing the 104 temp caused that. On an amazing customer service note, when I finished the drink area was closed and when I asked one of the instructors if there was somewhere else I could buy something, he gave me one of his own Gatorades. Super nice! Hydrate and have a blast.
