After five visits, I feel like I can finally leave an honest review. The first time I came here, I got the Milk & Honey Pedicure with Nina, and I absolutely loved it. I'd never had a steamed pedicure before, and it was such a relaxing experience. My legs and feet felt silky soft for days afterward, and I couldn't wait to come back. Over my next four visits, I had different technicians each time. None of them were bad, but the experience was very inconsistent. Even though I ordered the exact same pedicure, each technician performed it differently, and it never felt quite like my first visit. On my fifth visit, I happened to get Nina again, and it reminded me why I fell in love with this treatment in the first place. She did every step just as I remembered, and the experience was amazing from start to finish. My only feedback is the inconsistency. The Milk & Honey Pedicure seems to vary depending on who's performing it. Since each pedicure includes specific treatments, I think it's important for every technician to perform the service consistently rather than interpret it differently. If you're booking the Milk & Honey Pedicure, I highly recommend requesting Nina. She has been consistently excellent with this treatment, and it's easily my favorite because my legs and feet stay incredibly soft for days afterward. The other technicians may be fantastic with other pedicure options--I just haven't tried those yet. If every one of my visits had been with Nina, this would easily be a 5-star review. Because my experiences varied so much from technician to technician, I'm giving it 4 stars instead. That said, the staff has always been friendly, their extended hours are a huge plus, and I really appreciate that it's usually easy to walk in without needing an appointment. read more

Polished Nails & Spa is honestly one of the best in the business! I always have such a great experience every time I come in. My nail tech, Cathy, is amazing--she really knows what she's doing and you can tell she's experienced and passionate about her work. She always knows what's best for your nails, makes great recommendations, and the results are always flawless. She's also super easy to talk to, which makes the whole experience even better. On top of that, she's very clean and makes sure everything is sanitized, which I really appreciate. Cathy is also incredibly accommodating and makes you feel comfortable from start to finish. I came here to get a CBD Le'K Pedicure. The pedicure concept is a good idea and definitely feels nice between the hot and cold experience. However, my toes were already done by me as i already am a license technician also working in a high end salon, i could've gotten my pedicure done at work but i wanted to feel a client experience for today and that totally failed! My feet were barely scrubbed still leaving them rough (meaning i have to go and smooth them out myself when i paid for a pedicure that includes callus removal). No add on's were added to my pedicure, online it says $78 and i was surprised with $90 at checkout. It's not the money the issue but the principle! at our salon we would NEVER surprise the client with a higher bill at checkout. that's where the unprofessional way of running business comes in. How is this a successfully ran business but their online menu is not updated?! I am highly disappointed in the surprised bill and my feet being more rough than when i first came in. read more

I have been going to Marianne Le at Polished Nails to get a gel pedicure and a gel manicures for over 8 years. And during all of those monthly appointments, Marianne has NEVER given me a bad mani or pedi--always perfectly done. I have never had her cancel an appointment, she's always on time and always does an excellent job. Her station is always clean and sanitized. She is always positive and pleasant. I've come here every blue moon for the past couple of years and have usually been very satisfied with this business. Unfortunately, that changed today, 8/31/26. I initially had Eva, a Turkish woman, do my pedicure. She was warm, welcoming, sweet, and professional. She treated me like an appreciated customer, and I felt completely comfortable with her. I was then handed off to a nail technician named Mariann Lee, I believe. She also seemed pleasant and kind--until near the end of my manicure, when the conversation took an extremely disturbing turn. She began expressing her belief that white people are the superior race. She told me that Chinese people are only good at copying and perfecting other people's inventions, that the greatest innovators and thinkers throughout history have all been white, that white people are the most sophisticated race, and that countries improve when white people enter them. I was honestly in disbelief that someone would feel comfortable saying these things to a customer while providing a service. She brought up Socrates as evidence of white intellectual superiority, seemingly ignoring entire philosophical traditions outside of Europe--Confucianism, Taoism, and countless others. She praised Einstein while dismissing the enormous intellectual and scientific contributions made by civilizations across Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and elsewhere. Human knowledge did not develop within the borders of one race or civilization. Mathematics, medicine, philosophy, astronomy, engineering, agriculture, literature, and technology are the accumulated work of people across the world. She also spoke negatively about Indians, saying they had "flooded" Seattle when she lived there and suggesting that they must be "sex crazed" because there are so many Indian people. She then claimed Chinese spies are in America trying to obtain information to take the country down and boasted that the U.S. military is supposedly 100 years ahead of China. This wasn't an ordinary political disagreement. I was listening to someone make sweeping racial and ethnic generalizations while repeatedly arguing that one race is inherently superior to others. What made the conversation especially ironic is that the rights and protections many of us enjoy in America today were expanded through generations of people fighting against precisely this type of racial hierarchy. Black Americans fought, suffered, organized, and died demanding that this country recognize their humanity and constitutional rights. The Civil Rights Movement also helped dismantle discriminatory structures that affected women, immigrants, and other racial and ethnic minorities. Chinese Americans and many other marginalized communities likewise endured discrimination while contributing enormously to the development of this country. No race has a monopoly on intelligence, innovation, sophistication, morality, or progress. Civilization itself is a product of human beings learning from one another. Knowledge crosses borders. Cultures borrow, adapt, improve, and build upon what came before them. That is how humanity progresses. I remained respectful throughout the conversation because I don't believe hatred should be answered with hatred. But I left genuinely appalled by what I heard. I hope these views are Mariann's alone and are not representative of Polish or its management. A customer should be able to get a manicure without being subjected to unsolicited commentary about racial superiority or degrading stereotypes about Chinese and Indian people. If management reads this, I sincerely hope they address it. There is no "superior race," and racial-supremacist rhetoric has absolutely no place in a professional environment--especially when customers from every background are paying to feel welcomed and respected read more

Amazing service! I've gone twice to Polished Nails and I've had the privilege of being seen by Nelly. I highly recommend asking for her when you visit. The staff take their time based on what service and type of manicure or pedicure you get. It's very casual and they accept walk in's. I've gotten a gel manicure/pedicure and each service takes about an hour each. I had waited about a month since I've last seen Nelly, and the gel that she put on my nails were still on. I had to cut them down because they were getting too long. I explained to her that this was the first time I've received a gel manicure that didn't chip, peel, or destroy my nails. I inquired about designs as my nails were short. Nelly can do designs on any nail length. She showed me her portfolio as she has clients who are dentists and in the medical field.
