Wow, I cannot say enough great things about this practice! I have three kids, ages 8-3, and my…read moreoldest is in a wheelchair. I think I was more nervous than the kids to try out a new dentist after moving here, but in the end, I had nothing to worry about. First, from a special needs prospective, the staff here can't be beat. There were two technicians working on my daughter and they did an amazing job of putting her at ease while doing the cleaning. Cleaning can be difficult and traumatic for someone who cannot easily open their mouth, lean in this way, tell when it hurts, etc. I was able to sit with her legs in my lap on the chair, and she was relaxed and did not express discomfort at any point. I really appreciated the time and care they gave to my daughter. For my other two, this was the little guy's first appointment, and my middle's first experience with cavities! Again, both instances were far better than expected. The staff is very friendly and patient, which is refreshing when a lot of their day can be accompanied by screaming children. I've never seen anyone "frazzled' or impatient, and they are incredibly receptive to discomfort or fear. The waiting room is great, and the best part--they give tokens to take to the prize machines after the cleaning! My middle child still talks about how fun that is. If I had to offer a criticism (always leave room for improvement, right?) the bar stools in the private rooms are not super comfortable. They have great comfy benches and magazines in the general cleaning area. I cannot recommend Dr. Chandak and the staff at Brooks & Chandak enough. Dr. Chandak went out of her way to explain how everyone's cleaning habits and growth were progressing, and what we could do at home to improve their dental health. Incredibly kind and professional.

My daughter was nervous at first, but because of their demeanor, my daughter relaxed to let them do their full check up without crying. I was so proud of my daughter for being brave. She was really nervous and Dr Eliott and Haley had put her at ease. Dr Eliott answered all my questions and gave us helpful tips on how to care for our daughter's teeth. We are so happy with the quality of care my daughter receives by everyone at this clinic, from the front desk staff to the hands on health care providers. I wish my dentist was just as friendly, efficient, kind, gentle and knowledgeable as Dr Eliott and Dr Molina.

Their entire staff reflects that same warmth and professionalism, creating an environment where kids (and parents!) feel completely at ease. From the moment you walk into the office, it's clear you're in good hands. The facility is state-of-the-art, thoughtfully designed with kids in mind, and every detail is geared toward creating a positive, stress-free experience. But above all, what really matters is this: they're experts. Both of my kids actually enjoy going to the dentist--and between the two of them, we've only had one cavity. Given their love of candy, that's a small miracle! I recommend Cary Pediatric Dentistry with complete confidence. They've been a foundational part of my children's health and well-being, and we're so grateful for the care they provide.

The office is well decorated with fun things to look at for the kids. The front lobby has a massive Lite Bright and a Nintendo switch to play with. Children get a toothbrush and toothpaste and at the end, get to choose their own toy and sticker and even get a balloon! The environment is well lit and welcoming, with seating for parents to be near their child while getting their teeth cleaned. We've gone twice with our 3 year old and were pleasantly surprised each time!

The website also shows the Aetna logo on the top left of the insurance portion. When I asked before our appointment if we were good to go with the new insurance, they assured us we were. We later learned that Aetna is out of network. Although we should have double checked, we feel VERY MISLED by the office as they had every opportunity beforehand to inform us our insurance was out of network. We have a $300 bill for 2 routine cleanings (after they took money from aetna). They are also unwilling to discount or negotiate on the bill. Every other doctor/practice has informed me beforehand if they are out of network. I'd give 1 star, but we genuinely like the dentists and they do well with our kids. We will not be returning.
