Families not welcomed here. As we prepare for family outings and making memories with family and friends I think most people would not include getting a phone call while playing poker that you wife and children are being escorted out from the pool by security, that is laughing at them along the way. I guess this is the feeling that the Pechanga website mentions that you can "Experience it All" at Pechanga. It was not that anybody was doing anything wrong, but that we were RV Resort guests and not Casino guests, and that we needed to leave. As for my family and two others, we think this was an insane way to handle customer service. (At one point, We even offered to purchase a room at the casino, and they said no. We were in awe and thought this has to be an error. So, the two other dads and I went to the front desk, where we spoke w "Vicky." I think what's even more crazy is that instead of the manager coming out to speak with us (at the front desk) they sent the Head of Security, (a large man) who continued to make things worse by becoming aggressive with us, got up in my face and said he wanted to split up the Fathers who were there and speak to us one at a time, as if we had gotten into a fight. He and three other security guards surrounded my friend. ( this is when I decided to start videoing.) In the recording you can see the head of security get aggressive with him so much, that he had to back up on several occasions. Let's please keep in mind that this is all because the women and children wanted to use the pool and spend money there. Shortly after the Head of security motions at me, and another security guard says he is done with us and "We need 86 these guys." Next was when another couple security/Pechanga Police surrounded me and informed me that I am not allowed to video and that I was on a Sovereign Nation and that our rules did not apply there! I HAD TO DELETE THE VIDEO. Wow! The three families were then surrounded by 16 Pechanga Police officers and escorted out of the casino. (including 10 children under 12) If you look at there website, it clearly states Experience it all, 24 hour shuttle to amenities of the resort. We just never read it as use everything but the pool. Now if this is the kind of service you like, please frequent this place. We were appalled and felt as though we had made a mistake going to this place. ON our trip back to California to have more work done to our RV at RV Ready we decide to give Pechanga RV Resort another shot. This time we were much more impressed than our first stay. They put is in a space right across from the dog park, and we had no issues with other guests not controlling their dogs. As stated in our first review, the park is very clean, the spaces are large and comfortable, and the staff are great to work with. Our second experience is what we would expect from an establishment like this and we will be back to visit them again in the future. read more

Only an hour out of San Diego. Staff was friendly and helpful when checking in. Spots are wide, level and angled for easy back in. We chose a spot in I row to be as far away from construction noise as possible. We were not bothered at all. A parking garage is being built on a lot adjacent to the dog park area. The park is very clean. The fenced dog area was big enough for to do their business, but not for much running around. Or spot had plenty of grass around it and a divider with vines growing on it. We spent more time enjoying the nice weather under the awning than in our travel trailer. Security frequently roamed the park. No issues with loud or inconsiderate guests. A shuttle runs frequently to the casino, which is also within walking distance. We plan on staying here again. read more

Traveling to California from the Midwest and came across this little Oasis away from home. We lived here for 4 years and never stayed. Wish we would have known about this place earlier. We broke down on our travels home and were accommodated by Good Sam's here. They understood our circumstances and worked with us. The staff was very friendly! Th RV park is very nice! Large spots for all trailers. Plenty of green grass and trees throughout. Plenty of things to do for the kids. They have a large pool and ping pong table. They have a community grill and lounge area. Pechanga RV Resort - Poolside! - RV Rental Near Me - Temecula, California

Went to rv resort on memorial weekend . The rv park was booked up , which was fine. So the plan was to stay at the overflow parking . However they closed the overflow parking to all rvs, even though they had tons of parking. Talked to the office and the parking security, which to no avail. This was very disappointing after driving 3 hours to get there. They could of very easily taken care of a regular customer who had spend thousands over the years at there casino. Went to Pala which was also book up but was very accommodating and let us park in the regular parking lot . Pechanga has lost my business . I think they are just to big now and don't care about there customers that made them that way. read more

We just got back from Pechanga RV Resort and I'd say it's one of the nicest RV parks we have ever stayed at. Price was reasonable, especially with the Good Sam discount. Spaces are very large and in the "Premium" section (Row "I") where we stayed the sites are shaded by big trees. Hookups are in good shape and located toward the center of the site - convenient for me. Deep/\wide concrete pads are surrounded by nice grass - very pleasant. My back-in space was very easy to get in to. Nice clean picnic table on the site. Super clean park and the shuttle service is slick. Everyone I met there was friendly, helpful and seemed to enjoy their job. Pool looked busy (we didn't use it) but the rest of the park was quiet during the day and very quiet at night. We're definitely going back and bringing our friends. read more

