I wanted to share how much I appreciate your new studio. Yesterday, I attended my second class with…read moremy daughter, who was a first-time rider. While I was a bit nervous, the instructor and staff took excellent care of her. During the final song, as we were riding up the hill, I became quite emotional. When I was pregnant and during my daughter's early years, I used spin classes as a way to push myself, always thinking of her to get through the difficult climbs. Then looking to my left and seeing her all grown up and riding alongside me was a powerful moment and a memory I will cherish. Alanna said she felt so energized and felt great after her first ride. We are so excited and look forward to making this a regular mother-daughter activity. I will certainly be recommending your studio to others. Thank you

I'll do it bcus u know... health but Kevin legitimately made that class soooo much fun. He's so hilarious which made the class harder because tell me why I'm already so out of breath from riding but I'm also laughing and getting more out of breath? Anyway, i would take his class over and over, I was bummed to find out he was just subbing! I plan to take more classes from the other coaches too! The facility is soooo clean and new, the bathroom are pristine and they have everything you might need. Imagine soulcycle but NOT. Okay, maybe I'm a soul cycle hater but Nova is giving the opposite. Theres diversity and community and everything I love about a local business! Also: Parking was a bit tough I had to park on the street but I saw some cars parking behind the studio so there may be alternative parking options? It's just in a busy lot so it might be hard. I'm an anxious parking girlie but it was still manageable.

The environment is supportive, and the programming is perfect for people of all ages and fitness levels. The workouts push you to become a better version of yourself. If you're serious about reaching your fitness goals, I highly recommend checking out FIT Brea.

I'm so thankful I found FIT Brea! Over the past several years that I've lived in the area, I've…read morebeen a part of various gyms (both chain and boutique) nearby. Having now experienced FIT Brea, I'm definitely kicking myself for not trying this gym out sooner. I've only done their group fitness classes so far, which range from 8-12ish people in size, and I'm looking forward to trying out the personal training sessions when my schedule opens up! Here are a few ways that make FIT Brea a standout: COACHING: The coaches here are the whole package! 1. They all have stellar credentials, with many of them holding advance degrees and multiple certifications. In short, they know their stuff. 2. At the risk of sounding facetious, I just want to make the point that the FIT Brea coaches actually coach. It might sound like a no-brainer, but it hasn't always been my experience that coaches do much more beyond demo-ing the moves and saying "good job" or "keep going" every few minutes, especially in a group class setting. Here, the coaches constantly move throughout the room to offer individualized pointers on form, differentiated movements depending on individual strength and mobility, alternative movements for injuries, and encouragement and motivation to keep pushing so I can get better and better. 3. They are all super patient, encouraging, and welcoming! PROGRAMMING: The programming for the group classes are thoughtfully and methodically designed. From what I can tell so far, the workouts are structured in mesocycles with a progressive overload pattern. This is important because if we do the same thing over and over, our bodies will adapt and we will not make appreciable gains over time. With progressive overload, our bodies are constantly challenged so that we can keep increasing strength and improving hypertrophy. COMMUNITY: The FIT Brea community is so nice and helpful. I felt welcomed by the coaches and the other patrons from day one. Several people who recognized that I was new introduced themselves and helped me find and set up various equipment. Others even put my plates and dumbbells back during transitions. Just last week, the whole class broke out into spontaneous applause and cheer when I pushed out that last rep of bench press, haha! The mutually encouraging environment really underpins the whole vibe and experience here. It's a special thing. MANAGEMENT: One of the things that I didn't realize would make a difference in my overall gym experience is having direct access to management/owner. In my past gym experiences, the questions/concerns I had would typically have to go up a chain of command before I got a response. Since FIT Brea is owner-operated, the patrons can directly talk to Andrew, the owner, who is so nice and provides exceptional customer service. SPACE/EQUIPMEMENT: It's spacious, well-maintained, clean, and an overall pleasant environment to train in. CLASS OFFERINGS: I'm a busy mom who works full-time hours plus daily commute. I'm thankful that classes are offered as early as 5am and as late as 6:30pm so that I can get my training time in! If you are looking for a gym where you can optimize and maximize your fitness goals (whatever they are), look no further because FIT Brea is it! I'm a serial Yelp sleuther and almost never write reviews, but my experience thus far has so far exceeded my expectations that I felt compelled to share this gem of a place with others!

After all my hard work, I don't want to go back to my heavy version of myself. I have more confidence and self esteem now. I still need to lose more pounds. So for sure, I'll be continuing my journey with them. The staff are all nice and friendly. Namely-Albert, Nate, Caleb and Veronica. The instructors are amazing - Brenda, Christian, Andrew, Jim, Jenny and Brigette. They motivate you to push yourself. I'm so grateful for all your encouragement, patience and support. I really appreciate it. They offer different class hours that will suit your busy schedule. Workouts are fun and very challenging but doable. The facility and equipments are clean and well maintained. I would absolutely recommend The Camp Transformation Center to help you get a jumpstart on your health and fitness goals. My wife who goes to the camp and reason why I'm here, use to run circles round me now it might be another type of story. Couple power!!! Super grateful for the opportunity to challenge myself and give it my all every squat every Burpee every time I skip by the candy aisle. I didn't think I'd be so drawn to such an amazing community of staff and fellow workout partners, I definitely can see myself making this still a part of my every day lifestyle, without the challenge which truly is the real challenge. The first weeks were challenging getting my body acquainted with the hustle and grind. After reaching the halfway point and having to take a week off For work on the ocean I had a lot of making up to do. I really pushed it extra hard the last two weeks and then my final week did 2 - 2aday workouts with a three-a-day workout on my final day before weigh in next morning. At some point I felt like a portal to the gym was waiting for me to fall thru as I would be jumping out of bed relaxing to the gym. No excuses. I'm confident knowing that I have reached my goal of 5% or more body fat loss and willing to weigh in two days early. I have definitely put in the time and the dedication with homemade ready-made meals which I couldn't have done without the loving support of my beautiful wife always making sure I have fuel in the tank. Ive become successful in both health, fitness and business now that Ive contributed to the media department freelancing my work as a drone pilot. Huge shout out and thanks to front desk and staff for the continued support and encouragement. The accountability was effective. So much can be done in six weeks can't wait to see what happens in six months. Stay fit don't quit!!!! Just get it done! Now off to Greece to celebrate our honeymoon on the beaches Santorini. Chow!
