Courteous, helpful and knowledgable staff. Clean arena. Great specials offered not too far off the interstate. Downfall: very, very little seating (3 benches). My kids are too young to drop off so I wait. Also would be nice if they had a snack bar. When they come to play the 4 hour sessions they get hungry and a vending machine is the only option.

I love this arena. My favorite place to play on Tuesday. Excellent arena design and the referees know what they are doing. Would highly recommend for Airsoft beginners.

Ask the Community - VIPAirsoft Arena

What is the minimum age to play I'm 11?

We allow players as young as 8 in general sessions.

Do you allow HPA rifles or pistols? Do you have a minimum engagement distance and MAX FPS?

Any gun running HPA has a maximum allowable FPS of 300fps with our required house 0.20g bbs. HPA guns also require a tournament lock for your tank. Minimum engagement distance regardless of the type of airsoft gun is 10ft.

Hi, in the arena, is there a way to get eliminated? Like say i get shot by someone, would i get out? And if i get out, is there a way for a team mate to get me back in?

It depends game to game as to what is considered a hit, how many lives you have and what you do when you get hit. The referees go over all of that at the start of each game.

Do all guns in the pro shop come with batteries and chargers?

No, not every gun sold in the proshop comes with a battery and charger.

Im sorry for all these questions, but hypothetically, say i have a gun that takes a 7.5 v lipo battery, would you guys be able to modify the battery cartridge to take a 9.5 v lipo battery?

Hi Logan. Feel free to reach out to us directly via email at info@vipairsoft.net with additional questions. In regards to your question though... there are no such batteries… Read more

Do you get to keep the guns in the party room? If not, can you buy them?

I'm not sure I understand your question. If you host a party package with us, we provide rental equipment for your event but it remains with us upon your departure. We do not sell used guns but we do sell a more upgraded version of our rental gun in… Read more

What is the gun price range in the shop? Because im fairly young, thus my budget is extremly limited, as in, id be blowing all my money to buy a bottle of bbs, and an aeg. And id appreciate if there were a few rifles, and pistols within around $20-70

Hi Logan, feel free to reach out to us directly at info@vipairsoft.net or visit our online proshop at www.vipairsoftarmory.com to view our entire inventory. Rifles range from $150-$600. Pistols range from $45-$325.

    Are you open during covid?

Yes. Our fields and pro shops are open. We have limited capacity within the facility and the best way to guarantee entry into the field for gameplay is to prepay your entry via our online reservation calendar on our website.

Can you buy, rent, and or trade equipment and guns?

We sell equipment, rent G&G CM16 AEG rifles for gameplay in our fields but we do not accept trade ins or consignment.

    Is there open roller skating?

Hi Susana, Our facility is an indoor airsoft arena. We do not offer roller skating. Thanks! -… Read more

This place was definitely worth the price--under $30 per kid, plus $5 for non-slip socks. There's a great area for parents to sit and relax while the kids play, including lounge couches that were comfortable enough to actually enjoy watching them. My son played nonstop for two full hours. They also offer snacks and food. We ordered a family pizza for $19, and the kids got small ICEE drinks for under $4 each. A regular pepperoni pizza was only around $5-$6, which is a great deal compared to other kids' places. The facility was clean and had lots of different activities--not just trampolines--so the kids never got bored. It also wasn't overly packed for a Friday at 6 PM, which made the experience even better. Overall, a fun, affordable, and well-thought-out place for kids. We would definitely come back!

