I had a situation where my alarm went off on my grinder pump (not a good thing) if you know what a grinder pump's responsibility is. I called Rhea plumbing (they did the entire plumbing install on my new home construction) and they had a crew in route within 10 minutes! Kenny's office staff (Katie and Jamie) were knowledgable and courteous. His service technicians were excellent, knew their stuff and wasted no time once on site (important @ $175/hr). They had me up and "pumping" in 1 3/4 hrs. But there was still an electrical issue with the floats sending signals improperly to the pump. Kenny personally came out to diagnose the issue and correct it. That's two trip charges which he waived both! Bottom line - it's debatable that this issue would be considered warranty work since its two years after the initial install, that made no difference to Kenny - he wanted me happy and satisfied and waived all charges! Don't expect this - they can't always work for free! Rhea Plumbing in Llano is not my closest plumber, but I'll never consider going any where else for all my plumbing needs! T. P.
