I used to get my nails done here when I lived on this side of town. Since I was on that side yesterday, I decided to get a pedicure. However, I was very disappointed with the service I received. The nail technician was unfriendly and seemed uninterested in doing my pedicure. When I checked out, I was surprised by the total cost of my pedicure. I questioned the charge and was then advised that I was charged an additional fee to remove the gel from my toes. There was also a $3.00 additional charge for using my credit card! I understand the fee to remove the gel from my toes, but they should be upfront about the cost, including the fee for using a credit card. This was very dishonest! I will not be returning to this salon. There are many other options available, and I will choose one that is more transparent and honest.
This is my favorite nail spot to come to! I've been coming here for over 2 years now. Every single nail technician is absolutely amazing. Most of them know my name as well. It's very welcoming inside and very clean. I've had many different designs and ideas over the years and they all have been done perfectly.
This was my first pedicure in over 30 years, and I came in feeling anxious, nervous, and with some pretty rough calluses. I was fortunate to be assigned to Tiffany, and she was absolutely amazing. She took the time to address all of my concerns, made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session, and was professional from start to finish. She made what I thought would be an uncomfortable experience very relaxing. My wife and I will definitely come back and support this business!
I found Sapphire on Yelp. I live on the other side of town, but I work closer to this salon. I really wanted a pedicure and it's so hard to find a salon and manicurist that checks all the boxes. I would say Sapphire was very close. Full disclosure I'm very picky. I used to be a manicurist (17 years) and specifically when it comes to cleanliness and how good of a job they do with the polish, I'm very particular. Let's talk about the things that Sapphire does exceptionally well. Very clean and pleasing to the eye aesthetically. When you walk in you're greeted right away by a sharply dress young man who gives great customer service. Forgive me I did not catch his name. It seemed his full-time job was to greet customers, get them checked in for their appointments and set up or directed to the right service provider in addition to offering a beverage. It seemed genuine like you weren't putting him out or bothering him like I've experienced at other salons. Well done young man. I was seated almost immediately as I called ahead for an appointment and asked if there was something available within the hour, and I was told there was. Once I've got set up in my pedicure chair, the same young man ran the water, tested it to make sure the temperature was OK and told me that my service provider would be with me shortly. The pedicure chair itself was very comfortable. Had your standard massage options and it was not super beat up or broken down like some pedicure chairs very clean with fun lights in the tub itself. Shortly after I was set up in my chair, a very friendly woman came over and apologized for the weight and started to set up for my pedicure. I really didn't wait long at all maybe five minutes or less. I asked what her name was and she told me it was Kandi. She began to pull out a drill to take off my polish and didn't even ask if I had gel polish on. I had to tell her it was just regular polish. Not that big of a deal. I did explain that I have a very thin layer of acrylic on my big toes and that I prefer to not have them cut because it cracks and breaks the acrylic making the edge of the toenail, rigid and uneven. I should've been more specific and asked her that I did want them shorter but only filed. They were short, but I need them very short because I am a runner. She didn't spend much time filing them. Maybe she thought that they were so short they didn't need it, but the big toes were left a little long and actually my right big toe is longer than the other shame on me. I should've paid more attention and said something before she finished. She did not push back my cuticles at all. She went over them with the drill. I really don't have much so it's not that big of a deal but I did notice she skipped that step. I don't have a lot of callous so there wasn't much need to spend a ton of time there. The scrub felt really nice and smelled good as well. The lotion and massage came before the mask application which I thought was odd. Usually, you put a mask on, wrap with hot towels take it off and then apply the lotion. Otherwise you take off some of the moisture when you remove the hot towels. I know this trick as I said, I used to be a manicurist and it used to bother me that the other manicurists would do this because I know they're just trying to shorten the time of the service. She put the mask on very quickly, not even all the way around my leg only on the front, put the warm towels on and left them while she did the polish. Now I have to say as far as the precision and attention to detail goes for the polish, Kandi definitely is an artist. She did really great at taking it close to the cuticle but not making a huge mess and anything that they get on my skin she cleaned up perfectly. Kandi is excellent at polishing. If all I got was the classic pedicure, I wouldn't expect this to be a long drawn out service, but I did upgrade to the Signature, which was 2 upgrades from the express. I was hoping she would've spent a little bit more time applying the lotion and not done the mask and lotion in reverse. Kandi was very friendly the whole time. Never rude. If the mask, lotion situation and more attention to filing had been done correctly, I would have been 5 stars satisfied. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I'd like to return, but I don't like having to call people out and ask them to out in more effort than they want to. Not sure I'll be back.