They have a nice place to grab some food, Starbucks, or even an adult beverage. The entire thing is situated within a complex that houses shops, a dinosaur exhibit, a UFO encounter, a center area called the boardwalk with a carousel and soon a Ferris wheel. I really loved the projected scenes on the walls at the entryway. I also think it's really cute that they take your picture when you get to aquarium. We did not purchase our photo although it was very nice one. It was just a little too pricey, $30 for one photo if I am not mistaken. I personally love to go to the aquarium to see their variety of jellyfish and stingrays, and I am always especially happy when they have puffer fish. I was in luck. Not only did they have a wonderful, huge amazing display of jellyfish, but they also had the cutest display of puffer fish. I was finally able to show my daughter what they look like up close. That was pretty special to me. And even better, as I took a picture of these puffer fish on my phone, they noticed my sparkly keychain. When they saw that, they were drawn to it. They came right up to the glass. My daughter was in awe. The aquarium has this amazing rotating display. At first, I didn't know what to think about it. I didn't quite understand what it was. So of course, naturally, my family and I had to check it out. You are seated in a small auditorium. Their seats are more than comfortable, and the auditorium is very well air-conditioned. It takes you through a series of different huge displays. One of them features some of the most beautiful stingrays I've ever seen. Another features sea lions. And of course, a few feature the different fish and sharks. I have never in my life experienced a presentation like that. It was amazing. If we had had more time, I probably would've wanted to watch the presentation a second time. My kiddo isn't so young and teeny tiny anymore, but there are lots of little kids play areas at the aquarium. There is what I called the water table. There is running water that flows through there and the kids are able to use flat panels of plastic to redirect the water through this kind of maze if you will. That's a big favor. Be sure you have paper towels on hand for when your kiddo is done here. They will most likely be wet up to their elbows. It's a cute and fun way to make friends too. They are different opportunities for visitors to get more up close and impersonal with a variety of animals that they have here at the aquarium. We did not participate. One day, hopefully we can. There was so much to see. Everyone at the aquarium was so friendly. There are some Touch pools and opportunities for kids to pet different sea plants and small animals. That is always fun. One thing I had never seen before was a Starbucks inside of a aquarium. This is not just any Starbucks my friends. This particular Starbucks understands that parents need a break too. I'm not talking strictly about coffee. The Starbucks inside of this aquarium offers a small variety of adult drinks. Yes, you heard me correctly. They offered beer. I believe they also offer a few seltzers. Anyway, I thought that was pretty cool. My family and I didn't have an opportunity to actually enjoy anything from Starbucks, but we did take notice of their offerings. If you will be in the area for a couple of days, this is easily one of the better things to be able to take advantage of. If you purchased your aquarium tickets along with tickets to other attractions at the Arizona Boardwalk at the same time, you can create a ticket bundle. In doing so, you will receive a discount on your tickets. I can't quite remember what the percentage off amount was. However, we did purchase tickets to the aquarium as well as to the Museum of illusions. I think that might've given us 20 or 30% off of the combined ticket price. Definitely check it out online. It was a good deal. Parking here is free. They have lots completely around the entire boardwalk area. I really enjoy the boardwalk space. There is a large courtyard in the middle. It is great and perfect space for kids to come and enjoy lunch outside, especially for small schools that come to visit for a field trip. It really is just a beautiful spot. The aquarium and our experience at the boardwalk area was phenomenal. You must take a moment to check out the bathroom. Initially, I thought the whole little thing about the bathroom being cool was some sort of a joke or just something funny to post. But no, it really is pretty awesome. People often flock to the bathroom just to check that out. It can make for kind of a tight situation when the bathroom area is being crowded because people want to see the sharks. But, it was the one time that I could say that there were sharks in my bathroom. LOL Our visit here worked out perfectly. We came here right after breakfast and by the time that we left, it was definitely time for a little bit of a late lunch. There is definitely more than enough for everyone here.

The whole place is subpar to say the least! Closed off areas. Unsafe trampolines. ( when you jump on them, they touch the floor. Ouch!) and my daughter got hurt because of it. But wait, there's more... Here's the story that has me writing this review! I brought my 10-year-old daughter, and my 3 and 5-year-old boys that I care for to Rush on Sunday May 17th. The 5year old ( almost 6) needed to use the restroom. Obviously I didn't go into the men's restroom with him, but waited in a chair outside of it. He had to go #2! (He is in kindergarten, fully potty trained, and knows how to wipe himself. ) After about 10 minutes, I felt like it was taking him a little too long so I went to check on him. Welp!!!.... Their bathroom stall door was faulty ( the lock is loose and locks the door) so, he was unable to open the door to get in. So what happened...?!?! Yup! U guessed it!! Poop EVERYWHERE! In his underwear, on his shorts, down both legs and onto his feet. It was a disaster! It took me almost 30 minutes just to clean him. I spoke with the manager on duty, Elisa and she was AWARE of this faulty door. My baby boy only got about 20 or so minutes of playtime before the incident occurred. I had to throw everything away and we had to leave. I asked for a full refund of almost $90 but was denied. I spent an additional 15 minutes arguing with the manager to no avail. They absolutely refused to give me my money back! I'm not only writing this review to make customers aware, but I am hoping that Corperate will read this and give me a full refund. Not a coupon, not a free pass but a full refund. I paid cash. I want my cash back as I have no intention on ever returning to rush!! I am publicly asking for corporate to respond. Also I believe the department of health should be made aware of the negligence in regards to the faulty door since it was a KNOWN problem that was ignored. Once you exit the butterfly conservatory, there was much more to see. The Rainforest reptile gallery included awesome turtles (like the mata mata turtle camouflaged with the rocks), snakes, and even amazing axolotls on display. Decent selection and an excellent place to get started in airsoft. Knowledgeable on stock guns and good little deals to get you on the field. With that being said, I would never let them work on your gun for any improvements or installs. I've been playing for about a year and a half now, and just got into HPA. Modern being the only store I knew, I was in a rush and had them install my polarstar. Waited about 2 weeks without any communication, and began calling in daily for updates. The tech went on vacation, no biggie, but now someone else was working on the install. Another week goes by and I stop into the store to get an update. Apparently the dremmel broke, and they stripped some screws somewhere, gonna be another week or two until the tech gets back. Ok. Cool. Another week and my gun is finally "done." Pick it up, rush down to VIP to test it out, spend two hours programming because the FCU was still stock, play for 5 minutes and the unit begins leaking. Come back the next day and techs look at it for 5 minutes and diagnose a bad solenoid. Need to call and get the unit replaced, they won't even look or open the gun up without $. Left in a rage. Take it to the lovely guys over at Dreadnought, and within 2 DAYS, have a fully functioning, TUNED, CLEANED, rifle. Said the installing tech just left a bunch of debris inside some solenoid.
