Absolutely love this studio! I utilized their first time customer promo, which is 10 days of unlimited classes for less than $50. They have a wide variety of classes: yogalates, sculpt, yoga flow, restoration, etc. I've taken classes with several different instructors and they've all been great. They explain things well and provide a variety of modifications. Shay's yoga flow and Emi's sculpt have been my faves so far. The room doesn't get as hot as other hot yoga classes I've been to, but it's still a toasty 97-ish degrees. They do have everything you need, including mats/towels for rent for a small fee. The aesthetics are neutral, clean, and warm. I love the little affirmations on the floor. Will definitely be returning!

They have plenty of class times, easy parking, and good instructors! However if it's your first time just know the front desk person doesn't show you around which is what I'm used to when I tell them it's my first time at a studio. The instructor ended up showing me where the restroom and water refill station was

Tried hot yoga for the first time. ***** Bring: yoga mat, towel, and water. If you have a nonslip water cloth for when you're sweaty, it's highly beneficial to bring because you will be a bit slippery if you're sweating on the yoga mat. There are cubbies outside for your things and to put your shoes. FYI: don't be late, they don't let people in 5 min after start of class ****** Don't have to bring shoes, you can wear grippy socks or go barefoot. Filtered water station behind the curtain when you're inside the class on the left. No showers There is restroom (behind the curtain when you're inside on the left). There is a changing room with a shower but it's for workers only. ******* There are many classes of Hot Yoga. They have Hot Yoga/Pilates, Hot Yoga/sculpt, Hot Pilates/sculpt, or just Hot Yoga. I did just Yoga, which is Hot Yoga Flow. Popular choices are I think the Yoga/pilates or the Yoga/sculpt. This is my first time doing yoga and first time doing hot yoga, and it was pretty fun. Instructor explained things well. Nice pace and offered different variation of movements. The music that the instructor played matched the classes pace and movements. The room isn't too hot like other hot yoga places that I've read reviews on. Even my sister said she did a hot yoga class that was way hotter. However, for me, the temp just right for me. Especially since I'm new to yoga and to hot yoga. For me, I was sweating throughout the class. The floor in the room is also warm. Very clean place and nice neutral colored aesthetic.

Seriously one of the best yoga and pilates studios in OC because of their instructors! I love this studio. They offer mat pilates/yoga classes, and the option to do hot classes too. As for the space itself, it's one large room with a large capacity. It kind of reminds me of a cave. You must bring your own mat, but any other materials needed for class are provided. There's lots of parking, but at peak hours it can be kind of difficult to find. Every instructor I've tried here has been amazing- they're all in tune with their practice and every class is different (which I love!) Class can be intense, but I like it, personally. If you're ready to break a sweat and feel rejuvenated at the same time, I highly recommend this studio.

I was 214 pounds (I'm 5'2) and got winded chasing my son around the living room. I went straight to the RED/GREEN series and am now down to 198 along with eating better. And I can keep up with my running toddler! It was quite a challenge at first and while I still modify some of the poses, I leave having done a great workout! If you're new to hot yoga, I highly recommend starting with Alex Roberts or Kya Warren so you learn the modifications. They are great at going through the levels of each pose. For a high intensity workout, I recommend taking Danny or Bella! I always leave feeling so pumped and having done a great workout. My schedule is limited so I just take who is teaching during my availability but some other great instructors I've taken are: Evan, Danielle, and Katelin.

After every class, the instructor cleans the room floors for the next class to enjoy, which I really liked. I would recommend to try all the different instructors to find your fit. I love instructors that walk around the class, and focus on people's form to help them get better. The only thing that was off for me was, if an instructor substitutes for another instructor, I recommend to please not talk badly about the class you are currently teaching/substituting for. It may not be your level, but the students are in there for a reason. It put a sour mindset for me with that one instructor, and would probably never take that person's class ever again. The lack of professionalism deterred this review from 5 stars. Other than that one instructor, I really did enjoy this hot yoga location. Thank you Purple Yoga.

She listened to my concerns and guided me through my first class right next to me, telling me helpful tips throughout class. Jaeda, one of the instructors, was so helpful and kind in helping me set up my account & booking my first 7-day pass. Kathy and Michelle also really nice & helped me through my first week of class! It just seems like such a cute studio that has a great community of positive people who want to build you up wherever you are in your fitness journey. TLDR: For my chronic back pain girlies, I would try checking out this yoga studio--it was worth the long commute for me!

I've tried bigger chain yoga studios and large classes. I never knew if I was doing anything correct or making progress. Cara gives instant feedback and encouragement throughout her classes and workshops. What I love most about her classes is how she challenges you, but doesn't push you (if that makes sense?) She will challenge you to try new things and connect with your body, but doesn't judge or make you feel bad if your mind/body isn't ready. My other favorite aspect of Cara's classes is the strength she helps you build. There is always a purpose to her flows. This has helped me improve on poses/movements I formally thought impossible. Cara offers regular class, workshops, private trainings, outdoor yoga (summer time) and occasionally partners with local business for fun yoga outings.
