I don't normally write reviews but I find it necessary to tell folks about how I received the worst service for having an RV towing system installed on my car. The owner, Eric, rates a 1/2 star for his arrogance and condescending personality and attitude. He is a jerk. I paid a lot of money and the system was installed incorrectly. Luckily the error didn't cause a major accident, which could've easily occurred. When I called to have it fixed he tried to tell me that his guy did it right, but the manufacturer of the system told me it needed to be checked and fixed, and that it was not installed correctly. When I brought it in Eric treated me like I had done something wrong. I will never go back to this shop or use his mechanic. On top of it he charged me an additional fee to fix what his mechanic Matt had screwed up. Again, if you don't mind paying a lot of money to a business where the owner treats customers like they are doing him a favor then go ahead and give him your business. There are other options. Take your time and find a different mechanic! read more

A lot of local people think this place is great but during my 6 months in Sequim I've taken my 2008 Forest River Lexington there for repairs and had to return after every one of them because something wasn't right or was just not done even though they said it was. I've been rv'ing since 1998 and cross-Country at least 8 times, the work done here has been shoddy at best. The last straw was when I had bent my generator exhaust pipe and needed it replaced. They only ran the new one far enough so that the exhaust fumes come up into the "house" when I have my slide open. That had not happened before!! When I took it back, their welder was very rude. When I informed him of the problem, he said, "I don't see how 2 inches could make that big of a difference." I insisted that he fix it and put the pipe back in its original spot, so he moved the pipe another inch and said he would not put it back where it originally was because, "that's good enough and it will depend on which way the wind is blowing anyway". In addition, the receptionist, Sue, is also very rude and is a "know it all" even when she's given proof that she is wrong. If you must have repairs done here, check to make sure they have actually done the work that they overcharged you for and check again after they claim to have fixed it!! If you have a choice, go somewhere else!!! read more

We have a dodge dually with a jake brake that had intermittent problems . We called and spoke to Chris who fit us in the day we called .. he made a mirror adjustment and we were out in and hour .. several days went by and my husband from it needed an adjustment in something else . He got us in the next day, fixed it and there was no charge.. Chris had been doing this 19 years, has a great attitude and we would recommend anyone to him!!! read more

We had a substantial water leak and brought it in for repair. We picked it up and left on another trip. We tried to turn in the hot water tank but no luck. After a Utube video my husband checked the tank and Eric's had disconnected the tank. Fortunately my husband fixed it. The first shower we took the water leak was still there. The compartment had been left with only part of the screws replaced. We were going to be gone for three weeks and no where to have it repaired. We called and they said they hadn't found a leak so it must be new. Seriously??? We brought it back and this time they found a small leak. They refused to admit that they might have missed something. After several defensive, rude conversations with Sue we came in to pick it up. She insisted there was no leak the first time. My husband asked to speak to Eric and he refused. Sue gave my husband a post-it with the name of another shop... when my husband asked about the note, Sue informed him that going forward we should take our RV to someone else. They don't want our business! I have never experienced such poor customer service, deplorable lack of attention to detail and rude, disrespectful behavior. read more

Just had some extensive work done on my GD 5th wheel, upgrade the suspension and brake system. Also had a extra 50 gal gas tank install in my F350. In addition, the 5th wheel needed an awning repair. I was extremely impressed with the work performed, there knowledge and professionalism. Actually, the gas tank needed a mod to allow it work under my cover. They manufactured this solution for my truck. I highly recommend Eric' RV for any service that is needed. read more

We brought our trailer in to have the fridge repaired. The work was not completed in a timely manner, which is excusable, given this is the peak of RV'ing season. However, what is not excusable is the mechanic told us that the fridge was not repairable and that we would need to purchase a new one. Including installation, that was going to be over $1000. My husband decided to troubleshoot the problem himself and found that by keeping the trailer perfectly level, the fridge ran fine. He visited Eric's RV in person to let them know what happened and they were extremely rude to him. "Eric" even turned around and walked out on him. One would think that if this were brought up to a reputable repair shop, they would at least be interested in learning why the fridge is now working and, if they really cared about their reputation, they would refund the money we paid for the "diagnostics". Not impressed. It highly doubtful if we will ever go back to them. read more

Took our RV there because it needed a suspension upgrade due to poor handling. They were supposed to replace springs and shocks, and do an alignment. Picked the RV up, and they suggested other UPGRADES. The handling never really got too much better, and thought we would just need to do the upgrades. About 1,000 miles later, sold the RV, and the guy who bought it noticed the handling was poor. His mechanic noticed that the entire front suspension was completely SHOT! So much so, that it was NOT roadworthy. Also mentioned that the ALL of the suspension and steering components were so visibly worn, that it could not have been possible to replace shocks and springs without seeing this. It would have also been noticeable on a road test as well as IMPOSSIBLE to perform and alignment. Hmmm makes you think about trusting these people, doesn't it. read more

We were traveling through in a new Rev, still under warranty, and the propane regulator went bad in addition to already having the microwave breakdown. One issue was that they had me get the authorization to do the work. But they managed to get me in on a moments notice, not like most other dealers who said they couldn't help for 1-2 weeks. They replaced the regulator and therefore we could make warm meals again. read more

I was extremely pleased with the work I had done at Eric's. They installed a Banks system on my 2002 Winnebago with a Ford V10, put on a Davis Track Bar and replaced the shocks. All the work was done on time and came in under the original estimate. The Banks upgrade makes a HUGE difference. I'm pulling hills in 3rd and 4th gear at 2800 to 3600RPM that I used to pull in 2nd and 3rd at 3600-4300RPM. And going a lot faster, too! Don't know how something as simple as the track bar works, but it sure improves the rigs handling! Everyone there was polite and friendly and put up with the several phone calls I made to check on progress. They even arranged for me to pick up the rig on Saturday, when they're normally closed, so I wouldn't miss any work. read more

Avoid this shop. I had full brake replacement and control bar installed. I was told the front bearings were repacked. Nine months later I found out the hard way they never greased them. Burnt up a spindle and hub. The other front bearing had "very old grease" according to the mechanic at the shop I was towed to for $500. . Now I'm thinking I didn't need all new brakes. read more