Better than expected! Clean, wide open spaces, luscious green grounds. Five minutes to great restaurants at the casino. Staff is excellent EVERYTHING you need is on this property. The RV resort was splendidly beautiful, clean, tropical. We stayed three days and tried to stay longer. We live at a five star resort in Palm Springs, Pechanga RV Resort is very comparable. We are at every restaurant including Journey's, we were picked up and dropped off at least a dozen times by various drivers- EVERY DRIVER should be commended, perfectly kind and gracious to all four of us. Stayed here in April. The spots are spacious but if I'm going to "glamp" locally, I'd rather go to Pala. Pala has much nicer manicured grass and a nicer pool. HOWEVER, if Pechanga decided to allow RV guests to have access to the Casino Pool, then I would definitely give this a five star. It's just a bummer that the casino amenities are not included for RVers. read more

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!!! Seriously the people at the front desk can't book things to save their skin. We have been in a spot for the past week but wouldn't let us stay in the same for another making us move to another for two days just to have us move back to the same spot. This place is just so terrible. When we got here they didn't tell us "you need a card to get into the showers." I'm like really?! They should give you that at the front but "TEN DOLLARS for a card?" At least when your stay here is done you get your money back. The showers suck no water pressure at all and there is a timer on it. The shuttles are great the only thing I like about it here. The front desk need to freaking get better at booking people. This is freaking ridiculous! read more

We just came back from a weekend at the Pechanga RV Resort and loved it. The staff is great. We had an electrical problem in hooking up our RV and within 10 minutes Jeff and Brandon were there and very quickly resolved the problem for us. Kudos to them. We held our Rainbow RV Club Rally for the 12th consecutive year on the weekend of 6/29-7/1. Wow! What a difference a year makes as the RV Resort has upgraded its facilities to include more RV sites, a Club Room, Beautiful community Fire Pit, Picnic area, & upgraded community BBQ area. Really enjoyed the new and improved amenities but there is much room for improvement in adding an "Adult" pool or "Adult Only" Pool hours for its guests. I tried using the pool but too many screaming kids made the whole relaxing experience an "un-relaxing one"; don't get me wrong "I love kids" but the whole idea of relaxing by the pool is relaxing w/o a ton of kids yelling and screaming. Anyway just my 2 cents; looking forward to next year's event :). read more

The park itself is great. However, the management came and asked us to take down our Trump flag. This is not acceptable. There are no posted rules on flags and shaming us for our political views is not okay. We will not give them our money again and we had a very large group. read more

Pachanga Casino R.V. Camping resort. What a NIGHTMARE we had. We came in with 17 rigs. From the beginning we knew there would be issues. We were told that we could not go to our camp site even thought it was open and empty until 2 PM. it was noon. They said we could pay $10.00 to go in early. We said no and drove to the pre assigned camp site and parked. We did not un load or hook up thinking that they must have been joking. They were not. Our Wagon Master who I believe is about 83 years old received numerous phone calls from the office telling her she better get her group in line. We all eventually paid the $10.00. Let me further worn you that it is $5.00 per day per dog and or cat. Now to the Club house we rented for 3 days at $100.00 per day, with no bathroom. Please note that we are all seniors from mid 60's to 90 years old. One of our members who needs a bathroom frequently so she drove her car to the club house.. Again, another phone call to our Wagon Master. Move the car or it will be towed away. What are they thinking. I surely don't know. We have stayed here or years with no issues. What's up??? Normally we reserve the spaces closest to the club house for our Handicapped members. This time they had us spread out all over the place and not together even so we could sit out together. There was no handicapped parking anywhere. As we all were packing up one of our members spoke to a fellow, (retired Fireman) who was coming in with #80 rigs. All Fireman. He was the first to arrive and said he was already having issues with the office and management. We wished him well on his new adventure. If I had to give this Management a rating from 1 to 10, I would say a 1. The Campgrounds were lovely. Other than that, go to Pala Casino instead. They are FANTASTIC TO WORK WITH. and the Trees will grow. Oh, before I sign off, I forgot one thing . When our Treasurer and Wagon Master went to pay the bill, they were chastised and told that our group was abusive and rude to the office staff. Can you imagine some office group chewing out to very senior lady's that have great communication skills? I can't. Please reconsider your feelings before booking there. Very impressed. If you have a reason to be at Pechanga or are interested in golfing this is a great place. We came for a concert and it was much cheaper than staying at the hotel. Beautiful place! I recently stayed here this past weekend with my family with ages ranging from 2 years old to 80. We all had a wonderful time. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The park is well kept and the bathrooms are very clean. I loved the shower set up. Our neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. In the morning it was great to see people walking or biking around the park, parents pulling kids in wagons and people walking their dogs. The pool was warm and clean too. Our oven stopped working but we were able to use the park kitchen located in the clubhouse - that saved the day. The shuttle to the casino was always there in less then 5 minutes, great burgers at Kelsey's. If you have little ones.. a wagon, bikes and stroller are a good idea. Its not a huge park but fun to walk or bike around. Lots of grass area at the individual sites for spreading out. We can't wait to go back, it was very relaxing and the scenery was beautiful! We saw lots of families and couples of all ages, it was a nice mix. We stayed in I-35 and were very happy with the space. Its along the perimeter. I-37 is the spot we want next time. Its a luxury spot but a must have especially if you have a larger family, little ones or just want the extra space and privacy. Thank You Pechanga RV Resort, we really enjoyed our visit. read more

