Absolutely LOVE them! 2 different nail techs did my nails, but they both turned out so well! Just like the inspo pic I showed them. They lasted over 3 weeks without any chipping or peeling!
Great place, I go back for every event. I get my nails done 2-4 times a year. These ladies have always been great. Either appointment or walk in they try their best to meet every expectation. My only criticism is that I thought there use to be a policy where the whole salon must speak in English on the floor. If my last visit was any indication that's not longer a policy. Too bad. Felt great being part of the conversation. Going back this week, fingers crossed. I'll keep you posted.
I called to schedule a pedi appt with my normal tech, and was immediately advised that prices were raised before she booked me. So appreciated the heads up. Receptionist is always sweet and offered me something to drink, as well as my tech. I was in between two colors and she told me the purple looked better on me. Appreciated that as well!! Salon is a great place to relax and get your needed services. I'm glad I've come back. My tech speaks English and does a quick check in with me before I get back onmy phone. Lol
I recently left my long-standing Nail Lady to find another place so that I could start going with my daughter and was recommended to try this place. Let me just say the front desk associates (both of the girls) are amazing, sweet, and understanding and have made the frustration of 2 out of 3 bad experiences a little less annoying. Kim was amazing, will book my pedicures with her every time. Rachael did my daughter's nails today which she loved! Now let's talk about the real issues. Today was my third time going. I've had a new nail tech each time hoping to find the right fit.. (the first time I went it was okay, nothing to complain about but also nothing to be ecstatic about either so I didn't stick with that specific person and decided to try another). My second time going I had a male tech. I wish I got his name or even took pictures the first time, but he did an awful job it looked like my nails had already grown out for over a month and I had just gotten them done that day. I sucked it up and left and decided not to say anything at first but the more I looked at them the more frustrating it got because the polish was so far from the cuticle. When I called them back to let them know, they offered to redo the service. The worst part is when I went back the next day, they had the same guy redo my nails and as soon as I sat down, and he looked at them, he said " they didn't look like this yesterday" .... Ummmmm !?! Like my nails magically grew 3 inches over night !?! so uncomfortable and rude as if it doesn't suck already having to complain. Even after this experience, I decided to go back and try them again... Third times the charm right? NOPE !!!! The lady that I got this time Colina actually did my daughter's nails the second time that we went and she wasn't that happy with them so when I saw that she was gonna do mine, I was a little bit hesitant ... turns out I was right to be, not only did she ruin my nails taking off the prior polish (rushed & ended up shaving off the tops layers of my nails not properly removing the gel safely) and cut my finger her polish application was awful. She was moving so quickly and aggressively just yanking my fingers and hands around. I can't believe how quick I was in and out of that chair, but the pictures will speak for themselves. I originally came in wanting something totally different (pulled from their instagram) but she seemed so frustrated and annoyed with that design that it made me uncomfortable to stick to it so i just asked her to do something simpler instead. It takes a lot for me to go out of my way and leave a review, but I am hoping that this helps somebody and saves them from the frustration of paying for a service that's rushed and not at all what you wanted. The solution to my problem today was for me to come back the next day and pay an additional $60 on top of the $240 I just spent there today for me and my daughter. I was recommended to try Lynn or Rachel so I guess we'll see what the fourth time brings in a month... But for now, I'll have to deal with the current nails .. pictures attached.. unfortunately
I booked a last minute mani pedi for a suprise bachelorette party. Love that i was able to book online. They texted me to confirm my appointment immediately after booking and a few hours prior to my appointment. I was running behind with work so i texted to ask if my appointment tback 15 minutes and they accomodated to my request. The place was clean and everyone was very friendly. My nail lady was named Kim and she was excellent. I told her i wanted to do classic bridal nails but with a sparkly twist. Nude nails with a gold french tip. I showed her a picture but she made suggestions that made it better. She nailed the nude color, it melted with my skin tone like butter. I'm so happy i found this spot, so close to my house!!
I wanted my nail done a certain way for a while! Had zero idea of what it was called or how to explain it. I had been looking for a new place. Then my daughter sent me the Pedi Lounge N Nails link and WOW I see they do the manicure I've been looking for and can't explain ! I did a walk in and they were able to accommodate me (so nice).... So then I show them the photo of what I want... and dang if they don't give me the most beautiful nails! They are so good at what they do! Friendly They got rid of my old gross manicure.... New clean gel x set and beautiful... cost friendly too.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! They do not do a good job and when you ask them to fix it they will charge you again!! All I needed was a simple fill and polish change with gel. And I was charged $80 for this mess. It looked nothing like the picture and when I asked for them to just change the color because I wasn't happy with the design they wanted to charge me again and they wouldn't budge. I had to go elsewhere for them to fix these ugly nails and pay AGAIN! You would think if your customer isn't happy with your work you would fix the issue! DO NOT GO HERE.
Bookings are easy and fast to do on the phone. Customer service is always friendly and welcoming. Everyone is nice and social. The owner is the one who usually does my nails and he always gets the nail art how I want it to look like. Definitely get gel x and not acrylics. Gel x is better and safer. I like how I am able to show my nail inspiration and they're able to replicate it. Place is clean and always somewhat busy depending on the time of the day. Love this place, but I now found a girl who does nails!
Service was awesome...except for the two technicians who were both servicing me (one pedicure and the other manicure) that argued in Vietnamese and admitted to disliking each other which was amusing and uncomfortable being in the middle of them! lol
