Thanks to Eric and the boys at Eric's rv in Sequim for making my bucket list tour possible. If your ever in the peninsula area drop in on them. Honest, fast turnaround, reasonable prices, great customer service and understandable answers to all my stupid questions. These guys rock.

Another repair supposedly made by Eric's RV in Sequim On my roof they certainly charged me for but did not work (if done to start with)

A lot of local people think this place is great but during my 6 months in Sequim I've taken my 2008 Forest River Lexington there for repairs and had to return after every one of them because something wasn't right or was just not done even though they said it was. I've been rv'ing since 1998 and cross-Country at least 8 times, the work done here has been shoddy at best. The last straw was when I had bent my generator exhaust pipe and needed it replaced. They only ran the new one far enough so that the exhaust fumes come up into the "house" when I have my slide open. That had not happened before!! When I took it back, their welder was very rude. When I informed him of the problem, he said, "I don't see how 2 inches could make that big of a difference." I insisted that he fix it and put the pipe back in its original spot, so he moved the pipe another inch and said he would not put it back where it originally was because, "that's good enough and it will depend on which way the wind is blowing anyway". In addition, the receptionist, Sue, is also very rude and is a "know it all" even when she's given proof that she is wrong. If you must have repairs done here, check to make sure they have actually done the work that they overcharged you for and check again after they claim to have fixed it!! If you have a choice, go somewhere else!!!

We were looking for something outside the typical RV mold- something small enough to tuck into the woods near trailheads for our hiking adventures. Truthfully, to get us out of a tent and off the ground because our 50something year-old bones don't love that anymore. Jim's communication throughout the process was excellent. He worked hard to help us find what we needed, instead of what most people want. That made a huge difference. The whole experience felt straightforward, professional, and low-pressure. Sherman was also very helpful. He took the time to go through the entire trailer with us, explaining all the equipment and maintenance, and being very patient with all of our amateur questions. We were a little hesitant venturing into the RV world, but their staff made it easy and even enjoyable. We're excited to disappear into the trees with our little Ember Spark and start exploring. If you're looking for a salesman and a dealership that actually strives to make you happy, we would absolutely recommend Jim and RV Country in Sequim.

I've done a lot of research online, but you never really know how a space is going to feel until you can walk inside it, open the drawers, and kick the tires (literally and figuratively). I'll admit I was a little hesitant upon entering, worried about pushy salespeople who wouldn't want to help me in this first, educational stage of my journey toward buying my own RV. I couldn't have been more wrong! My salesman, Trevor, understood my needs and accommodated them perfectly. He showed me some Class B's, then a couple of Class C's, and finally some travel trailers. He discussed the pros and cons of each, what you get for your money, etc. RV Country's lot is HUGE, and full of everything from the tiniest of teardrop trailers to gigantic Fifth Wheels and Class A's that are larger than my apartment! Trevor escorted my friend and I around on a snappy little golf cart, never hesitating to stop when we wanted to take a look at something. After our tour, he gave me some brochures and we traded names/numbers. When the time comes - hopefully by this summer - to buy my RV, I will definitely return to Paul Evert's and ask for Trevor!

We had issues getting our license plates, multiple phone calls and no effect by this office to help, just passed the buck to the Fife, WA office. Then we had a motor go out on the slide on our four month old RV while camping. It was stuck out and we couldn't retract it. They were unable to provide mobile service nor were the RV tech they suggested. We contacted Blade RV, they sent someone to help us at the campground. RV country told us they could fix the broken motor issue in FIVE MONTHS, Blade RV will see us within a week. I love the RV we bought, Grand Design has been great to work with, they will reimburse me for the repairs. But RV Country Service in Mt Vernon completely and total sucks!

Being a fairly new unit, I knew there had to be a rodent issue of some sort but couldn't locate the issue. I pulled up to Apache Camping Center, left my rig in the center turn lane because it's a long one, I meet Phil Ervin. Phil asked how he can help, after I explained the issue and that I am trying to beat the storms back to California he went out and checked the power from the truck, all good. I parked across the street when Jay (I believe) came over, immediately started to remove the underbelly insulation and found the issue's, many wires chewed. Jay re-wired my lights better then Grand Design and had me on the road in about a hour. These guy's didn't have to drop everything to help but they did! They could have charged me anything they wanted but they didn't, very fair! I'd like to thank the Phil and his staff for being so willing to help and for making my trip home a safe one.

Devin Crawford spent between an hour and two hours explaining in detail every operation. We even took videos of the information. I learned how little I knew about the operation of a trailer and realized how horrifying it would be without learning all of the systems if I bought from a private seller and maybe other dealers. Apache is great! Marc and Devin are the BEST!!!
