I was going to report her to the manager, but my husband told me to cut her some slack since she looked tired. I would have graded this a five had it not been for her. Tenderloin: we liked this one because it wasn't super thin, and wasn't overcooked like so many are. Great flavor, good portion, crinkle fries...who doesn't love a good, hot crinkle fry? Chili and grilled cheese: the only so so dish we had. Chili lacked flavor, no chili powder taste, more like tomato soup. Grilled cheese was warm, not hot, so it was just ok. Homemade chocolate cake: very tasty, not super sweet, and a large slice. Very inexpensive place, nothing fancy but totally worth the drive! We had a great time taking a family drive just to try a new place outside of DSM. We will be back for a Friday fish fry!

One grand had chicken strips with a huge bowl of cottage cheese. Another had a hotdog and it was really big! Food came quickly and the help was pleasant. It's a nice place to stop.