My sisters and I had an appointment at 9:30am and upon arrival everyone was very welcoming and extremely nice. We were serviced right away after picking our colors. The salon is stunning, very clean and beautifully decorated. The receptionist was very helpful asking if we needed anything to drink and made us feel super comfortable. I got an acrylic full set with gel polish and an almond shape. My nail tech Rachel was very gentle and did so good with the application of my full set and the almond shape is perfect. The design and polish was done by Nat, and I am absolutely impressed with the final results. I loved everything about my experience at this salon, I will definitely be coming back!
**Update Below** So. . . I didn't have time to get my nails and feet done before I left for vacation but my sister-in-law recommended this nail salon and I'm so glad she did. The employees were extremely welcoming , very friendly and pretty communicative. That's rare in my experience. A lot of nail techs don't really talk to you so it was a very nice treat to have a conversation with the nail technicians. Ann did my fill and Kalina did my pedicure. Both women are absolutely amazing. The energy in the lounge was beautiful and upbeat. Good vibes for sure. I only come to Las Vegas to visit my brother, but I will definitely come to this lounge whenever I am in town. I highly recommend it. **Update: So I posted this review in a haste. I was excited about the service that I didn't really check the work. The next day or two, I don't know if the nails needed time to settle but they were lumpy. For the amount of money I paid, they should not be lumpy. I don't go back because again, I was visiting so I didn't have the time to go back. Also, my nails are barely a week old and one nail has already come off and 3 others are loose and feel like they're about to come off. I work hard for my money as we all do. We want products and services to be what they say they are and this wasn't it. I don't know if it was the technician but no technician should be doing nails if they come out lumpy and don't last the minimum of two weeks. I am visiting family in Vegas and desperately needed a manicure. My daughter comes here regularly and suggested I try it. I sent a message via Yelp and received a response very promptly with a time that worked perfectly. My manicurist was Mary and she was just lovely! We had a pleasant conversation and she did a wonderful job on my horrible nails! The receptionist was very friendly and professional. Let me start with the positives first..The hostess and the rest of the staff were super nice. Even the gentleman (owner) at check out was polite as well. BUUUUT I just left from getting my nails and feet done and didn't realize until I got to my house and my feet dried that I STILL had callus on BOTH feet when I paid $70 for a delux gel pedicure...my pedicure was definitely rushed cause they were closing but I looked passed it cause I understood. but to not get the full service that you paid for is NOT fair. Wasn't the best experience. I went for a 2pm appointment to get nails for my birthday and my wife came for a Pedicure. The wife went back for an eyebrow wax while they got her pedicure ready. When she came out they had taken a walk-in in her place... maybe thinking she was the one with the appointment idk. My wife waited 30 mins for them to start her pedi. She had ice cold water and they said they ran out of warm water. My nails are ok, but she cut them a little uneven and when I went to pay I had to ask for a top coat cuz they looked dull and I realized she didn't put on a top coat to lock on My rhinestones. I've been coming here for about a year and a half now and will definitely keep coming here. Lee does my nails. I LOVE her! I get a gel pedicure and a dip manicure every 3 weeks. Lee is professional, conscientious and meticulous. My nails always look great and stay that way till my next appointment. Where do I start? I have been coming to this place many times now since pandemic is over since I started to be active again. For my last visits, I got a service from the best duo, Natalie who did my pedicure and Jake who did my dip powder nails. Let's break down the experience. Expect the place to be busy because that tells you they have great customer service. There are regular clients coming here plus newbies but the outstanding service they give makes a great statement to come back. Everyone is friendly, the front desk person is approachable and will offer water. It's like your local nail salon where everyone is friendly and they even remember your name. That's nice! Natalie who did my pedicure is amazing, she took her time and did a thorough cleaning finishing up with a nice polish. I appreciate her. Right after I was moved to Jake's station which by the way -my go-to nail technician. He has done gel manicure, gel manicure with tip over dip powder and my nails stayed so glossy and perfect even after almost 4 weeks. I just came to get them out since my nails are getting long and it's not my thing to keep long nails plus you can see how the polish is away from my cuticle. Going back to Jake, I appreciate his eye for great work. He takes his time to do and correct the nails, will ask you how you like it or if there's any more that you wanna do. He listens and delivers. I appreciate the customer service indeed. With this review, you already know, I'll keep coming back. And if you're thinking of getting some mail services, definitely give them a call. read more
So i wanted to wait 2-3 weeks after getting my nails done at this salon before leaving a review. Ive been here twice with Summer. She is phenomenal! She does exactly what you ask for. This my my third full week with this full acrylic set and they haven't lifted, chipped or lost color. I am so happy that i finally found a nail tech that knows what she is doing. I have gone to pedi lounge a couple times over the past few years and have always loved the service but the lady who did my nails was extremely rough with the filing, wouldn't ask me to move my hand in any way she would just yank and move it. she cut my thumb with cuticle nippers, didn't use primer went straight in with gel and let it flood my cuticle. the gel is heavy on the tip of the nail and thin on the rest. she left multiple bubbles under the full coverage tip, I got gel x. and the gel is all over my skin under the nails which I hope doesn't give me a reaction to the gel. I wont be returning, not worth $70 response to your reply: your technician drew blood. she cut live tissue. and she knew immediately, you can even see the very straight deep cut in the middle of it, it hurt, she didn't attempt to cut the rest of my cuticles after cutting me. Due to the fact that your team could not properly do the service the first time, I don't trust you could re do a new set of acrylics. the gel bond left underneath the nails is an issue and not properly applied, as well as flooded to my cuticle which can cause skin dermatitis or a permanent gel allergy. do not offer a service you don't train staff thoroughly on. girl I could care less about a primer when ALL that I mentioned before is a MUCH bigger issue. your tech was rough and aggressive with moving my hand, filing my nails. seeing how you have responded to all other bad reviews that say the same experience I had, I highly recommend anyone else to just find a different salon. read more