Nail Technician: Andy I was lucky to find a decent nail salon who was able to take me that day. Apparently everyone and their mother was out, this last Friday, getting their nails done, in time .. for Easter. I hadn't planned on long lines and wait time ... so when MJ Nails was completely booked .., I ended up coming here to Sapphire and I believe it was a fairly decent choice. I was lucky that Andy was able to take me and I still had to wait 30 mins because I didn't want a female tech ( don't ask me why ... I just didn't want a female tech ) and I waited until Andy was free. He was very meticulous in everything and he did exactly what I asked him to do which was create very thick nails with the highest part of the nail being right in the middle. Very old old old school nails., they have stopped doing nails like this since over 15 years ago and since I had an older more experience tech he understood exactly what I wanted. You'll see in my photos how thick my nails are..., this style works for me because they are essentially indestructible which is exactly what I like with fake ( acrylic ) nails. For the finishing touch I requested cat eye ... Andy was simply working with what the salon has provided for him ....and this salon just doesn't have the right magnets to do great designs with cat eye. Overall I liked him as a nail tech very much, the salon itself is very modern up to date and clean. However ... I think they have an area of improvement when it comes to offerings cat eye designs.
I had such a beautiful experience with daisy. She did such an amazing job with cat eye gel x nails with 3D design. I simply showed her the pictures and she was soo precise. And extremely nice
I came in for a gel signature pedicure and gel x manicure / kids gel manicure and regular pedicure. We were in and out in an hour. Nathan did mine and I was really surprised at the attention so detail and precision he did both. Tiffany was very patient with my daughter (first timer!) and I loved that she would make conversation with her. I paid a total of $245 (with 20% tip).
Wow this studio is huge. There are about 20 manicure stations and 16 pedicure stations with spa/massage chairs. The chairs are pretty standard to other places but I love a leisure back kneading. Number of staff is also plentiful. my friends and I were all able to be worked on at once and we overall spent about an hour and a half here (signature manicure and pedicures all around!) A few things that stood out to me as special to this place is that they have a full service menu at the front and you can "order" your services off the tablet at the front when you check in. I really liked that because the service and prices were listed out (and available on their website) so I felt very straightforward and honest. Prices were reasonable but they did push the upsell a little. can't blame them for that. They offer complimentary drinks and the coffee was actually so good. And the little chairs for the employees were also good quality. They match the decor of the other furniture and had back support which i think is a nice inclusion for their employees! It looked very professional in there. Very very minor cons were that they didn't have a place to store my shoes? I wore a short skirt and usually places would give me a modesty pillow and the place looked a LITTLE dirty but honestly it was like, spilled polish some places. Also when my service was done, she didnt help put my shoes back on or anything. Or say anything to me. She literally just walked away. She was not as personable as the other technicians but, again, this did not really take away from my total experience and the massage she provided felt soooo good. It well made up for any awkwardness. She had a really gentle hand and my cuticles came out looking GOOD. All in all, I would recommend you give them a try! Located in a huge strip mall off the strip with plenty of parking. It was very easy to find and get to.
I'm updating my review after several months of coming here. Although I've been generally satisfied with the work from Daisy, Dee, and Helena, I've been repeatedly surprised at checkout by charges that were never explained upfront. As someone new to getting my nails done, I wasn't told that each snowflake decal would be $5 per snowflake until I was at the register. I also wasn't informed that one tech would charge me $5 for shortening my nails with a nail clipper. On another visit, I was told ombré would be $10, but the day I went in for it, I was charged $15 at checkout. Naturally I felt the need to doublecheck the pricing at checkout when given these final prices. There have also been some quality issues. In one case (shown in the snowflake photos), I had to return for an additional coat because my natural yellowy nail color was showing through on two nails, and the wait took over an hour and the job was done gloppy, carelessly and uneven. Another time, shortly after getting a brand-new hard gel full set, two nails broke without any force or accident. Since I had just paid for a full set, not a fill, I expected it to last and didn't feel I should be charged for repairs. To their credit, the salon did address issues when I brought them up. However, during my most recent visit, when I questioned an unexpected charge, I was told that I "do this every time" which made me feel dismissed. Because of the lack of clear, upfront pricing and that final interaction, I'll be looking for another salon. Some of the girls stations aren't clean to my standards.
The service I requested was Express pedicure with gel polish. Andy did my work. He was quick. He was good. It's better to bring cash because they will charge you three dollars to use their card machine. I guess it's a fee.
