They wouldn't install new electric fans/heaters in early December and made us wait until mid-January. Once installed, the fans were extremely noisy like an airplane engine! When I asked about this, I was told that it was how those fans are. (In fact, I have others that are much quieter.) Then they installed a new electrical panel, refused to close up the holes they made in our wall, left wires exposed and refused to label the circuit breakers. Not a good experience!!

Today Ocean electric just rolled up to my house to put a "guy wire" on a pole installed 3 months ago? PSE&G have shown up to the house looking to connect me 3 x with truck crews. Walking away shaking their head. Asking Me to have Ocean electric call them! I told them, they won't even call me! I'd look for another Company on Long Island to do anything of significance. Communication is key when having a job done and this company lacks it. Your never too big to treat your customers right Ocean.

We recently asked him to come and fix our lights on front yard and driveway which has not worked properly for the past 20 years. Al took his time to figure out the problem and fixed our lights. We are very happy with his work. He is professional courteous and takes care. We used other people in the pst for the same issue and lost money. As long as he can help us - he will be our electrician.

We have very successfully hired All Wright for a number of jobs and were very happy with them…read more They were expensive, but we understand that electricians are highly trained and must be compensated for their expertise. More recently, a track lighting fixture very high up on a cathedral ceiling stopped working, We made an appointment for All Wright to come to fix this. We told them that the fixture was very high up and suggested that they bring an extra long ladder. We were told that one of their technicians would be in our area the next day and would stop by. He said that they fixture was not the problem but that it was a problem with the switch on the wall. When the second technician came, he failed to bring the correct switch and told us to call the office to arrange a follow up appointment. The third guy arrived with the wrong switch but was able to run to our near-by hardward store and buy the correct switch. Imagine our surprise when All Wright charged us for this visit. We ended up paying almost $600 to replace a switch.

We were very impressed with the quality of work on the generator and the communication from their team was great throughout. On the smaller projects, they always completed these quickly and efficiently at a reasonable cost. Would highly recommend them for any project big or small!