Friend recommended this place and it's become my back up when my regular place isn't available. I love their hours and the fact they're open weekends. The nail techs are really friendly. I've had two pedicures and manicures so far and I can't complain quality of work was consistent even between the 2 different techs I had so far. read more

I love this place! Last time I came here was before the pandemic, so it's been a very long time. When I found out they now offer gel x nails, I immediately booked an appointment with me and my cousin. Trina did my nails, and she totally aced! I gave her a reference photo, which she did a really good job replicating. I love the shape, the gel x feels sooo much lighter than acrylic, and the paint job is perfect. My cousin loved her nails, too! We didn't catch the name of her tech, unfortunately, but they did a great job. We will definitely be coming back again soon. read more

Do not go here. Yes I didn't have an appointment they did squeeze me in which was kind. Outside that the whole service was rushed + aggressive. I had a chipped nail that she dug into my skin hurting me. She also didn't allow me to change colors if it's cured which is understandable but don't persuade that the color will look better after coats *before they were even cured. She said it in a very annoyed tone so I didn't bother. She kept aggressively moving my feet. She was not warm or inviting. She was cold. It's my money that I'm spending. I'm usually a generous tipper but this service was truly terrible. I'm going out the country + now I have to pay double than I would had too bc I'm going to get my feet redone at another salon rn. Do not go here. They do not care about the quality of service. Hopefully the experience will be better for others moving forward. read more

I'm on a search for a mani/pedi place in the area to be the place I go to regularly. I've had mostly good experiences. Today was a once and done thing for me. The place is nice enough and the staff is Kind, but my result wasn't good. The photo is just a couple of hours after my $40 pedicure. My feet looked better before I went here. My nails look great, but the point of a pedicure is to have soft smooth feet at the end. I'd rather have no free drinks and a better pedicure. Just very disappointed. I didn't really look them over until I got home because I was relaxed and then waiting for my nails to dry. read more

I still love this place but my last manicure was not it! I usually get an almond shape but this time it was really crooked and uneven. I got a dip manicure with a French tip and even the French tip was very uneven! I feel like my service was really rushed. Update---it's been about 5 days since my manicure and it's already chipping. The gel dip usually lasts me 2-3 weeks. very disappointed. read more

If only there was an option for zero stars.... This place serviced me back in October 2021. I brought in some press on nails and they applied them for me. I called today to come in for the same service they said no problem. Show up to my 5 o'clock appoint and I am denied service. They claim they don't do that because they can't guarantee the press ons will stay on, I said I do NOT NEED or want a guarantee and I will pay whatever the cost to have them put on. Then they are claiming they never did that. When they most definitely did! To put this in plain terms, they didn't want to service me most likely a discriminatory issue. there was NO OTHER REASON TO NOT SERVICE ME. They can make up whatever they want but at the end of the day, there was no reason not to put them on for me, you are a nail salon, you do nails, I have cash and was willing to pay the same prices as everyone else or more! And didn't need or want a guarantee!! The picture I am posting is when they did put press ons for me back in October 2021. This place is wack please take your money elsewhere!! They don't deserve to be in business. Press on nails are the easiest service, easier than a manicure! Just buff and glue on and call it a day! But they are "too good" for this service. This was quite the discriminatory act on their part!!! They told me over the phone to come in no problem then I show up and they deny me.... why didn't anyone call me back to cancel the appointment? They had over two hours to do so. But then they see what I look like and it's a no go. Hmmm pretty fishy!!! read more