I've been coming to Sapphire Nails for the past 2-3 months and I've always had such a great experience. Bo is my go to for my pedicures! Her attention to detail and amazing massages had me since day 1. Yesterday, 5/15/26, was my first non-satisfactory visit. I saw someone new for my manicure and unfortunately didn't love my nails. Nothing against the nail tech, I just wasn't satisfied with her technique. I was still super grateful for her time and attention. Today, 5/16/26, I came in to see if I could get a different design and have my nails reshaped to my liking. This was very nerve-racking for me as I'm not one to typically complain and just suck it up and try again next time. I was pleasantly greeted and kindly asked to next time speak up the during the day of service to make it easier on everyone. I was still accommodated and got exactly what I wanted. Thank you to Q and Helena especially for taking care of me and not making me feel like I was wrong for speaking up. Their customer service reminded me why I pick Sapphire nails to be my "home" salon.
All the nail techs I've had for my pedicures did an awesome job. What threw me off is the fact that I received a 10% Off text and when I went to use it, they said "oh the date should've said 04/01/26, not 03/01/27. We can't honor that." But like, that's literally what the text says? While it is only 10% off, it's the principle behind it. The fact that they didn't honor a promo because of their own typo tells me everything I need to know about this business. I'd rather give my money to a business that will honor those discounts for their customer's loyalty. It's too bad because I've been back a few times and would've made this my regular salon for pedicures. Will not be returning.
When I first walked in, I was greeted by Q. He was very nice and welcoming. I walked to the back to the restroom and when I walked out I didn't know where to go and as I made my way back to the front, Q waved at someone and said I'm her client. She gladly said hello and I had a seat. Bo did my manicure. She was friendly and very nice. It was awesome to have a conversation with her. Usually places I go to get my nails done I can never understand the technician. Thank you Bo for being kind. I like that the nail cutter etc. were in a bag. Yay sterilized. Overall, my nails are good and I do want to return again and make her my permanent nail technician. read more

I would like to update my review. Yes, I was upset. But the manager called me back and asked me to come in, and they would try and do my feet a little better. I saw helena. She scrubbed my feet With something that was allowed by the health department. It's not as good as the cheese grater, but I understand that it is not safe and can actually hurt your feet if they don't do it right or scratch too much off. If your feet are really bad It's not going to do that much. The key is to go get your feet done at least once a month. Keep lotion on your feet or Vaseline At night with a sock. I do like the way they do fingernails. I think I will just do my feet at home. Thank you to the owner for making it right. I will consider going back again because of helena. read more

I had an amazing experience at Sapphire Nails with Andy and Nancy! My friend and I came in very late for an appointment for mani pedis, and they still took us before they closed and both went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and taken care of. They were so friendly, attentive, and detail oriented the entire time. Our nails came out amazing, & the salon was relaxing and clean. My nails are so pretty now!! Andy did two beautiful acrylic toes & Nancy buffed my friends nails beautifully. Highly recommend asking for Andy and Nancy if you come here! & good prices for their services too! read more

I went in today around 3:30ish (not exactly sure of the time), and my experience was honestly super disappointing. I've been here before, and my prior experiences were amazing. The guy at the front has always been really nice and helpful, offers complimentary drinks, and the nail techs have always given amazing service, which is why today caught me so off guard. There was a lady at the front today that I didn't recognize, though she was still nice. I came in for a removal of my old gel nails on my toes, and I wanted a pedicure with regular polish on my natural nails afterward. I'm honestly not sure where the miscommunication happened, but I had to explain what I wanted at least three different times between the front desk and my nail tech because nobody seemed to understand what I was asking for. The last time I explained was after I was already seated at the bowl and chair. I noticed no water had been started, and my nail tech motioned for me to put my feet up on the footrest so he could begin working. I asked where the pedicure option list was so I could choose which pedicure I wanted, and he looked confused. He asked me again what I wanted done today. I explained again that I wanted my gel nails removed and then regular polish on my toes. He responded, "Oh, you want a pedicure?" At that point I was honestly confused because I felt like I had already explained that multiple times. After that, water was finally started in the bowl, and I got to soak my feet for maybe a couple of minutes before they were taken back out. I thought the gel removal process was finally starting, but instead he began filing and shaping my existing gel nails. He even stopped to ask if I liked the shape. I gave him a confused look because my fake nails were still completely on. I had to explain again that I wanted them removed, and we went back and forth for a minute before he finally said he understood and applied remover with foil to my toes. I sat there with the remover on for what felt like close to 20 minutes (not exactly sure on timing). When he came back, I thought he was finally going to remove the nails, but instead--while the remover was still on my toes--he started applying an orange exfoliating scrub to my legs and lower feet. This actually hurt because my legs were very dry, as they had not been soaking, and