Upon returning we reviewed the condition of the trailer and I was told that I would receive my deposit refund. I called Triangle RV around the 27 and some young girl assured me the refund had been placed and that it takes a week or more for it to show up. Having been in business for 49 years I know how it works, and I sensed she was making an excuse and clearly did not know wether my credit card had been refunded. I called back yesterday and was told that the refund had not taken place because there was damage and the amount had not been determined. Clearly the employee I spoke to previously had lied. The lady I called November 3 rd said she would get back to me, and I have again not received any consideration for my concerns. I have put a dispute in with my credit card company. And will never do business with this company again. Although I am a potential purchaser, I would not do business with Triangle RV again.

Had a problem with my trailer brakes....Triangle diagnosed the problem as a faulty brake…read morecontroller. Replaced the controller and the brakes still didn't work. After another hour of labour found a loose wire. After a several hundred dollars I left with new controller (questionable if really needed) and problem apparently fixed. Two years later another brake problem... took it back to Triangle because of their history with the problem. One and a half hours later ($240) ... they secured a loose wire but the brakes still don't work. To repair will require further diagnostics and who knows what else. Just expect better given their supposed technology and expertise. Will not be going back to Triangle RV!!!

Then we dropped it off for maintenance and left it with them for as long as they needed it as we were away for a month. We left a list of things that needed some attention. One was the hot water heater- it only got Luke warm. When we returned after a month they hadn't done anything to it and the guy said they cycled it through twice and it worked. The note on the repair slip said we hadn't turned the switch on! We moved back into the unit and still couldn't get hot water. They came out to the RV site and still didn't fix it. We moved to the North Shore and TLC RV repair came over and replaced the temp cutoff switch and it works fine. Many other things also were not addressed and the comments on the repair slip were arrogant and condescending. Very disappointed in this organization. They lose the good people and the ones left don't seem to know what they are doing!

We had taken RV into Revy in November 2018 for some electical repair, a broken facet, and a broken jack. When we picked up trailer it was beeping inside and we were told it would shut off. We winterised trailer and 6 months later book a camping trip only to find the beeping is stl happening. We had a pefectly good battety on trailer that now was over charging and dead. Dave is the new owner at Revy and was attempting to work with us to keep us camping for the trip we booked..all at a cost to us..having someone come to us would have been hundreds of dollars. We decided we needed to bring trailer down to Duncan from Nanaimo. We cancelled trip and had 2 very disapointed children. We has to pay high gas fees, a reservation fee for a trip we did not go on. Dave did not compensate any of our losses or provide us with any reassurance other than fixing the wiring. He would not support giving us a new battery stating this was dead and over filled with water before he got it. Dave did not even say hello to us when we picked up trailer..brought it around and stated "this is as close as I can get it" I have to say I am disappointed with Revys customer service. With the amount of times we have had to bring our new trailer in for repairs we should have been compensated in some way. Dave simply stated, " I just bought this place not long ago". Ok, as a customer that makes it seem like what was bought before him does not matter? Yikes Dave!

First we had problems with the side door not closing and locking properly so we tried to have the service department fix it. The so called mechanic came out and ended up making it worse than what it was bent door frame and scraped paint. Second issue it went in for a plastic cover to be replaced on the awning, they managed to end up loosing the other cover to the awning and that had to be replaced. When we bought the RV we also purchased a lifetime detail package where they would wax ( seal ) the coach part except the cab. Only the passenger side was waxed ( conveniently on the side where the awning is where you spend your time at ) as I've worked in bodyshops over the years, I know what to look for. They leave a mess in the shower after they have dewinterized it, not exactly the way you want to pick up your RV after paying the bill. Maybe our next RV sale will be with another dealer or sale it and spend our money elsewhere.

I am near to tears with what I discovered after taking my vehicle in for an oil change. A couple…read moreof days later I saw some pink liquid driping under my engine compartment. Come to find out of course it is radiator fluid. Then I look and see my engine cover riddled with oil everywhere in the groves as if hastily whiped off. I had just washed my engine compartment prior to bringing it in. Shame on them for that. I was told they checked all my fluids and lubricated joints etc. And that the air cleaner was fine for several hundred more miles. Hmm, no one took the cover off the air filter. There are two bolts that need to be removed and they were untouched., The 190 plus they are making an hour, you would think they would have could have taken the radiator cap off, but it was crusty around the edges and the fluid was rusty looking inside. They either didn't bother to look or did care to tell me. Shame on them either way. I am trying to take care of my car why would a professional not let me know the things it will need done. The interior cabin filter was also never looked at, even Jiffy lube looks for these money making items. So $250 plus dollars later, they left me with doubts about even getting a new oil filter, a leaking radiator with rusty water in it a severed hose leading to the engine air filter I should have been aprized of and two completely filthy air filters. And, and no itemized list of the points they checked and the condition there of. Now I see why. Shame on your workmanship and professionalism. Not even trying to help someone to care for thier car. Shame!

What I love is that they are quick and they give good estimates. They tell you how to save $ - they will tell me, hey you can order solar panels from here or there and save lots of $.
