My nail tech, Cathy, is amazing--she really knows what she's doing and you can tell she's experienced and passionate about her work. She always knows what's best for your nails, makes great recommendations, and the results are always flawless. She's also super easy to talk to, which makes the whole experience even better. On top of that, she's very clean and makes sure everything is sanitized, which I really appreciate. Cathy is also incredibly accommodating and makes you feel comfortable from start to finish. I came here to get a CBD Le'K Pedicure. The pedicure concept is a good idea and definitely feels nice between the hot and cold experience. However, my toes were already done by me as i already am a license technician also working in a high end salon, i could've gotten my pedicure done at work but i wanted to feel a client experience for today and that totally failed! My feet were barely scrubbed still leaving them rough (meaning i have to go and smooth them out myself when i paid for a pedicure that includes callus removal). No add on's were added to my pedicure, online it says $78 and i was surprised with $90 at checkout. It's not the money the issue but the principle! at our salon we would NEVER surprise the client with a higher bill at checkout. that's where the unprofessional way of running business comes in. How is this a successfully ran business but their online menu is not updated?! I am highly disappointed in the surprised bill and my feet being more rough than when i first came in. read more

Ive been going to Polished for over 5 years and have encountered different nail techs and have never been disappointed everyone is friendly and helpful. Today was different NELLY did my nails and I almost wanted to stop mid service because she had just a bad attitude. Her aura from the start seem negative. Anyway what set me off was she had made a big deal about my nail touching her plant because I was fixing my phone and headphones. Her response was unexpectable and I had to tell her to give me a breather because at that moment i wanted to escalate things but i didnt want to react out of emotion. I will say I'm not happy with the experience I'm having walked in, receptionist was friendly but when The tech that took me back not friendly not welcoming I had to ask for the list so I know what to choose. Not offering on what are good options. I was looking forward to a nice massage and great experience and this wasn't what I felt I got by any means. And comments being made between the techs next to her how I knew it was about me the other tech looked at me then the other one looked. I was hoping to find a new home. Feeling very unwanted here. I still have the callus on my big toe which is typically done with a pedicure I thought. Just over all not happy. The nail tech seemed like she was in a hurry never felt rushed through my pedicure it looks trouble. My manicure was so so but also a rushed job to where Trish came over to finish it up because I sent an email about how upset I was. Unfortunately I didn't feel heard at all about my mani and pedi and the dislike of my pedi especially. My bday is Saturday and I spent money so I can look nice on my birthday!!! Now I have to spend more money to get a correction that shouldn't have happened!! read more

I highly recommend this place! They have an incredible pedicure menu with tons of different options. I often get the Hawaiian pedicure.. the chairs are comfortable and beautiful. The salon is beautiful.. They have tons! of nail colors. I personally see Yen. She has been my go to for the last nine years.. she takes great pride in taking care of my nails. If you're looking for fast, try someone else in this salon. If you're looking for quality, I highly recommend giving her a shot.