I already have sensitive skin due to ongoing health conditions. My skin started getting red and irritated. He splashed a little water from the bowl onto my legs with his hands, but it didn't help. By this point, I was just staying silent because I still hadn't been able to relax or enjoy any part of this service. I was confused, frustrated, and tired. He removed the scrub with a warm towel and rubbed lotion onto my legs and heels. The whole thing felt out of order, especially since my legs hadn't really soaked, and I have noticeable calluses on my heels that hadn't even been addressed yet. After all of that, he finally began the actual gel removal process, and my feet went back into the water afterward. By then, after sitting there so long, the water was cold. I asked if he could possibly add warmer water because it felt cold. He said okay and added only a tiny bit, which didn't help, but at that point I wasn't going to keep asking. I was already frustrated and felt like I just wanted to leave. A few minutes later, he took my feet back out and started using the disposable scrubber/pumice on my right foot. He accidentally dropped it onto the floor beside my chair. I looked over and watched him pick it right back up and continue using it on my foot. I looked down at the floor and could clearly see debris and dirt. He noticed me looking over and asked if I was looking for my shoes. I told him, "No, I'm looking at the floor with all the debris because you just dropped the scrubber, and now you're using it back on my feet. That's not clean." He apologized and said he would get a new one, but by that point I felt so uncomfortable that I told him not to worry about it and that I would just like to go home. I thanked him for his time and went to the front, where I briefly explained to the lady at the front how I felt and what happened because she said she didn't know what or how to charge me since I "didn't finish the pedicure." I explained that I didn't want to finish because I had already been there for almost an hour, barely any actual service had been completed besides my nail removal, and the nail tech had dropped the scrubber on the floor and tried to continue using it on my feet, which is completely unsanitary. She simply said okay and charged only the $25 nail removal fee. I'm honestly not sure if things are run differently depending on who is working the front, but this experience really sucked because I genuinely wanted to keep coming back, and now my toes are poorly buffed out, dry, and my nails aren't done. Today was my first visit to Sapphire Nails & Spa. It was excellent. Hailey was my technician. I had a Hot Stone Pedicure and Manicure. She did a perfect job. The Hot Stone treatment included a leg and foot massage and is very therapeutic. I highly recommend. The salon is beautifully furnished and comfortable. All staff are extremely pleasant and accommodating. Definitely a cut above. read more

Went in 11/8/25 at 9:30 am for Express Pedicure. Crazy Daisy seemed to only put hot water in the pedicure bowl burning my foot. No apology from her and she had the nerve to say my foot was too sensitive when she didn't even check the water. When I notified the manager or owner, he seemed to defend Daisy saying they always check the water when she did not. Then I told him I was not coming back and he said he had 10 other workers I could choose from. Still no apology, he just offered moisturizer for my burning foot! read more

I only left the house for a pedicure but eventually realized I should get a manicure to match. I was somewhere close by but wasn't impressed with their work and they wanted $45! for a basic manicure. I know I'm rough with my hands so I thought I'd just try another place while I was on this side of town. Called to see if they did walk-ins here and the guy on the phone was cool and said sure, see you soon. Now, I don't know if/when places like this stopped walking people over, but this night I suddenly remembered because he actually did and offered me a drink when I sat down. No wait, like he said. I appreciated this because it's weird when you're vaguely directed and/or end up in the wrong chair. This seems tiny, but again, I forgot that places used to do little things to make you feel welcome. The salon is way bigger than the outside makes it seem. Totally upgraded, comfy seats and big drying stations, open air and clear sanitizing areas. That chandelier! It was getting a little late, but there were still a couple of ladies chatting and getting work. I could tell they were happy regulars from how they were talking to their nail techs personally. A good sign that people like it there enough to ask opinions on non-salon related stuff. I think it was Ruby who did my nails (please correct me if I'm wrong). She was quiet (I like that though) but willing to talk and really nice. She was gentle and asked questions, never pushy and did well, in good time. The reason for -1 star is that the polish did start coming off within two days. I realize it's polish and not gel, but I feel like it should last more than 48hrs? Anyway, she got the job done and my hands looked healthy and clean! I'm glad I gave this place a shot. Less than $30 for a basic manicure, which is really all I need sometimes to feel refreshed or get a matching set. This place is 15-20 min away from my house with probably dozens of salons between but now knowing this is a quality place with nice people and up-front pricing, I'll definitely make the drive when it's time for a more upgraded experience and hope to give it 5 stars. read more

Second visit and STILL just as amazing as before. Like I mentioned in another review here, we like to pamper ourselves a little while we're in town. Nancy did my manicure on both my visits. She's so friendly, so thoughtful to my color restrictions (due to work), I just adore her! Hilda dos my pedicure this time and it was superb. She's gentle but so thorough. I LOVE the way my feet feel, I hated the fact I walked in wearing shoes. Wish I was wearing sandals to show off my cute toes. Rana did both my husband's mani/pedi and worked MAGIC.