Too noisy!! There are car alarms going off, cars racing, some sort of motorcycle/quad/side by side constantly driving back and forth, people yelling and screaming all night long. "***Pechanga RV Resort*** This rating is for the pachanga RV resort. We came to town for a soccer tournament and stayed at the Pechanga RV resort. Initially it seem like a pretty good stay. Due to construction, they gave us a discount, but guaranteed that there would be no construction during our stay. Sure enough 5:30 in the morning the tractors were running. But, we figured they discounted the stay and we were up early for the match, so no worries. But being understanding is just a one way street with Pechanga. We had paid extra for late Check-out and we told them 2 days in advance that we might be a little late if our girls went to championship play and the management assured us that there would be no problem. However, we get called by some young girl named Jessica who was rude and told us that we had to be out in 20 minutes during the final championship match, which we missed. Held hostage. Came in at 2 on a late August Sunday afternoon. Took 45 minutes- 3 miles?- to get to RV park from I-15. HORRENDOUS local traffic. RV park located in dense residential neighborhood. Worst part was non-stop construction noise all around. Starts at 7 AM sharp, and never ends. I should have realized something was up when there is a huge jar of ear plugs at front desk! No joke. Beware, the construction site is huge, and looks like it will go on for quite awhile. Local traffic is so bad we felt it wasn't worth the hassle to leave or see anything "nearby". Nothing to walk to, shuttle to casino. Expensive casino food- $20+ for buffet lunch. No discounts, no freebies to RV'ers listening to non-stop (heavy) construction noise. Nice RV spots, free WIFI was good. We live in Palm Desert, and travel the country in our motorhome. We have stayed at hundreds of campgrounds. Pachanga RV Resort is no resort, and at best, a nice campground in a very congested area. read more

The wife and I spent a few days in spot H10, nice spot, close to the rear exit, very conveniently to rear exit of the park, close to the pool our only complaint about this site is the track compactor is on the other side of the bushes and all night we heard the beeping of trash trucks, the bang of steel slamming and the whine of the trash compactor. Other than that,it a great,easy to get in and out, very clean, wonderful staff, piss poor WIFI, beautiful casino , it's that way because it has the tightest machines I have seen,at least they put some of the money back in the property. read more

This is a really nice campsite! I only know of one that is nicer. It literally a stone throw from the casino and has really nice amenities. If you don't want to walk to the casino (it's literally a 4 minute walk) they have a courtesy shuttle rust will take you over there. My parents have a huge RV and they are able to get in here easily since every site is a pull through. The campsite is really clean.....seriously the bathrooms are some of the cleanest nicest public bathrooms I have ever seen. They have a really nice pool and the best part is the dog run. We spent quite some time in the dog run letting our dogs play and run loose. It's very pet friendly here and they have several "pick up" stations located throughout the park . Everyone who was staying here was really nice and waved at everyone else. It's true that RV owners are the nicest people! We live in Orange County so this is the perfect getaway for a weekend trip. Like I said I only know of one RV resort in Orange County that is even somewhat comparable to this one. I'm looking forward to spending another weekend at Pechanga rv resort. read more

No idea what Christian M is talking about. I've stayed here twice for seven days, both times I used Passport and staff went out of their way to accommodate us. They even placed us in a nice east facing spot (keeps hot afternoon sun off of living area of motorhome). Staff did say beginning Oct 2014 they will exclude Thursdays, along with Fridays and Saturdays, from Passport use. So what! There are still four other days each week and they have no limits on use. Try finding any park, anywhere, that is this nice and rents space for 1/2 off. Most Passport parks only allow a discount for one day. People with dogs are considerate for the most part. Security patrols all times of the day, which is a positive in my book. For those who see this as a problem, I'm glad they are dissatisfied and staying away. read more

We can't say enough good things about Pechanga's RV resort and the staff! It's one of the cleanest most well kept RV parks we have ever been to. It's small but has ample space for large rigs. Each spot has a well manicured lawn and the amenities (pool, spa, showers, laundry room are all clean and modern). The free wi-fi works very well and the resort is VERY dog friendly. A real treat in beautiful Temecula... We love this place and their friendly, helpful staff! read more
